Was surprised at how quick I got the bag. A little hiccup with western union payment versus credit card, that took about 3 days. But once bag was shipped it arrived within 4 days! So total of 10 days to get the bag. After reading what too look out for fakes the only thing I could spot was 6 stitches instead of 5 on handle leather patch. Otherwise it looks just like the one in the store. I'm very happy. Will order from them again.

Disgusting and shocking! This business should shutdown. All their staff need basic customer service training. The level of arrogance with these pathetic so called "friendly staff" is extremely high. They simply don't care and don't honor their warranties and guarantees. Stay away from these rat bags. I comment on their facebook page so they remove it? Wonder why? Because its the truth. So posting on every single website out there about this place. Stay away and don't bother with them because you will have a bad time.

Ordered a purse and ring. The quality of leather of the purse is fantastic, and is real leather. The ring is great. I will definitely be ordering form this site again. Two of my girlfriends are placing orders now.

Had to cancel my order in the end as they made it too difficult to purchase with my credit card. Said it had been denied, when my bank said it had not. Wanted to add on $1 to card which wasn't mentioned in the first place, neither was a mystery amount for changing to Yen currency. To top it all, the customer service people were all very hard to understand and said everything in a very snarky, rude manner. After I read about the bad quality of the items they sell I was glad I had cancelled. Cheaper than the originals, but still not that cheap.

Really bad, place an order a month ago, I called twice about it and according to them items are out of stock TWICE nobody called me or email me to notify me, they deducted $800 from my account really fast however a month after no purse, no explanation! Worse company

Ready7a and eplicanations.store. These sites are owned by the same people.

I spent $400 and everything was going well. My debit card was declined a couple of times and I know I should have listened to my intuition and not continued but I really wanted a LV bag. I got an email saying they were moving their warehouse, they were cooperative but after a week from receiving the email they stopped contacting me. They said they would be done with their warehouse moving process by the second week of August but I knew that it was a loud of bull$#*!. So I called my bank( bank of america) and filed a a fraud claim. They are still investigating the matter, I was given credit for the $400 until they finish their investigation.

I'm just thankful that I didn't use E-check or moneygram as my pay option or I would be out of $400 by now. Learned my lesson the hard way.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton keepall 55. I ordered the beginning of January and it took a while to come because of the Chinese New Year. I was skeptical of ordering because of all the fraudulent things I've read. But a few weeks later it came, no suspicious activity on my account. (And I used e-check method) Their customer is actually amazing. I ordered another bag and they called to confirm, they also asked about my last order and if I was pleased. I told them about one small mark on an extra strap, they told me to email them pictures. I did that and they called back the next day telling me they received them and that they will be sending me a new one. This is a great company. I love my bag. I have a real one and it's seriously perfect. I can't wait to receive my next one :)

I received my belts and bracelet and they are wonderful. The belts are so cute and the quality is great! The bracelet is super cute and I love them all. I received them about a week after my order. Great products! Would definitely buy again!

Hi, I am from Austria and I would like to share with you my experience with this company. I order 2 bags and I paid with Western Union and I was a little bit concerned with that method of payment because I never received the order number so I talk with somebody from their staff. She was very nice with me she try to explain me all the steps that I will need to follow. So, they are very nice with their customers. Definitely not SCAM. Now, I can wait that my bags to arrive and see if my money worth or not.

I was happy with the bag originally but after a number of months waiting for the leather to darken (its still not quite there yet) i decided to start using it and a friend pointed out the LV logo one one side was upside down. I did my research, this style bag should never have the logo upside down. So i emailled purse valley 3x and given that i am still awaiting a response i felt i had no choice but to write this review. Ive given them plenty of opportunity to correct this but the result of my experience has been money entirely wasted and all the frustration of being ignored. If you can afford to throw money away, buy the original... and if you cant, dont take the risk with this company.

I ordered and received a bag, I didn't like it, so I returned it back to China. It cost $79 to ship the bag back to the company. This company said they would send the money back right away after
I showed them the tracking number. When I called 4 days ago, she said they would refund the money right away, but I still haven't received my money back. I tried to call this company, but their telephone is disconnected.

This company appears to be a scam.

I have ordered from them in the past (one Chloe and one LV) and I couldn't be happier with what I ordered. I, like everyone else, am out $700 because I trusted them due to my past experience. HOWEVER, here is their new number. I am hopeful. *******087. Have faith! I am praying they pull through because I have been so pleased in the past.

After reading glowing reviews, I was excited to order a Goyard bag. After 4 weeks, it arrived and I noticed a large nick/chunk missing from the handle. I contacted Purse Valley and they offered to send me a new set of handles. For a bag. Where the handles are sewn on. What?

After over a week of back and forth emails, they called me and instructed me to mail the bag back, at my expense, send them a copy of the receipt and they would refund me for the bag and the shipping costs of $22.75. Normally they do not pay for return shipping, even if it is defective, but they would make an exception.

After I did that, they said the had no record of that conversation, they could not reimburse my shipping expenses. So I am now out the cost of return a DEFECTIVE item to them. I was not interested in ordering again so the store credit the offered was not helpful. I would not suggest doing business with this company. Terrible customer service and defective product.

I'm very happy with my purchase, before decided to buy a purse in your website, I did a lot of research, and read a lot of reviews and finally I bought my first purse. Definitely not the last one, you have another satisfied customer. My LV Artsy looks like the real one. Customer service is great and they kept me inform of the status of my order all the time.

Bought a Rolex GMT Master Oyster 40mm Oyster Steel from PurseValleyFactory. The product was exactly as advertised and at a very reasonable price or i would rather say the best prices so far as I am very fond of buying watches online, buying them from over 2 years now. The watch was very well packed and shipping was exactly on the given time period. I had ordered from Purse Valley three times in the past couple of years and was extremely pleased. I paid $335 for a belt and watch in early July out of my checking acct. When they started sending me emails about delays due to moving the warehouse, I emailed three times asking to cancel and finally got a response that they would cancel and refund. Then last week a guy called me from NY and told me the order was ready for shipping and since I had been such a good customer, they would expedite it if I wouldn't cancel. So I agreed. Now the site is down and the phone number is disconnected. I probably wouldn't have ever gotten the refund anyway. I am contacting Wells Fargo and filing a fraud claim.

I ordered the Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Neverfull MM... not only was the interior bag missing, I had to pay DHL to receive my order... I contacted Purse Valley on three occasions, received the confirmation email that my complaint has been received but have heard nothing more... i'm so upset and frustrated with this company... as the small interior bag was an important part of the order for taking out in the evening on holiday... don't believe them when they say their customer service is a priority... it simply isn't... and I feel robbed...

I've used Pursevalley numerous times over the years. I would rate the overall quality 8.5 out of 10. Some items are immaculate, others faulty. The biggest con is that, yes processing the payment itself takes seemingly forever. The shipping for me has averaged about 4 days once I receive tracking. I ordered $900 order around July 11th, money was pulled out 15th, and I received email about warehouse issues and it could take up to 3 weeks later to ship than normally. I trust them as a longtime consumer and wasn't freaking out. I received email update today saying shipping would be resuming in the next couple days and would be receiving tracking. It's worth it. Just read reviews and be patient!

I recently decided to make my first order at Purse Valley. And it wasn't what I expected at all. It was very bad :( I paid for my order, but they never sent me the stuff. I waited for weeks for it, but still nothing. Of course, the money never returned to me. That was the last time I ever contacted this site...

Made a huge order few months ago and received nothing! Order: Dishwasher, hairdryer, containers, dishwash racks and many more! Paid for everything and received nothing! I was scammed! They stole my money! Send emails regarding my order with no reply. Where can I report these scammers? Can anybody please help me with info

I ordered three items in July: a YSL monogram, a Gucci marmont, and Fendi sunglasses. On 8/26/17 I got my items (albeit without any tracking number, emails, etc.) in a bunch of bubble wrap. But have hope! My items look and feel so authentic and despite all my stress of getting scammed, I'm still a (mostly) happy customer.

I have made 2 purchases from pursevalley, and the experience was great! I am telling you, from the start, I was apprehensive. But, pursevalley has a toll free number, and all my questions were answered, so I paid via WU, and I had both orders in less than a week, AMAZING! On to the bags... GORGEOUS! I have many authentic pieces and these a really nice quality and the leather smells good, cavas is great. My Damier Azur seems a tad thicker than my DE, but I think that's common. Stitching is solid. For those picky, picky, people, no one will ever know unless they crawl in your bag with a magnifying glass. Lol. Love my babies! Order with confidence!

This company is absolutely amazing! I just received my Hublot watch and it is beautiful! I am absolutely in love. I was a little skeptical at first, but because my friend recommended the company to me, so I decided to try them out. My watch was delivered in almost a week. 100% worth the wait!

I bought two items from this place a bag and a wallet And the only thing I can say is that I am very happy. The items look authentic, and the shipping was really fast. I recommend this website. I did not have any problems. Communication is great. I decided to pay with my checking account and I do not have any charges or anything like that. This was my experirience and I will continue to buy from this place. I rate it 10 starts.

I bought a purse on their site and decided to return it. I understood it wouldn't be cheap. I requested a shipping return address and they constantly ignored me! I have sent many emails and they only responded at first. Buyers beware! It is so bad.

Love my purse I ordered from PurseValley. All transactions went great. I received my purse much faster then I thought I would. The quality was great inside and outside. I'm very pleased with this product, and the price wasn't bad either.
