Quadratec

Quadratec knows jeeps. I rebuilt loads of TJ parts with 80% of what I ordered from them. The only reason I didn't get all was because it simply wasn't a product they had. All their prices match or beat competitors though.

Usually Quadratec service is excellent, but not this time. Contacted customer service twice to replace defective flashlight received and looks like that's just not going to happen. Very disappointing.

Delay in delv. Not quadratic fault at all they sent out next day. Install was supposed to be ez and thought did correct but after install the tension cable on rt side snapped not sure how big a deal that is but we see. Over all the product is a must for Jeep owners

Product details and website organization is less than optimal. I generally purchase from ExtremeTerrain because everything like search features, product photos, instructional videos, and more are far superior on that site. Also, you have better shipping times than other sites so why do I have to basically purchase the product before I can see how long it will take to ship?

The product was exactly what I needed, lets hope this one last longer than the last one which only lasted 6 months. I did not buy the first one through Quadratec so I'm hoping. Your service and products have been great.

The chart guide let me select the correct gear for my application. Very easy to follow.
Installed the Speedo gear and checked against speedo app on phone. The speed is very close. Only a one or two mph off, but that's do to my tires being very worn down and not quite the size they're supposed to be.

The items were exactly as described and photographed (5 star Shopping Experience).
I didn't look closely enough at what I was buying. The various hardware parts had visible nuts, unlike the stock items, which was "my bad" (3 star Product Satisfaction).

I bought a Smittybilt "OEM" size seat from Quadratec and discovered that it was several inches shorter than what I was told on the phone. I went to the reviews and initially not see that many other Jeep owners had discovered the same problem among other fit problems. I did not see any negative comments until I went to the very end of the reviews. Shame on Quadratec for hiding the poor reviews which would have changed my mind about buying this sub-standard product!

Please don't tell me how many characters my review needs to he. That request is way out of line. I've already posted this review once with glowing recommendations. Now i'm being asked to re-accomplish? I suspect this is a Sitejabber problem and notva Quadratec problem.

Anytime I order from Quadratec the shipping is done as-soon-as-possible. I receive my packages in a timely manner. I have no concerns with what I'm purchasing if I did I would call and have my answer right then and there. Not many out there can say the same. Thanks. James

Customer service is great. Product is lacking! No instructions. I think a lot of vendors are relying on YouTube to fix everything. Not an exact fit when product is advertised that way. Good thing I specialize in out of the box thinking and a great selection of nuts and bolts.

The Jeep spare tire cover that I ordered for our 2021 Rubicon arrived and fits great. I was pretty disappointed though in the quality. The Jeep silver lettering is already coming off where the cover was folded for shipping. I've sent photos to Quadratec & am waiting for a response.

Quadratec made my purchase very simple. The website has very accurate descriptions of all their products to assure you're making the right purchase for your application. Shipping came in a 2 days back to back and was very speedy. I'd highly recommend to everyone.

I've been shopping with quadratic for a long time. The products are always top notch, though I wish a lot of these distributors would get better with the directions. Not everybody's a mechanic and some of these things are easy enough to do by yourself but the instructions are not always clear if they do have them.

Shocks I ordered came within a reasonable amount of time. My gripe is that who ever packaged the shocks put no packing in the shipping box so the two shocks were just floating around and ripped open the shipping box. Luckily nothing was missing.

This cover is awesome! After figuring out how it goes on, it takes me 5 minutes tops to get my jeep covered, and 2 minutes to take it off. With the random rain showers we've been having, this is so super helpful. Love it

Bought a Quadratec premium softop costing me $800 shipped to Australia. Some absolute **** decided to slash one of the rear windows with a blade. I called up Quadratec to order a replacement window, to be advised we would have to buy the whole softop as they no longer make that type! What?!
Quadratec it's all good and well charging a premium for a softop, you could maybe think how many customer might need a replacement piece down the line. Maybe make the next generation using the same zipper mesh! Useless bunch, almost as bad as the fool that slashed the window Absolute joke!

Don't shop here! If you even think that you might have to send the parts back you will be in for quite a ride and a pack of lies. You get a different story from chat then you do from a conversation on the phone. Email acts like they have no idea what you are talking about. They even shorted me on my refund and I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Stay away from Quadratec way better places with way better prices out there.

My items shipped within one day of order, I needed to validate my address due to an auto-fill error and was on hold for less than one minute before a real helpful CSR made a quick edit and it was off to shipping. Standard post took less than a week for a very heavy pair of brakes to arrive. Price was slightly higher, however, my experience was wonderful and I'm a very happy customer.

Quadratec is great, FedEx sucks. My package went joy-riding around the country and then FedEx tracking was no longer updated. That's when I called FedEx and they said they would expedite. It arrived the next day.
