A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!
Waited 6 weeks for personalized dog collar. Less than 3 months later the buckle snapped in half. Luckily I was right by my dog when it happened or she would have been running loose. Groupon needs to ban this company after reading all the terrible reviews and faulty products.
Have tried several times to redeem a coupon I paid for with no avail. Can't get any help with solving the problem guess this company is to BIG to care about the little people. Not a good company to do business with!
This site is horrible. Don't order from them! First of all, I was supposed to get two pairs of monogrammed gloves. Only one came. They told me I did it wrong and gave me a code to order the second. Problem is, they did not send me what I ordered. They actually sent me the second one, so they knew I ordered two. When I went to reorder the second one, they were making me pay the $8.99 in shipping again. Honestly, the quality was not worth another $8.99. In addition to that problem, the gloves were huge and they did not use the correct script on the monogram. You couldn't even read it. So disappointed all around. Finally, they do not ship in the time they say. Mine was over two weeks later than they said it would get here and it didn't make it for Christmas. Don't order! You will be disappointed.
Don't waste your money! I paid for priority processing and after sending numerous followup emails I finally got a tracking number but with incomplete order! I bought 2sets of cutting boards and 2sets of coasters but they are only sending me the coasters! They never replied to any of my emails and never answer the phone! Search their FB page. They are hiding the comments on their posts. You know why.

Unbelievable! My Christmas stockings were ordered November 20 and as of December 29th I have not received! I would request a refund, but i that may take 2 months 2 receive. Do not do business with them. Take it somewhere else!
Purchased 5 items from this company June 3rd period they were face mask. June 22nd I received one face mask thrown into a giant bag, Not wrapped in plastic. No invoice, no explanation of where the other 4 items I ordered are & if/when I might receive. Emailed no response. Called *******601. Got recording stating they could not take my call leave a message. WOW

Very disappointed. I ordered several items for Christmas 12/11/18 through Groupon. Still have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails with no response. Tried to call and speak with someone and only automated voice recordings and after waiting on hold went to a recording. Do NOT order from these people! It's a scam! At this point I just want my money back!
Purchased several items in beginning of November. Now the beginning December just received message some of the items we're about to ship. A shipping label was created. That was almost a week ago. It must be a pretty long label. They tell you your items will ship in a week or 2 when but a month later only a shipping label created. If you need items in a timely fashion do t buy from here.

Living Social was offering a special, so I bought it, hook line and sinker. When the time came to order and purchase the items, after the discount for the items and quantities, the shipping fees amounted to $35! Considering all 6 items were shipped in the same envelope, I think that was a huge rip off. If you're not comfortable with your offers, then don't make them, but you shouldn't be making up the difference in the shipping costs. I love personalized items, but I won't shop with them again. I checked the price for the package I received and it should've been $10 maximum. What they charged is thievery.
I purchased a dog collar with my dogs name and my phone number on it and it was crooked. They were willing to give me a refund but I had to pay the return shipping to get my refund. I think that is poor business when it was their poor workmanship. After they received the collar back, she agreed it was crooked although still would not refund my shipping. I would never order from them. They dont stand behind their product.
I ordered personalized collars for my dogs. It says they will ship in 5-7 business days. That was only July 2nd 2018. Today is sept 23rd. I received one of the two collars at the end of August. I have sent numerous emails. At one point I got an email stating it had shipped. Now when I log on to check my order status, it doesn't recognize my email. I no longer have a profile account on their website to check the status. This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, especially if it's a gift.
Can I give I negative stars! I've had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered Nov. 20 and have not received the order. Sent 2 emails to CS and no response. Left messages and no return phone calls. The only number available is for the corp. sales dept. No customer service number is available. I will be contacting the BBB. I think everyone should!
What I saved on the cost of 2 personalized collars, I more than paid in shipping; $15 for a small and medium collar. When there was an error in the order, they wanted me to pay the shipping again. Kirby told me the $15 was also because the product was "meticulously worked on." If that were true, there wouldn't be an error in the first place.
I bought a groupon for the company Qualtry, the whole order was a nightmare rightcdown to Qualtry's customer service. The didn't accept the groupon code, they have lots of excuses and when I did put my order in for 2 items, their system picked only one of the two although I bought/paid and selected 2. I contacted them immediately and they said it was my fault, groupon sucks and also leaves you hanging and Qualtry just tries to get more money out of you with another order. Stay away from this place- they have zero customer service and I feel scammed. Also check their responses to anyone unhappy, it's always defensive, blaming the customer-that's how the are, totally unprofessional and ridiculous.

I placed a order in which it was a birthday gift for my niece. This was a month ago and never received my order. I have tried to contact the company by calling the customer support number at least 4-5 times. Every time I call It never allows me to speak to anyone and says to leave a message. I have left a total of 4 voicemails no one has returned my call. I have even attempted to email and no response!
I only gave one star due to it requires it to submit, I wouldn't give any stars. I have called and email several times. No one calls back nor answer phones. When email responded adv that it's on way which I knew that by tracking it stated the package was at my local usps which is no more 10 min from my home they don't have package. Isent email back to company last respond was we will give you 30% to use one another purchase. Why would make another purchase if I didn't receive the first one.
Boo! I ordered a customized pillow and insert on June 5th. The insert was cancelled due to inventory problems and I finally received the pillow today August 1st. This was a gift and I am so disappointed - will not order from them again.
I had ordered 2 items, one was sent correctly, the other was incorrect. I had emailed 3 times, called customer service and left messages multiple times and the only response I got back, was the problem was on my end. After I had shown them the confirmation of order that I had ordered it correctly.

Paid $8.99 for 2 personalized bags on Groupon. Go to website to enter info on personalization and the shipping charges for these 2 canvas bags was $61.00. So I took the $8.99 loss. Not paying $61 for shipping. Groupon does not warn buyers of this, so I'm sure Qualtry is making it on the $8.99 for NOTHING!
I ordered an item on November 26th to be a Christmas gift. I received an email on Wednesday indicated that the item is now in production. I sent two emails already and never heard back. I'm still haven't received the item. I will not order from this site again and want my money back.
I called Qualtry 5 times on 5-21-18 i never received a call back there system does not allow you to talk to anyone. I called again today 10mnutes after they opened, no return call again. Is this a fly by night company? I bought some products earlier from them and I was very happy so I order some more products they stated they received my order but that was over a week ago and I cant get a hold of them to see if the products were shipped yet.
I have to post this update, Ben though I never received notice that my products were shipped. I received them this afternoon and they look Great. I dont apologize for stating there customer service stinks there products are Great.

I ordered custom towels close to 2 months ago as a Christmas present. Not only did I not recieve them by Christmas, but still have not even received a respinse back to asking when I can anticipate the items. This is pure theft and they should be prosecuted accordingly.
I ordered personalize metal luggage tags. They came just as I ordered and look great. They arrived in approximately one week from when I ordered them. I have just one small complaint. I paid $4.98 for shipping but package they arrived in was marked, postage $0.89. Must have been an expensive envelope.
This is the absolute worst piece of crap I've ever received. The ring on the collar (where you are to attach the leash) is on the inside of the collar. When you attach the collar, the ring is laying against the dog's neck and the buckle is on top of that. It can cause harm to a dog's neck and I would NEVER put this piece of crap on my dog. They also said it would ship in 5-7 business days and it didn't ship for 6 weeks. Customer Service kept giving me excuses and lying. This has GOT TO BE a scam. NO reputable company would send this type of stuff out and charge for it. My biggest mistake was not researching and seeing how many complaints this company had and how inferior their products were. Disgraceful!

I have used this company a few times always hoping for a better experience but the products are subpar, customer service is pretty much non-existent and shipping fees are the worse! Not mention if you request a refund, they do not refund you for items not shipped or taxes you paid. Beware and find a better deal elsewhere.
