A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!
Waited 6 weeks for personalized dog collar. Less than 3 months later the buckle snapped in half. Luckily I was right by my dog when it happened or she would have been running loose. Groupon needs to ban this company after reading all the terrible reviews and faulty products.
I've ordered several times from Qualtry and I've been please with everything. I order a personalized cutting board and it is beautiful. I only use it for display. I just received pillow cases that I ordered for Christmas and they are so cute and great quality. All of my orders have been delivered in a timely manner and they send emails when your order has been placed, shipped and delivered. The email even says what is being shipped in that shipment. I've had no problems and I will continue to order from this company.
I made many personalized orders this year and i am amazed by the quality of the workmanship. There were a few issues, however the awesome customer service looked after reordering for me!

This company represents that all personalized products will take 7-10 business days. That is not true. Qualtry lies about their turnaround time and is not responsive on any level to customer updates. The chat line informs customers they are "next in line... connecting" and NEVER appear (after hours just to see). The support form gets you an email with a promise of a customer service assignment within 24 hours and DOES NOT HAPPEN! Better Business Bureau in Linden, Utah has over 500 complaints. This company is unethical, unprofessional and fraud! They should be forced to closed. Their business practices are unacceptable!
Ordered personalized pillow case as a wedding present still haven't received order I have called them can't get through and have emailed them as well several times no response.The wedding has been over 2 weeks ago so I had to show up with no gift how embarrassing
I wish I had read these other reviews before I placed an order with this company. All the bad reviews are true especially about the customer service. I have tried to email and call them about receiving the wrong item, but no one has responded in two weeks. I will never purchase anything from them ever again.
I ordered a Groupon. You would think with a name like Groupon, they would not be doing business with this company. Like all the comments below... the same thing happen to me. Items are taking forever to arrive (placed my order a month ago and still don't have it) and shipping is per item and customer service is non existent. Don't put yourself though the agony of dealing with these people!
Didn't deliver in timeframe promised. These were supposed to be Christmas presents. Ended up having to buy other presents. Didn't respond to emails, posts on Facebook posts, or messages (Over 100 total). Didn't respond to messages left for company sales (only number I could find). When they finally did respond, it was right after I contacted my bank for fraud since they took the money and didn't deliver product. The response was rude and unprofessional. Would I recommend? Not a chance.
I purchased two different Groupon packages to buy dog collars from Qualtry. The cost of each collar should have been $4.00. THEN I get to their site and discover a "shipping warranty fee" of 98 cents and an exorbitant shipping rate of $24.98 (for one collar!) I was fortunate enough to buy two separate packages because once I attempted to redeem one (by purchasing from them,) I would not have the opportunity to get a refund on the package. So, $4.00 down the drain? Yep. Gladly. I will never purchase from Qualtry. (I have let Groupon know about this crazy shipping cost.)
Never do I write reviews but I searched high and low to find a place to inform y'all about this horrible business. I placed an order THREE weeks ago and have yet to receive my package. My order keeps saying "shipped" but has no record of being in transit. I contacted them by email to follow up on the order with my order # as the subject line and they emailed me back with the order number erased asking what's my order number playing games with me because they're trying to avoid having to tell me what's going on with my order. I'm now going on week 4 still with no package and it was a gift for someone. Unprofessional, do not buy from this company!
I ordered 5 christmas stockings nov 13th I was told 7 to 10 day to process 3 to 5 for shipping. After not finding my tracking and 15 emails later. I got them 2 days before Christmas the red ones were nice but the green ones were dingy white as if they had been sitting for some time and the stitching was off centered. Very dissatisfied.
Ordered 2 custom stockings 11/21/17 through Groupon with "guaranteed delivery" within 14 days. I paid a hefty shipping and processing fee in addition to purchasing the groupon. It is now Dec 20 and my children have no stockings on the mantle! Multiple attempts to reach out to them have been unsuccessful. There has been no update on the "processing" status. Every day my kids ask me when the stockings will come, and I have no answer. Ordered in good faith and have spend hours on the phone, emailing, leaving messages and waiting on "live chat" and still have no stockings or answers as to when I'll receive them. I am extremely upset and disappointed, and have no idea if they'll even make it by Christmas day :(
I ordered 3 Christmas decor items on 11/24/18. It stated it will ship in 7-10 days, it still says being processed. I have sent 3 emails and have not received any type of response. I would not have wasted my money if I thought I would not receive the items in time to use for Christmas as they are personalized with the date. Shipping was more than the items and from what I can tell they may never ship. I wish I would have read all the terrible reviews before making a purchase.
I purchased 3 of the custom aluminum luggage tags and the wire attachment would not fit through the slit. I contacted the customer service department the same day it was shipped to inform of the problem. The gentleman went back and forth with me as if i were lying about the defect. He even asked for a picture to show that it wasn't working. After i sent the picture he said that it looked fine to him and basically dismissed everything I told him. This is bad customer service and a slap in the face when it comes to customer service. How in the hell can you tell a customer that a product is working fine if they are clearly telling you that it isn't. Needless to say my tags are now all scratched up from me trying to force the wire attachment through the too small slot that still dont fit and no thanks or help from the sellers at Quality. Buyer Beware
I did get my order in time for Christmas and I was thankful for, but then I opened it... I got someone else order! Same thing but with a different name, I've emailed 3 times and no response. If anyone is looking for a utensil holder with the name "Metcalf" and you have "Shepherd" please let me know and we can exchange info and get our orders to each other!
I bought a simple hot pad that was stamped with Blessings. There was no personalization. After a week I emailed customer service and got a response that it was being processed. That couldn't possibly have been true because it took over 21 days later before I received a tracking number. I'm going to watch to see when USPS even registers that they have received the item. No number to call. Slow email response. Customer service is bad. There are real issues with this company.

Ordered 12/5/18, pair of gloves, received 1/16/19. Emailed customer support 4 times and received 0 responses back. Could not talk to any one from customer service. Gloves were supposed to be able to be used on IPhone and the tips of the fingers are same material as rest of the gloves. Clearly will not work. Very disappointed, Qualtry is truly a riff raff company
Purchased a Groupon for a personalized wooden spoon. I expected the shipping to be high. Envelope arrived open, spoon missing. Looked like it was never securely closed. Tried to login to my account but got a message that email didn't exist. Obviously it does since that's the email I use.
Made a phone call. Item was to be replaced. Got the package today. Envelope open again, no spoon. I give up. Is it poor quality packaging or was there anything in there to begin with.
I purchased a groupon for 27.99 which would allow me to order 3 pairs of personalized gloves. I placed my order to qualtry on 11/12 and as of Dec 1 I had not received any notice that my order had shipped. I emailed the company and received a response to say my items were out of stock but they would plan to get more in. This is confusing as they still have these items available to order on the website. They offered me a refund or to exchange for a different item. Neither seem appealing to me at this point as these are supposed to be Christmas gifts. Here it is 12/11/19. My items have not shipped and I have no clue if the order will even be processed. I paid an additional $20 in shipping as well. So I'm out nearly $50 unless I get the items or attempt to receive a refund. I won't be ordering from this company again.
I have ordered products from Qualtry for the last 3 years. I have had no issues with thier products. But WARNING don't make a mistake on the Billing or mailing addresses. You will NOT get any support help or common curiosity from the support staff. Even after providing multiple emails and two phones calls attempts to correct the address, mere minutes after clicking the button to order.
I realize I am getting older and I have PD, but to refuse to assist me three minutes after placing the order is wrong!
I admit I made the mistake. But let's be adults here and correct it. All your customers are getting old and every person makes a mistake once in a while. I called and emailed Qualtry to correct the order. But really no help at all and you don't answer the customer line.

I recently purchased some engraved hand towels from this company. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the towel as well as the engraving. Customer service was contacted (due to an over sign on my part) And I received a prompt response from Phoenix and then I made contact and spoke with Alex who rectified the issue.
I was so pleased I have placed another order for another product.

I have ordered 5 Christmas bags from them in October. We are 2 weeks away from Christmas and nothing. I contacted then multiple times and they always gave me a runaround. Oh ye and I payed $25 for shipping. Telephone doesn't work and they dont respond to emails. Now I have to go through the hassle of reporting the fraud to my bank and etc.
I ordered a gift for my boyfriend and it still didn't arrive 3 months after ordering, as I check daily tracking I find out it's being returned to sender because it was confiscated! Was going to buy a bunch of Christmas gifts from them but hell no. Still waiting for my refund!
I bought a groupon for 5 embroidered dog collars. When I went to place the order most of the colors were out of stock. Then I had to pay $30 shipping, which is utterly ridiculous. The quality of the embroidery is poor, one of the collars looks as if it was embroidered by someone who was legally drunk! I have contacted them to ask for a replacement but no response. Looks as if that is par for the course! My advise, don't go there!
I placed the order with Qualtry on 12/8 (priority processing).
The shipping label was created on 12/15.
It is 12/23 (15 days after priority processing order placed) and USPS still has not even receive the package for delivery.
To make this situation even more frustrating, Qualtry Customer Service does not even respect its customers enough to answer / return calls about placed orders.
I received a personalized cutting board as a gift which was a very cute idea. Unfortunately the etching was the same color as the bamboo board. When I went online all the cutting boards looked like they burnt in etching & or colored font/etching. I just think it's false advertising when you can't even see what my board says
