10 /30 / 20 returned over two hundred purchases. I took it out coat dress very thin. It was not what I wanted at all. Choker necklace pendant feel off. When I first put it on. I wrapped it right back up. Sent it right back. Today December 16 still no refund. I have never seen such bad service on a return. If you call lets give it one more week. Feeling so frustrated! They were never like this before.
I wish I had queried reviews before ordering from Pyramid. I had ordered many years ago and was happy with the service and the product. I now ordered two items which did not fit and returned them. I tracked my return and called one month later to ask about the refund. Finally I received it, less $28.47 on a $157.77 purchase. I will NEVER NEVER order from Pyramid again. I would give them less than one star if possible.
I truly wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my two tops, which I have not yet received and continue to be told that they have shipped and will arrive today. I will NEVER order from this company again!
I am SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY! I got a partial refund on my return. I didn't even get the full cost of my item. I will never buy from Pyramid Collection again. I order from so many other places and always get a full refund. I am so disappointed. And the quality of the clothes has gone down so much! Over priced and terrible quality!

I ordered 2 dresses, 1 week apart for my Daughters wedding in 2005, the 1st one came, it fit but was a little tight. ( i am petite ( 5'0 - 97lbs at the time) The 2nd dress, the one I ended up wearing, arrived days before the wedding and git perfect, Beautiful dress, i still have and wear it. My Daughter is now getting remarried its the beginning of july, the wedding is in October. I'm still 5'0 tall but now 110lbs. I' m petite but large chested, have no idea if i should order a Small (6-8) or Med (10-12) my measurements dont even match their sizing chart (I,'m 36c - 29 - 34) so, according to the size chart, i need a Med on top and Small on bottom. Ordering a Small 6-8 in 2 wks, just to make sure it gets here in time, praying it fits. Hope it packs good, i have to travel from New Orleans to Georgia for the wedding.
Tried to place an order over Black Friday AND THERE WAS NO SALE other than their items on clearance. I asked to speck with a supervisor and provided contact information. Nobody called me back. Kit the rep I talked to was doing his job and was not very helpful as he was instructed not to provide any discounts on Black Friday other than clearance items. No specials over Thanksgiving! Disapointing

Somehow my address autofilled an old address where no one lives. It's empty. Fed ex is partially to blame too, but if pyramid would ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR EMAIL I would have my clothes but instead they GOT STOLEN off that porch like I knew would happen. I ORDERED A DRESS AND CHOKER IN JANUARY THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT SAID ITEMS BUT I RECEIVED NO TRACKING ADVICE AFTER MANY REPEATED REQUESTS FOR ONE. QUESTION DOES AMERICA HAVE CUSTOMER CONSUMER LAWS TO PROTECT CUSTOMERS FROM GETTING RIPPED OFF. I did see some scary reviews for the pyramid collection store online but I had been looking for a purse like they offered for several years now. Its a quilt like patchwork purse and my husband had bought me one years ago at a surf shop in Florida who dont carry them anymore. Nor have I been able to find anything like it anywhere else online or in brick and mortar. So I went ahead and ordered and a couple of other things.
Got here earlier then expected even though I used slowest mail possible to keep down the price. The quality is better then the one I had before. The purse is beautiful and strong and very well made. I am also impressed that they utilize Fair trade products which means a lot to me. I just want people to know you dont have to be afraid to order from the pyramid collection. If they had problems in the past, they must have worked them out. Maybe just dont fill out the free delivery on future orders if you fill out this thing. I heard people were getting charged and didnt expect it.
While Pyramid Collection has some awesome clothes, their customer service has always been lax. I've be (trying) to deal with them for over 8 years I guess... but I haven't ordered that much because the company scares me after so many errors. Okay, so now? This is 2020. I placed an order out of probably sheer boredom without thinking about how crappy they really are. So I get the item. I am a medium. What I received was a child's size medium. Sent it back, but it got lost in the tracking. I contacted Pyramid, and they just said this is par for the course, quite normal for them. Now... this is the kicker: I wanted an exchange, right? So what they did was to charge my debit card AGAIN for the same item, $120. And then, they said, we will issue a refund to balance it out. If I did not have a balance in my bank, this horrible company could have put me in the red, in overdraft. They NEVER explained to me how they were going to handle my exchange. Okay, and much, much, worse, they are using Covid19 as an excuse for their lousy customer service! Their customer service has ALWAYS been lousy. But they not grasp on to this pandemic as a way to try to excuse their behavior. Holy Moses, do NOT order from these people!
The VIP club is a RIP OFF. They promise 15 percent off and the process is not only SUPER difficult and you must go through a THIRD PARTY COMPANY, but that company sends you through a mail chimp THAT DOES NOT EXIST. So it is IMPOSSIBLE TO CLAIM your "rebate." The VIP club is nothing but a RIP OFF! IT IS NOT WORTH ONE RED CENT. PYRAMID COLLECTION IS NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM ANYMORE, SAD TO SAY. WHAT A SHAME WHEN SUCH PRETTY CLOTHES ARE TURNED INTO A SCAM.

--They charge a lot for shipping ($10.95 and it's not shipped expedited, or in a box, or with insurance, clearly they're just trying to make money on the shipping).
--It's kind of cheaply made. The stitching was already coming out in half a dozen places when I got my vest. The only reason I didn't return it is because the return process looks kind of skeevy. They charge you almost $8 for a return and it doesn't look like you get your shipping money back. So that's a $19 loss for a return that takes 4-6 weeks to process.
--It's really, really wide. It's a one size fits all but I'm a size 18 so I didn't think it would be quite as big on me as it is. I swim in it so I can't imagine what it's like for someone significantly smaller than I am.
--I tried to leave a review on their website and got an error message. As all the other reviews for this item were positive I strongly suspect that their website is set to give an error message for reviews two stars or lower.
In conclusion: I don't exactly regret getting the vest but I feel kind of cheated on the shipping amount and the qualify of the item. I won't be purchasing from Pyramid again.

I have been a fan of Pyramid Collection for almost 15 years- never bought until now though. Sadly I already wish I hadn't. Insanely slow shipping, sorta useless customer service (they continue to read a script no matter what you say- they don't have the ability to fix anything really) and CHEAP clothes! Not the quality I thought I was paying for considering the insane prices. I bought a dress, top and pants, all XS and all three of them were HUGE with so much extra fabric! I'm 5'3" and I looked like I was playing dress up in my big sister's clothes :( Also I bought a pair of ankle strap gladiator sandals in my size- but the strap around the ankle part is huge and tightening the buckles just makes it pull weird. Also they are incredibly cheap material. I call customer service and find out I have to pay to return it all. After speaking with 3 different levels of management they finally tell me they will reimburse the shipping I have to pay, after I send everything back and they receive it. Such a hassle- just stay away!

Negative Zero Stars. I purchased the Boho Jacket ($95) on Feb 2.2022. It arrived a month later and was nothing like the picture. Poor quality, garish color. I immediately called the company to let them know I was returning the item and wanted the charge on my credit card reversed. I packed it back in same package it came in, affixed the handy provided return sticker and returned it in the same hour after arrival on March 3. Two weeks later I called and emailed to ask about my credit. Card reimbursement. They claimed the package had not arrived to their Massachusetts location, but that they would email me as soon as it did and then give me the refund. On April 1,2022 - I am still waiting for the confirmation email and credit card charge refund. I called and emailed Pyramid and got an automatic message thanking me for my patience and that there was high call volume due to covid-19. So no answer. Hope I am wrong but I believe I have been scammed. I am making complaint to Better Business Bureau and my credit card company.

Now I am waiting for refund without much hope based on the company's statement that the returned item did not arrive yet though sent over a month ago. Though I can't seem to talk to real person the company continues to send multiple daily emails offering its products.
Should have read the reviews before ordering. I received 2 of 3 items. Now it's been 3 months, still nada, it's the item I really wanted. Buyer beware!
I placed an order with this company on 19 September. On 30 September, I was informed that the order was shipped. By 23 October, I had still not received the order. I called customer service, and was informed that I had cancelled the order, which I certainly had not. I reordered the items that were still available. The foreign customer service service representative kept trying to get me to buy more merchandise with an offer of 15% off. I told him I did not have a catalog in front of me. He persisted, not listening, continuing to try to get me to order more merchandise, which I did not have access to where I was calling from.
On 16 November, I had still not received the order, and it had apparently not been shipped. As before, I spoke with an overseas customer service representative who kept calling me by the wrong name, since my billing information was different than my shipping information for this order. I finally cancelled the order, at least I think so. I asked the customer service representative to send me an email confirming the cancellation, which I was told they could not guarantee they would do. Seriously, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in trying to order merchandise.
I used to love this catalog and the things I could find. The spiritual trinkets and witchy clothes. Things you couldn't find elsewhere. Today I got the catalog and was excited. Instead of the awesome things I used to find it was a catalog of suburban housewives clothing. The kind of ordinary things you find at Macys or even Walmart. NOTHING AT ALL interested me. The prices are rediculous. I like interesting and unique flowy clothes. Sadly this new catalog is a completely redone set of Walmart or target suburban housewives totally ordinary bland and ugly clothing. Disgusting. I threw it immediately in the trash.

I been using essential oils since I was a teen. I been buying Pyramid for years off and on, I prefer the Sales, that's how much items should cost. The oils were the Worst I put on myself and bandanna and there's absolutely no SENT at ALL and Pyramid charges you for REURNS, so I guess I eat that $54 I believe me I'm pretty Pi$$ed OFF
I ordered on the 13th of December paid extra 5 dollars shipping for RUSH SHIPPING (4-6 business days according to their magazine) and I still haven't received the items yet and these were supposed to be XMAS gifts. I call customer service and get stonewalled, talk to the "supervisor" get stone walled. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS $#*!!
I told them cancel their magazines and I will return the items...
Didn't subscribe to their magazine. Got it anyhow, with pages full of sex toys. Glad I tossed it in the trash before my children saw it!
