My mom bought me a new muffler a month before Christmas. I installed it Jan 1st. By Feb 1st. The muffler is completely rusted. I thought that I was getting the top of the line product. Never have I ever had a muffler rust out. Garbage quality obviously

Do you really not know if I received my order? You must have that data. Using that line as a lead-in to get me to fill out a survey is disingenuous. Would not recommend using this site jabber. Send it from a quadratec inbox and be more genuine, I bet you'd get more responses.

I had ordered 5 items to only receive 3. I called customer service who promptly told me 2 items had to be shipped from manufacturer. One week later still waiting for items. Would of liked to know ahead of time they didn't have all the items on hand.

Quadratec's installation guidance is always spot-on. I am not very mechanical, but the product descriptions give sufficient skill-level info to let me know which things I can attempt myself and which things I need to seek help with.

Quadratec almost always has whatever you're looking for, and usually at regular industry prices or lower. They have a great selection and I love the customer reviews and provided images. It's also nice that they include installation expectations. I will always be a return customer.

Bought a used Jeep and noticed that headlights flickered. Did some research and found that I needed this product. Found other brands twice as much or more. Saw these and the price was right. Installation was easy. Less then 15 min. Would recommend this product.

I tried to order a hoist to take the top off of my Jeep. The shipping date kept getting moved back so I cancelled and ordered from Amazon. I have looked into ordering 2 other parts from them and they are always out of stock. The only thing they are good for is to find things you may want for your Jeep and then order from someone else.

Process is easy and quick! After looking online for this part I finally came across this website which carried the appropriate cord I need it for my jeep. I will definitely recommend this site as well as continue to use myself. Don't hesitate when it comes to quality.

I don't understand why I'm being charged state sales tax when I don't live in PA. This is the only out of state business that I've seen charge this. I feel it's just a way to get more money from the consumer. Very disappointing to say the least.

Wiring harness fit like a glove, even the tabs to hold it to the rear frame lined up for a really professional looking job. I did change running the hot wire all the way up to the battery after I found a Youtube video where they just wired it to the 12 volt outlet located in the rear of the Jeep. This outlet can be changed from only on with the ignition on to always on by moving a fuse in the fusebox (#43 if I remember) The fusebox panel shows you which position for each different application. Another Youtube video will show you how to get the rear panel off to reach the wiring on the outlet that way I only had to run a couple of feet of hot wire and its all inside out of the weather instead of under the Jeep. Made more sense to me.

Nice site. I ordered a spring for my jeep there. Came on time. The quality is good, only the paint is missing in places, but this, as I understand it, is not critical.) I decided to place an order there, because my colleague makes purchases there all the time. He is generally satisfied and still recommends it to me and his friends, because for him it is not just a hobby, but a whole business. Since he got to this point, this site is probably worth checking out.

Good online shop for buying a wide range and the variety of jeep parts and accessories. Very genuine and authorized site with premium quality products. On time and fast shipping service provided. I also liked their collection of jeep Shirts, Mugs and Books. All the products are excellent.

I enjoy the website and company but there's really not too many options they all seem about the same as well as pretty expensive for a lot of the lighting features and other parts. I was able to find the exact same brands on Amazon for less money.

My shopping experience is great. Mostly I'm able to find the parts and accessories that I need. Sometimes the parts that I need are not available for a period of time. However, I like the way quadratec allows you to see what's in stock through their filter menu

The Gladiator grill adapters are not very strong. Because they are plastic with a split in the housing and because it is a friction fit, they break easily. One of mine broke with very little force being applied. Once they break your screwed. Had to super glue mine, hope it holds up. These adapters should be aluminum or a stronger composite.

I found the items I needed/wanted easily. The website supplies pretty good info about the products but you, as a consumer, have the responsibility of making sure the products are correct for your make/model, etc. if you're not sure, give Quadratec a call/email, I bet they'll help you out. The product pages usually have a few customer photos of the product & you can see the fit or how it might look on your ride. My products arrived quickly, and the only issue I had was the set screw used to tighten the rear view mirror needed a bit of thread cutting. A bit of time & patients on my part was all that was needed.

I ordered Quadratec wheels and now the tazer mini chip. Both purchases went smooth with reasonable shipping times. 3 of my wheels arrived on a Sunday evening(Fedex's fault), one arrived Monday morning. They made up for their mistake.
