A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!
Waited 6 weeks for personalized dog collar. Less than 3 months later the buckle snapped in half. Luckily I was right by my dog when it happened or she would have been running loose. Groupon needs to ban this company after reading all the terrible reviews and faulty products.
I ordered two personalized pocket knives for xmas in October. It's December and ive only received one. I emailed them three times before they answered and they told me I received one order. So I again had to explain there were two orders and after emailing them three more times, I haven't heard back. Do NOT order from this company! They won't ship your items and won't answer your emails. ITS A SCAM!
Worst company I have ever dealt with and their customer service is an even bigger joke. I purchased 2 cutting boards that ended up being the size of my palm. They were nice but 1 was misspelled and they claim I misspelled the name smh lol yes I don't know how to spell my own mothers name. Then to top it off I received the 2 boards minus the wood oil I paid for. When reading out to them they claim I spelled the name that way and offered me to make a new board but again i would have to pay the $14.99 "shipping fee" they also said they would ship the oil. 2 weeks later and the oil was still not shipped. Emailed them again and after almost a month wait time from first ordered they said they would refund me $5 for the oil and to purchase it in my area. That's customer service at its best! So I have waited almost 3 weeks now from giving my mother and father their gift because I was waiting for the oil that isn't coming. Way to go Qualtry. So yourself a favor and run from them while u can.
I ordered bulk personalized gifts from this site and they came out perfectly - great quality! Qualtry had amazing customer service, as it was a large order in a very busy time of year - yet they were able to prioritize our order and we received it right in time! I HIGHLY recommend this website to order from!

I ordered an item before Thanksgiving and they told me through email 10 days before xmas it wouldn't arrive in scheduled time frame. Note, this email was sent well after estimated delivery. They included that I could request a refund. I filled out a form to their customer "support" page (link was in email) that same day and got an automated response saying they will answer me shortly. I never got a reply from that another 2 weeks later so I sent them another email and now I have to fill out a form with my bank to get my money back for an item I cancelled the order for weeks ago! Theres no phone number and no one to help customers. Greedy company.
I wish their was an option for zero starts. I placed an order on 12-4-18 and it said that it takes 7-10 for processing and that the shipping was prior to Christmas. A few days before Christmas I get an email with an update stating that my order won't be here for Christmas. I emailed them back and of course no response. I told them that everyone should be refunded that didn't get their orders by Christmas. Stay far away from this company!
I ordered a cutting board and coasters for a wedding present. It came with the first names in a hugh font and the last name in a tiny font barely noticeable. Common sense the last name should be in big fonts and the fonts didn't even match. Quality and engraving very poor! Extremely disappointing and total rip off and company does not stand behind their work. I have called 3 times and emailed them and nothing back. They make it impossible to reach them.
I would like to give zero stars, but it isn't an option. I ordered two items on 11/27/18, they said 7-10 days to process and when I checked to see when I should expect the shipment it said it was still "being processed". Mind you it is 12/24/18 and these are Christmas gifts. I have sent two emails before today and have received NO RESPONSE at all. Personally I don't care how well made their products are, I will never order from this company again. If you place an order with the expectation of receiving it before Christmas, you as a company should be apologizing but at the very least responding. If you order from this company, you do so at your own risk!
Placed an order on December 3rd. 2 weeks later nothing happened. But what makes it worse is that they are completely clueless on when an order can or will be shipped out. Maybe I will get it in order to be an Easter present, as they cant even guarantee this. Or Maybe Xmas 2022?
If I would act like this for my customers I would file for bankruptcy within a month. Maybe they should shut down?
I have purchased from this company many times before and have been satisfied. I have been waiting over a month for a welcome mat that has been in the same state as where I live according to tracking. I have been calling and emailing and did get 1 response that shipping is delayed due to covid, but should have it by end of the week. 10 days later, no contact and no package. Disappointing as I was a loyal customer til now.
I ordered 3 personalized dog collars from Qualtry and one was embroidered in the wrong place. I sent a complaint to their customer service email and filled out the information on their customer service page on their website and STILL haven't heard a word from them. They don't care about their customers once they have your money.
If you have choice, do not order from this place. I placed an order almost two months ago and when I check the status of my order is still says being processed. I've sent multi emails and Facebook messages and still no response. I even called the one number they have listed and no one there will talk to you unless you want to place an order.
I sent order for 5 holiday stockings, received 4, then reorder 1 more, never got it. Now waiting for another order. Shipping is unreasonable, and you are waiting forever... never again will order from them

I purchased a Groupon for a personalized pillow cover. Created the order on Qualtry and triple checked that the names going on the pillow case were correct. Once I placed the order the pillow case was on back order for 3 weeks. Then when it finally shipped I was never notified. The pillow case arrived to my best friend with MY NAME on the pillow! Because I checked that it was a gift and wrote a personalized note to her and signed it Love, Julie SO they added my name to the pillow when it should have been the list of names I triple checked that included my best friend and her family- not my name. I called, emailed and was assured this would be fixed and a replacement would be mailed out to her. It's a month later and no further communication from Qualtry and still no replacement pillow case to my friend. Would not recommend and will not use again.

I ordered a gift for Christmas that was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. I never received it nor did I receive any info as to why I did not receive it. After multiple unanswered emails, I finally spoke with someone who said it would arrive by the end of February... really? So I asked for a refund and they would not refund the full amount I paid.
Honestly, if I could give no stars I would and I wish I researched the company to see all the negative reviews before I placed an order.
I did check out the lead time on products before placing an order, because this was intended to be a Christmas present. Lead time for the order say 7 - 10 business days, well it's been 19 days and the order has yet to ship. I have attempted to contact customer service twice, through their website, and they haven't even bothered to respond. Will definitely not order from them again and will spread the word to friends, family, and colleagues to steer clear of this company.
For the price that you pay for shipping alone ( came out to almost 40 bucks for a small 8 by 7 item) you think that you would at least get something worth that price. The quality of the cutting board I ordered was good, however, the engraving that was done on it would be nice if you could see it. The pictures show that the lettering stands out on the item which in fact it does not. I would literally have to take a marker to it just to make it stand out not only that but when you call customer service it's always busy and you are instructed to leave a voice message which is NEVER returned and online customer service is neither available or when it is it kicks you off before you can talk with someone. I will never order from this company again and I do not recommend it at all!
I ordered a Jumbo Santa Bag from Groupon in November 2017 and never received the item. I called multiple times to only get a recording and wanted to talk to someone but there was no option to do so. I emailed twice and never heard back as well as I tried to chat online but I would have to wait 320 min at my computer before there was someone to chat with! Horrible customer service and bought a product that I never received! I do not recommend this company!
This site is bias to Gay people. I ordered pillowcases for my friends wedding and they sent the wrong ones after I left additional notes as they requested. I requested Mrs. Mrs. And they sent Mr. & Mrs. And after I email them to change the order they stated they do not do same sex orders. But they are telling the truth because they did my very first order with Mrs. & Mrs. On the pillowcases.
They are not gay and lesbian friendly.
I ordered 3 dog collars from them through a promotion on Groupon. When I put my code in on their website and went to checkout, I paid almost $18.00 in shipping. That's not including what I already paid for the collars on Groupon. It's been almost a week and I still haven't received a tracking number and it's says my order is being processed! $18 in shipping, it should have arrived in a hurry!
Ordered 7 items 11/26/2018. Today is 12/17/2018. Same problem as all other reviewers. Received the coasters, but not any of the other items. No response from emails, no response from phone calls! I wish i read the reviews before purchasing. Too bad. I will contact my credit card company imediately! Stay away!
I used a Groupon for 2 sketchbooks. I paid an additional $16.99 to ensure to get them by Christmas. They were a part of two separate "artsy" presents. It's past mid January and still nothing. They won't respond. DO NOT ORDER THRU QUALTRY!

Ordered a pair of monogrammed gloves for Christmas, ordered them in plenty of time. It said on their web site they would ship out within 7-10 business days. Well it was almost 2 months and didn't arrive before Christmas. Once I did receive the monogrammed gloves, they were not what I ordered. Black gloves with black embroidery. REALLY. Ok so I sent a email to see about sending back these $14.99 plus $5.00 s&h, they finally send me an address to return the gloves, and once the gloves were received they would credit back to my credit card. Well got an email today stating that they have credited my account for $4.99. REALLY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH them.
Their customer service is SUPERB! No one is perfect so sending me the wrong Lantern color was understandable. Contacted them and they sent me a new lantern with the correct color just before the wedding was excellent. Gino, their customer service agent was very, very helpful and very kind. I highly recommended this company for any personalized gifts.
Ordered a pillow cover on June 30, and it arrived on November 20th. I am aware that things have slowed down due to COVID-19, but an apology with my order would have gone a long way. The shipping date was October 30, so you can't blame the postal service. Not recommended.
