10 /30 / 20 returned over two hundred purchases. I took it out coat dress very thin. It was not what I wanted at all. Choker necklace pendant feel off. When I first put it on. I wrapped it right back up. Sent it right back. Today December 16 still no refund. I have never seen such bad service on a return. If you call lets give it one more week. Feeling so frustrated! They were never like this before.
I wish I had queried reviews before ordering from Pyramid. I had ordered many years ago and was happy with the service and the product. I now ordered two items which did not fit and returned them. I tracked my return and called one month later to ask about the refund. Finally I received it, less $28.47 on a $157.77 purchase. I will NEVER NEVER order from Pyramid again. I would give them less than one star if possible.
My husband ordered a jacket for me for Christmas. He was enrolled in their VIP program (without his permission) which entails a $14.95 charge per month. He only found out about it when he received his credit card bill. He called the Pyramid Collection and stated that he had not enrolled in the VIP program and wanted it removed from his credit card bill. They not only didn't remove it, we just received another credit card bill with another $14.95 charge. We will never do business with this company again.

The problem was that they charged me $14,95 for VIP membership that I never ordered and did not even know it existed until I checked my credit card charges.
I had to call them twice so far in order to cancel the membership that I never ordered at first place.

Today they said my billing address was incorrect. I looked up the order and it looked fine. I called the number and the agent asked for the 4 numbers after my zip code. Literally there is no option to put that on the check out form. Then he asked for the 800 number on the back of my credit card.
The whole thing freaked me out. I went to see if my card had a new address associated with it. It was fine. Also the card said change was pending but PC said my order would be canceled in a month if I didn't respond.
The whole ordeal seems suspicious so I locked down my card and canceled the order. Who ask for the 800 number on the back of the card?
Saved myself 300 dollars... so there is that.

So I bought something about a year ago. When I bought it I didn't sign up for anything but buying my stuff. That's why you got to read the fine print. There was a box checked off for VIP. Didn't realize it. You get a category monthly that has pretty much the same thing in it as the month before. It cost 14.95. I have cancelled it time and time again. Only 1 time did I get a response but he didn't do anything. It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel this. I hate calling. I have super bad social anxiety which resorts me in barely leaving my house except to work. So I haven't called, BUT I shouldn't have to for something like this. So yes. No I am never buying from there company. And yes. I think there a horrible company.
DO NOT sign up to be a VIP member. Somehow, through a "free shipping" offer, I signed up but have had a recurring bank charge of $16.31 monthly that I hadn't noticed. I called, cancelled my membership immediately. That's a lot of shipping for that amount! RIP OFF!
In mid-May I ordered earrings, a pendant and chain for the pendant for a life long friend for her birthday on June 1st. The first two items arrived in about 2 weeks. The pendant was now showing as on back order. I finally received what was supposed to have been the pendant two weeks ago. It was not the pendant, it was a ring. I returned it with the paperwork completed to have the pendant, that was originally ordered, re-ordered. Two weeks in, no word, I called customer service and was told they did not enter a replacement order that I would have to place another order and pay upfront, before receiving the credit for the item never purchased. My friend's birthday is now going on two months ago and I still do not have her gift. I have never experienced a problem in the past with Pyramid Collection but apparently that is how business is conducted now. And no one is the least bit concerned that a long time customer is now a NO TIME customer.
Save yourself the time, headache and money and do NOT buy from this company. They repeatedly lied to me and the friend that purchased a September bday present for me, and just now... two solid months later sent the exchange but then sent it to the wrong address. I personally spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service who simply lied to me. I will never, nor will my friend, EVER buy from this scheister outfit again.

Do not order from this company. The quality of the merchandise is only so-so. I ordered a costume and only kept it because I was able to make alterations and "make it work". Then started getting charged a $14.95 monthly charge on my credit card. I protested the charge with my bank and they removed it. When I emailed Pyramid Collection to inquire about the charge they stated that I signed up for "VIP Membership" when I placed my order. I did NOT sign up for anything! Apparently there is some "box" in the fine print that is already checked. If you don't know it is there and don't uncheck the box you are automatically signed up and charged $14.95 monthly!
My husband purchased a tunic and a necklace for me for Christmas using a standard visa gift card. He made the purchase over the phone and it went off without a hitch. Over a month later and nothing arrived. He called and was told that Shipping was running late and it would be here soon. A month later he called back again (well after Christmas now) and this time was told there was no record of the order and they don't accept gift card payments. (When he made the payment they had said none of this) He had thrown the card away believing the $80 had been charged off of it.
So $80 down the tubes and nothing but their double talk and excuses to show for it.

In addition to the VIP scam as described by many reviews on this site, The Pyramid Collection also will not post my negative review on their web site. I have tried and tried, and contacted customer service numerous times, and they will not resolve the issue.
The item I ordered is not as shown and as described on the web site. The biggest problem is the color. It was described as periwinkle, and appears periwinkle (a light blueish violet) in their picture. However the item I received is darker and not bluish. I would simply describe it as light purple. The color does not work well with my skintone and I never would have bought it if I'd known what color it would actually be.
I am not about to go through the hassle of returning the item and hoping that I would actually get a credit for it. Lesson learned, I will never buy from this site again.

I ordered leggings from them because I liked the pattern they advertised. When I received them, it was not what was pictured. Other items I ordered did not fit well so I returned. It took a long time to get refund, so I decided to order leggings again (in case pair I received was just a flawed 1) I again received not what they have pictured. I emailed them about this issue letting them know that what they have in their catalog is not what they are sending out, it took them weeks to respond a generic response about Covid delays and I could return the item for refund. Did not address what I specifically said in my email. So I have 2 of the same exact leggings, not the pattern I wanted, and returns are not free. Will not order from them again as they do not respond to emails, calls or address customer issues.
Ordered an item for my wife. I did not pay for upgraded shipping, so it skipped around the country for 14 days before being delivered. In the purchase process, I joined the VIP membership to have my shipping charge rebated, as there was an offer for a free trial month. There was a very cumbersome process to provide proof of purchase and eventually, they approved my rebate. Now I find that checks are sent out the month following approval of the rebate. WTF! I will be canceling that trial offer before they ding my credit card for the ridiculous $14.95 MONTHLY fee. Since I will have to do so before I actually receive my rebate, I wonder if it will conveniently not arrive.?.?

Wife went on their site and put 3 items in cart, when she got to final payment page and saw shipping fee she closed page. Got charged $200 twice, they said she ordered twice. She called within an hour and they said they couldn't cancel orders because they were already being processed, told her she had to return them when she got the orders. They were extremely rude to her on phone.

I ordered a dress on February 8. My Card was charged right away and only then was I notified that there would be a delay in shipping because Pyramid is moving to a new Warehouse. February 14 my item finally shipped via Fedex Smartpost. The estimated delivery was displayed for February 21. I have tried to be patient, but today i discovered my order has been delayed once again for 3 more days. Pyramid should have upgraded my shipping free of charge. It was very wrong that I wasn't told about their warehouse moving until after they charged my card. I hope my item gets here soon and is not damaged. I wish I had checked this review site before placing my order too. I will never order from Pyramid again. Never. Also if any other merchants use the Fedex Smartpost I will not order from them either. I am very upset and disappointed. I might even contact the BBB.
Paid 17.95 to get something in a few days, still don't have it, will be refusing it when it arrives as I needed it TODAY! Have purchased before and returned almost everything - I think I kept a tee shirt. Products are also Meh but I had I hopes for this item I needed for a major event that now I will be wearing jeans to apparently. Some foreigner in customer service couldn't have cared less but DID want to argue with me.
I ordered clothes from Pyramid. They sent the jacket too small, and I wrote to them and they sent they would send the correct size regardless of whether or not I sent back the first jacket, so I put it on the shelf to package eventually. It never arrived. Finally I sent the first jacket back, but got no email reassurance of my return, not even a rejection letter. I like their clothes but unsubscribed from their mailing list because I will never purchase from them again.
Like others here, I found a $14.95 charge on my bank statement for VIP membership. When I called Pyramid about, I obviously wasn't the first person to complain, as the man I spoke to had a BS answer ready. He had the nerve to tell me I did this to myself, and when I entered my email address, that was considered my electronic signature authorizing them to bill me for the VIP membership. After reading the other reviews, I see there is a small out of the way box that is already checked and if not careful, and unless you uncheck it, then you are signing up. What an unscrupulous and deceitful way to do business! I have heard of these kinds of things and am always careful, but to find out this company is pulling this kind of stunt, I will NEVER do business with them again. The merchandise is low quality compared to the price, some of it is ridiculous looking anyway, and you can get the same elsewhere on the internet for less. Stay away!
Hi, I Purchased 4 items on 10/11/20. I received the Greensleeve sweater jacket Multi- UNEVEN SIDES- CHEAP QUALITY- I Paid $79.95 for this item. Please do not purchase this sweater, The Salvation Army would not be able to resale it. It lopsided when you put it on. Shipping was $31.94 for Regular shipping and I'm keeping the tank top which is a little better Quality. I also had 2 dresses that I found out our going to be 4 weeks behind in receiving. One was the Halloween dress so I canceled both dresses. I will not Purchase from this Company ever again. Very Disappointed with the Quality of there clothes. Thank You, Maria
I usually do not order from catalogs, but a really like one of the leggings. The price was $29.99 but by the time everything was added up it came to $42.50 That is a lot considering I can find a terrific leggings for $12, I know how to shop. Anyway the legging was not as nice as on the picture, the material was cheap.
I am sending it back and let you know what kind of experience I had with customer service.
One more thing what the heck is the Covid charge on the bill? I never seen it anywhere else... Blame everything on Covid...
From what I have been able to discover, the major goal of the Pyramid Collection is to get you to order. Not to deliver your order, just to get your money. Gee, THANKS. I am apparently out a decent sum of money (I'm a senior on a fixed budget) and no resolution in sight. No merchandise, no money, no apology - NOTHING.

I ordered a number of items on June 18,2018. They were too large so I exchanged them right away through my office. I called them to follow up on this return. They received it and I waited for the exchange. They confirmed receipt of the items. Today on August 13th, I called and asked where the exchanged items were. They told me they were never sent, instead, they said the gave me a refund. They said it was the fault of the warehouse who ignored the exchange request. I was outraged because I wanted them for a trip. It is now at the end of the summer. The customer service rep sounded like he had the IQ of a child and could not comprehend my upset. I told him that they could have followed up and told me that they refunded my card. I now have to follow up with the bank because they didn't bother to tell me, rather keep me waiting for items that were never coming.
After reading the not so great reviews I was hesitant to order. However the dress I wanted was only on their site, so no choice. I must say they were great! Fast shipping! The dress was to big, so back it went. The replacement was at my house very quickly! Love the dress, love the shoes! Very happy I decided to order from them! Will definitly order from them again!
I give this 2 stars only because we have been [mostly] pleased with our purchases over the past few years, but in December 2021 and December 2022, they hit me with this 30 day free trial and 10% off my December purchase if I joined. Well, either I did not know I had signed up or I forgot, because they continued billing me for the membership throughout 2022. Obviously, I got very sloppy about checking my credit card statement each month, no matter how hectic life was. But, in any case, they did not give me the 10% off on the purchase. Then, 2 months ago they got my selfish heart to sign up again. I already had a membership and did not realize it, but that did not stop them from adding another to my account. I still did not get any discount on my December purchase. In January, I called to cancel that one and the guy on the phone did not even tell me I had 2 memberships at that point. I finally got them to cancel both memberships today (I think) and the woman was nice enough to refund the last 6 months (assuming Pyramid actually comes through on her promise). That is pretty much the only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1. You should always treat 30 day free trial offers as con games - they prey on the same instincts that con men play on - the desire to get something for nothing or almost nothing.

Beware membership trick when you are busy at the holidays. Also, every once in a while you get clothes that are not sized correctly or poorly made, although they are usually OK.

Called customer service to make sure if I ordered from them, when would my order be shipped? I ordered on 4-7-2018. Pyramid said they would ship the following Monday 4-9-2018. I called on the 12th customer service said they had inventory and they were closed for one week. On the 7th customer service didn't say anything about being closed. Customer service said Fed Ex received my package the 12th (I didn't receive an e-mail with a shipping date). Guess what! Fed Ex just received my package and its the 16th... Now I have to wait a minimum of 10 days to receive my dress. This company's clothing line is nice! Thru the years I've ordered many times. Their customer service and shipping practices are the worst.
