Waited an hour. Food never arrived. Got a text from them saying food was delivered. It wasn't. Looked up qMenu online and found a bunch of people claiming they had been scammed by them. So I called up the restaurant I had allegedly ordered from... the person who answered had no idea what qMenu was and they had never received my order. Immediately called up my bank to dispute the charge. Don't be like me and fall for this scam because you're too hubgry to properly check the site you're ordering from

Do not use them i had a very bad experience i used hm for fusion taste stoneham once my credit card was misused for some jewelry then i called them and these people speak more chinese then English, i thought ignored then i again ordered food after 3 weeks and same happened then i realized they steal card info and i went to store to inform the owner and not sure what action they taking but we not ordering on it anymore,

I charged $26 for takeout on a credit card with a 0 bal. On 2/17. On 2/19, cc co. Informed me I had new charges totaling $1800 in travel expenses. I denied them as fraud. Beware! Q-menu is not honest!

I am soooo disappointment in the delivery that did not happen 2/26/22. We were supposed to get our food at 2:45 at 3:50 I called the driver listed on my order and she said the restaurant was real busy and that she would be coming soon. Then I called the restaurant and they said the driver was not there and they weren't busy and our food was ready. I sent someone to pick up the food and then I started checking reviews on this company. I wish I had of done that first! I emailed and asked if they would Please refund my tip since we picked up our own food. I wanted to make sure to write a review along with everyone else's so that people know this was. No a good experience Also I believe the driver was lied when I called and asked about the delivery and she said she was there and it was busy! SHAME

This company calls stores signup and when i placed order at fusion Restaurant one day in stoneham i found they came up, i used it and found my credit card was compromised right 6 days after. So i called the restaurant and they said they stopped using them as they did not pay them, so not sure but when you call q Menu they have one IVR we are busy we will call you later, and then same guy call you morning or evening

I placed an order that was canceled because the restaurant I placed the order with was closed. Customer service knew that the restaurant was closed yet took the order anyway, now I have to wait 5 to 10 days from my refund. Do not trust this site.

Food was confirmed to be ready at a certain time. Driver cancelled order because he arrived 20 minutes early and the food wasn't ready. No call from him. No call from the restaurant. Called Qmenu costumer service and they stated the restaurant was telling them the food was ready when the driver got there….which I knew was not true because I had to go to the restaurant myself and reorder my food and they told me the driver just left and decided not to wait for my food. Save your money. It was $20 cheaper to just pick up the food myself. I'll stay far away from Qmenu moving forward.
