A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!
Waited 6 weeks for personalized dog collar. Less than 3 months later the buckle snapped in half. Luckily I was right by my dog when it happened or she would have been running loose. Groupon needs to ban this company after reading all the terrible reviews and faulty products.
I ordered pillows from Qualtry via Groupon. They delivered half of my order a month late and only after I called and emailed several times. I never received the other half and Groupon wouldn't help either. What a scam. I should have read all the horrible reviews first.
I was another unfortunate case that purchased a Groupon deal for this company. I ordered 2 personalized Christmas stockings for my children in November. It's December and the stockings haven't even shipped. "Customer service" is a JOKE! You can not get ahold of anyone on the phone and the responses I've received via email are useless. Finally got an email response stating my stockings hadn't shipped because they are out of red stockings. They asked if I would rather have 2 green stockings since my red stocking is out of stock. I said yes please ship me 2 green stockings. Still haven't received any stockings and I stopped getting any response at all when I emailed multiple times for an update on when I would receive my order. This company is absolute bull$#*! and a total scam.
I ordered monogram towels November 26. Their web sight says 7 to 10 days for processing 3 to 5 days for shipping after processing. Contact customer service via email if you do not receive your product. I have contacted customer service twice via email and also called the phone number the sales department left a message twice different days. No response at all from anywhere. I needed these items for a Christmas gift. Still have not received them and will not receive them in time. Extremely extremely disappointed in the response from the company and the shipping time. I couldn't tell you how the product is because of course I haven't received it yet.
I ordered a deal from groupon, after the great deal i received i had to pay a lot of money in freight, i did not take that in to consideration... I received my package and loved the Santa sacks, super cute but then i received a email my order was in production after i already received my order. I sent many emails and called the customer service number multiple times to inform them but there is no way to contact them. I was charged twice and received two of the same shipments unfortunately.
I ordered 3 sets of gloves on November 27 for Christmas gifts. It is not Dec 19 and still no product. I emailed the company 3 times, they have NO expected ship date or when the order would be processed! RIDICULOUS!
I found this company on Groupon, purchased a voucher and placed an order through the company website on 12/1/2018. A month and 2 emails later and I have yet to receive my order nor a response to my emails. I will never shop with them again!
Whenever you have a discount from anywhere, they will screw you with the shipping charges and will screw you if you try to return anything! The response time is poor! They always say internal policy! Internal Policy is to charge quad the norm for shipping your items!
I purchased a Groupon and I knew I had to pay shipping. But $25 for shipping is a rip off. Spent more on shipping than I did for the Groupon. $25 in shipping for 4 pillow covers. I haven't received the order. Will follow up if I have more any more issues.
I order a pillow case from them on May 4 with expected delivery of May 13. The item never shipped, and I when I reached out to them, they never answered. Finally, I reached out to Etsy to prod them to ship the item and they cancelled my order out of spite. What a bunch of losers.

I purchased a groupon for 10 personalized notebooks thinking this would be a great gift for my nieces and nephews at Christmas. I paid $40 for the groupon, and yes it does say 'shipping not included' but there is a link you can go to their site and it shows 'USPS standard shipping' - so any logical person thinks. $5-$15 within the US for a few small notebooks to ship. No way - they charged $60 just for STANDARD shipping with no cheaper option. Almost 2x the Groupon price. I contacted the company and they said 'there is a handling and packaging charge per item' which I explained is not written ANYWHERE on their site or within the groupon. The customer service person pretty much said too bad so sad.
This is the second year I ordered Christmas gifts from them. Last year they told me the issues were because of Groupon. This year I ordered directly from them, no Groupon. It's been 21 days since I ordered and they haven't processed my order yet. The timeline on the website when I ordered said I should have my order with 15-20 days. They won't call back, they took 4 days to answer an email. This has been a nightmare. Clearly not Groupon's issue, clearly their issue.
No updates to inform of my orders. I had to inquire each time. Yes, each time. Has been close to a month waiting on my order. Very upset with service and will NEVER order again from QUALTRY and will deter others.
I ordered 2 personalized sketch pads for a gift. My granddaughter has a very unique spelling of her name and unless it's personalized it "not spelled right" according to her (lol). I ordered them and only received 1. Called the company and informed them of this. They told me I only paid for one because I paid shipping and handling for ONE item. I have been scammed before so I doubled and tripled over looked my order before I sent it. S&H was $8.99 for ONE sketchbook? If I would have known this I would have paid more the S&H than I did for the sketchbooks! Ridiculous! NEVER going to use this company again! Ordered be warned!
So I bought 3 sketch pads with colored pencils for my kids off groupon. I only paid $15 in all. When I went to place the order I had to pay $26.91 for the shipping! That is crazy stupid! You can not tell me 3 sketch pads weigh that much and it cost that much to ship them! On groupon it states you have to pay shipping and I even clicked on the shipping rates which is a joke! All it states is that shipping depends on purchase, quantity and shipping address. So like I said, I never thought I would pay more for shipping than the items itself! Such a ripoff! Now I know to never buy from here again...
After a week of my items not shipping I was upset because I paid First of the Line to have them shipped in 1 day, which was $16.99 for both of my items. I googled some reviews to see the typical time Qualtry delivers and came across these reviews, my heart sank! I was so upset because I thought I had been duped. I emailed, called and wrote on all social medias to Qualtry. They all responded within a couple days. Both of my items have been received and were in perfect condition, exactly as I ordered it and before Christmas. On top of it they refunded my First of the Line I paid extra. So I wouldn't consider thos company a scam, I would say that they are super busy and behind schedule but they made up for that and I am a happy customer!
Let me first say that I've ordered from these guys before with no problems. I ordered 8 pillow covers Nov. 9th and 3 more, Nov. 18 and then 2 on Nov. 23. The only order completed was the Nov. 23rd. Partial fulfillment of the rest. Needed them Dec. 20th. Still nothing, emailed, called, no response. I want my order or my money! NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered a monogrammed adult beanie as a gift long before Christmas. It was ordered through Groupon coupon. Two days before Christmas, I received an email that the product would not likely arrive for Christmas. I sent emails 1 week and 2 weeks after Christmas and the beanie finally arrived today. The monogram is not centered. That left initial is a quarter inch from the larger center initial, and higher than the right initial, which is touching the center initial, and even with center initial bottom. Very disappointed with quality of work, and integrity of this business. I also feel that the shipping fee is unreasonable.
I ordered on December 6th and was told I would have my package within a week before Christmas its been 2 1/2 weeks and 2 days before Christmas and I still don't have it. I will never order from quality again.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a lantern for a gift and when it arrived, the printing was not centered and was brown instead of black. I had to have a local glass shop cut the glass so it would look half-way decent in the lantern (remember it was a gift). I requested a new glass with the print centered and in black. After two weeks, I finally got a response and another glass was sent... again, it was not centered. When I requested a refund, I heard nothing... Its been over 6 weeks. I read the reviews and was hesitant to order but I did anyway... don't do it!
I gave them a shot because I bought a Groupon for 4 luggage tags. Got them personalized and get to check out to find they charged me TWENTY FIVE dollars in shipping for a small envelope with four luggage tags. I was already invested with the Groupon so I paid. Took OVER A MONTH to arrive and one tag was missing top initial. Customer service refused to take a return and had the audacity to tell me to get a new one (which they would cover) but pay for shipping again.
SCAM! Never do business with them. Terrible company who does not stand by their product and looks for ways to make money from customers by overcharging for shipping.
I placed my order in August and received my cutting boards (2) and one easel but never received my second easel. I reached out and their customer support said they would ship my other easel. Emailed multiple times, no response. All in all, TERRIBLE customer service/support and have never received my second easel which I paid for.
I placed 2 orders in Nov. 2018 when I called in December to check the status they said 1 had not even been started yet. I received the other one Christmas Eve and it was partially embroidered!? Partially! Slow and Terrible quality. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered 2 phone cases. The first one came after about a month. And I was happy with quality of the case. The problem came after that... when I never recieved the second case. I corresponded with customer service off and on for about two months. After putting me off for weeks and telling me it got lost in the mail, they told me the specific product that I ordered was out of stock. I settled for a different case. A week later I got a case in the mail and it was a completely different case than the one I reordered. Im just keeping the case and moving on... because Im not dealing with this company anymore.
It has been months and never received power bank. Called customer service and gave me the run around saying I had to call ups to see if was delivered. I WILL NEVER purchase antother product from then.
I just wanted to let your business know that your service is the worst! I waited two months to receive my product from you, just 2 power banks with my name on it! I just received it in the mail on January 19th of 2019 when it was ordered in November of 2018 and get this, it shipped with the WRONG charging cords to charge my power banks with! I will not ever order anything else from your company again! If I decided to return the product to you I probably wouldn't see the money are the product again! Thumbs down to your business and customer service!
