A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!
Waited 6 weeks for personalized dog collar. Less than 3 months later the buckle snapped in half. Luckily I was right by my dog when it happened or she would have been running loose. Groupon needs to ban this company after reading all the terrible reviews and faulty products.
Ordered 2 personalized dog collars from Qualtry, was assured that the products ordered would be shipped out in 5-7 business days. Order was placed on 6/22 it is now 7/9. When inquired about the status of my order was told it would be shipped out on 7/5. Today when I checked the status is says being processed. Really frustrating because it was a gift for my grand pups in another state. The occasion is done and I looked stupid not having my gift. Would NEVER purchase another product from Qualtry again!
I received a Groupon for 10 personalized sketchbooks and once I put my shipping information in, these $39, SMALL sketchbooks (!) came out to $56 in shipping costs! I cannot justify the cost for such low quality. Avoid this company. Just go to a real seller on etsy for your personalized gifts, your money would go even further that way.
Stay away from dealing with this company. I ordered luggage tags on Groupon. They only shipped one when I ordered two. They want to charge me the already exorbitant shipping to receive the second one. Emailed them and they obviously dont care about their customers.

Run as fast as you can. Shipping charges are ridiculous. 22.00 to ship a tiny little notebook. You think you're getting a good deal on a tiny gift item, then you are hit with giant shipping fee. Very deceitful advertising. This company won't last long, nor should they.
I ordered six luggage tags and three sketch pads. The cost was $22.00. Standard shipping is $78.00. That's highway robbery- I just had a TV shipped for $42 cheaper than what Qualtry is charging. It's ludricious.

I'd prefer not to give any stars at this point. I ordered two items from qualtry on 9/2 and have yet to even receive an email stating the order has shipped. I sent 4 emails and received ONE response! Saying my order would ship within a week. EL OH FRICKEN EL! Still haven't. Conveniently I called them and they have "high call volume" and was forced to leave a message. Would have rather waited on hold because lord knows I'll never get a call back. Will now have to file fraud against them to get my damn money back. Such poor customer service. PS they said my order would ship within 5-7 business days at the time of purchase. Had to resort to a new wedding gift for two weddings now! Way to go!
I really loved how the embroidered monogram looked on the beanie they offer and thought I would get the 10-pack, Had my awesome Groupon and at checkout they wanted to charge me $67.50 for shipping to ONE address.
When I contacted their Customer Service dept. they said, "It's because they don't just pull them off shelves to ship." If department stores charged to ship per item instead of per order they'd go out of business fast!
I'm disappointed.

If you purchase a Groupon for the advertised Ten monogrammed beanies for $20., include the price for of $6.50 / item, not per order.

Had a very bad experience. Wanted to order something but couldn't get any help with a question. Only way to contact customer service is through email, the reply to which comes 1-2 days later. No wonder they've gotten such bad reviews everywhere... I wish I had seen these before wasting my money
Bad enough that I was another Groupon sucker who paid $5 for a personalized sketchbook for my grandson and then got stuck with an outrageous shipping charge, but then when it arrived, most of the "sketchbook" was filled with coloring pages with ugly flowers with only a few blank pages at the back. I can see why the business model is based almost entirely on Groupon discounting since I can't imagine anyone ever paying full price for these products.
Do NOT order from Qualtry. It is a scam. I have ordered pillow cases 2 months ago & still haven't received them. I have contacted them in every single way they tell you that you can. I've even religiously gotten on the live chat just to see if anyone is available & there is NEVER an agent available to speak to. I bought the pillows through a groupon voucher & they still can't help me get in touch with this terrible company. I am serious... worst company & customer service I have ever dealt with! Do not & I repeat do NOT order from them. This complaint should be shut down for scamming customers out of their money!
I'm appalled by the service of Qualtry. My items were not sent within the time frame communicated. What is worse is that knowing the issue, Qualtry decided to not contact me about the delay. Instead I had to wait on their customer service chat que for over 2 hours (because the phone did not take me to a person). What is truly unacceptable is that the product is still up for purchase on the website with a "30 days" production time frame and I'm being told mine will not be shipping for over a month.
These clowns sent me the wrong personalized cutting board twice. After the first error I talked to them and they ensured me the replacement would be correct. It was not. I waited 9 weeks for 2 incorrectly engraved boards. The order submission was correct from the beginning.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from these butt clowns.
I ordered 5 stockings from qualtry and one of the names came wrong (missing the second "n" in my daughters name. I wrote qualtry telling them about it and they told me they will have my replacement in the mail ASAP and correct this time and there's no need to return the one that has the mistake. How nice of them. More companies should run like that.

I Purchased or should I say tried to purchase through Groupon when I got to the checkout it would not except the redemption code and instead of the item costing me four dollars they wanted me to pay $39.50 plus shipping. I tried to reach customer service through online chat through email and by telephone no one responded no one answered. So my order is still in my cart and will not be processed because I will no longer purchase from this company. And shame on Groupon they haven't got back to me either and it was a deal through them and Rakuten.
Bought a cutting board with a Groupon. Like other reviwers was not happy with shipping costs. Got a notification it was on its way. 16 days later I am still waiting. Tracking shows package has been in Orlando for 3 days. I live 90 miles from Orlando. Only response I get from the company is its because of the Corona virus. Asked them to find out what is happening. No response. Very disappointed in them and Groupon. Would never buy anything again. Only bought this because I wanted to help small businesses at this time of crisis.
I ordered a personalized wine glass tray and 2 glasses the order form only allowed me to input one name to be engraved on the glasses so I put the other name in the notes sections. They sent both glasses with one name and took 2 weeks to tell me they would not correct mistake. It was a wedding gift. I'm so disappointed. I would not use this company again.

It took over a month to get a personalized bottle opener, and when I finally got it... complete crap! The lettering looks horrible and isn't even centered. All I wanted was a cute stocking stuffer for my fiancé and now I don't have time to send it back and get a new one before Christmas because it took so long to arrive. I'm so disappointed in this product. My 5 year old could have whittled this with his pocket knife. Won't be buying from here again!
Purchased 6 items from this company for teacher Christmas gifts and 1 of the items was missing. The items shipped later than promised so the day before I was to give the gifts I was forced to race around the city looking for a comparable item. It ended up costing me more money, a lot of time and the company has never responded to my several emails therefore I'm also out the money for the item. Not worth the headache, but from a more reputable business.
I have generally been happy with the products I ordered from Qualtry until I purchased a cutting board for my granddaughter's wedding present. The picture online was beautiful but that is not the quality of the product I received. I complained and they told me they would send me a replacement. The one I received as the replacement was just as bad. Needless to say I was not a happy camper.

I never write bad reviews but I just had to for this store. I placed an order with them and it actually did arrive very promptly; however, they misspelled a name wrong. The put a note in the package to reach out if anything is wrong and they will send a new one. I have written them 4 emails and they still have not replied. They don't have a phone number or any other way to get ahold of them either. I needed this product by Christmas and now I have nothing! BEWARE!
I bought a groupon for qualtry.com. Groupon stated the shipping cost as $7.99. When I was on qualtry.com immediately there was a charge of $0.98 for warranty shipping. Then shipping cost was $14.99 plus the $0.98 for 1 item. Not $7.99. No customer service. Groupon won't refund the money because I viewed the voucher. So my choice is throw away the $20 voucher or use it and pay $15.97 at qualtry.com for shipping. Either way I got burned. If I don't receive the item then I will feel even more stupid for chasing it by throwing money at the shipping cost when I should've threw the groupon voucher away.
I was hesitant to order from Qualtry because of their reviews on here, but I ordered some customized beanies and cutting boards for Christmas, and they were the best quality and styled gifts I've ever gotten! The people I bought them for were in love and amazed at the perfection of their customization from the company! Definitely a recommend!
