A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!

Waited 6 weeks for personalized dog collar. Less than 3 months later the buckle snapped in half. Luckily I was right by my dog when it happened or she would have been running loose. Groupon needs to ban this company after reading all the terrible reviews and faulty products.

I purchased a Groupon for 3 pairs of monogrammed gloves. When I went to place the order I was charged $19 for shipping! The order was made during the first week of December. Today is January 6th and I STILL don't have the gloves. So all the $ for shipping and I never got them for Christmas to give as gifts. Will NEVER do business with them again.

I am very disappointed. I ordered a wood postcard for my husband for father's day on June 5th and it stated that I would receive it in time for father's day. It showed up 3 days past father's day and it wasn't done correctly. I put our saying on it and followed it up with a. The website didn't kick it out and no where on that page does it state it won't accept imojis. Instead of putting the they put a? On it. They never reached out to me stating that they couldn't do the. Once I finally received my item late I contacted qualtry about their mistake. Instead of offering to fix it or refund it they told me it's my fault because they don't do imojis and their site doesn't say they do so they won't fix it but they will give me a discount on something else. What a joke. Very poor quality control and customer satisfaction.

Paid to have the present delivered before the occasion. Then Qualtry, sent me an email with a tracking number, however, it wasn't accurate. A day later was sent an email that said it was just now getting the engraving... wait, I thought it was being shipped already? And the occasion is in three days! So the occasion came and went. Still no package three days after the event. Website says I have no package on delivery. Customer service said, they see it and it should be delivered on the 10th. That was yesterday. The customer service doesn't even know what day it is!

I haven't recieved my items and I been trying to contact this company and not reply yet I have try to called several times no respond o send a email and haven't recieved a reply yet. Plus the promotional the Grupond had is not true j had to pay like 40 dollar more just for shipping

This company is horrible and a rip off! I would not recommend for anyone to order from here. I ordered 8 stockings on November 20th. Received 5 of them and the remaining 3 were not delivered because they stated my address was "undeliverable", but for some reason the other 5 stockings were delivered to that same address on the same day the other 3 stockings were attempted to be delivered. I had to call and email the company multiple times only for them to say they had to remake the items and it will take 5-7 business days for them to ship on top of the additional days USPS to deliver. It is now December 30th and I have yet to receive the remaining 3 stockings. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life!

This site Qualtry. They have never delivered (still shows processing 2
Weeks later) and there is no way to contact them other than their web
Site and they never reply to you there. There is a phone number and when
You call it it is for sales only and its a voice mail. Totally ruined my Christmas! BEWARE!

I purchased a Groupon for 6 luggage tags but only one was delivered... called customer service and was told the missing 5 would be provided at no cost but a Shipping and Handling charge of $6 PER PIECE would be charged. Their error will cost me $30 to fix, or I can keep the 1 luggage tag I received for the $30. These are luggage tags, this is ridiculous! I will try to get some relief from Groupon, but please STAY AWAY from this company, they are not reputable. When I requested the name of the head of the customer service department they refused to provide... BIG RED FLAG

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for a customized product from their website, and was never even advised that the item was on backorder until around 3 weeks after I placed the order. I then immediately asked for a refund since the items I ordered were for Christmas presents, and now Christmas has come and gone. They are refusing to refund my money because they claim there was a message on their site saying the items were on backorder, which there was no such message. Horrible company with horrible business etiquette!

Ordered 2 hats January 6th, 2017. Leave repeated messages to their prompted support email. ZERO response. Used their "order look up " link, all i see is not shipped.

I ordered a cutting board on 12/6 as a Christmas Gift. Was supposed to ship in 7-10 days. Site shows it is still "in production". I've sent 3 inquiries with no response. Horrible Service!

Do not waste your time or money. You cannot reach them. I have now left 9 requests for their help. They sent me someone else's mask... the fabric is nice... just not even close to what i ordered

Nearly $32 to ship a few paper notebooks? Insane!
Groupon has no business dealing with such an unethical company and will lose customers over such shady 'deals'.

I ordered one SET OF 6 hot pads from them They sent me 1 hot pad. I've called customer service and all you get is a list of their FAQ recording twice, then you get a voice mail. Noone EVER calls you back. Their customer service is a sham and sucks. You NEVER get a live person, and get robbed of your money by not getting your proper order.

You can't preview your order before sending therefore no idea what your getting. I ordered wedding gifts and it's like ordering blind, and they did nothing to fix it or help.

Looks like I should've read the reviews before buying my Groupon AND placing an order with this company. I have purchased the personalized princess pillowcases (made my purchase on 11/26/18) and it's looking more and more like I'm going to have two VERY DISAPPOINTED nieces on Christmas day when their gifts haven't arrived! I have both emailed Qualtry's customer support email and messaged them through their Facebook page (twice) and can't get a response from their customer service. Buyers beware!

What a disappointment! I purchased a Groupon and ordered a personalized cutting board as a Christmas present. The tracking ID stated the package was delivered at 3:03 PM a few days ago. Not only did I not receive this package and my RING doorbell confirmed it! But I can't get anyone to answer my emails or connect on live chat... My coworkers and I all logged into the chat at the same time and it states we are ALL "Next in line"- HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? This site is a scam! Save your money and your time- hopefully the BBB shuts them down!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!

Crappy service ordered stuff specifically for Father's Day was guarantee delivery before Father's Day call the Saturday before Father's Day they tell me it will not be there they apologized and I should for sure get it by the following Friday did not receive until the following Monday and only received one of my two items I've been trying to call to find out what the heck is going on and it just tells me it's busy and I cannot get through this company sucks and I would not recommend to my worst enemy

****DO NOT PURCHASE A SPECIAL GIFT FOR ANYONE HERE.
This company's customer service is terrible. I ordered a blanket for a friend that just had a baby with blue thread to match the baby's name and they messed up the blanket. You can barely read the name as the last 2 letters run in to each other. And the thread color isnt right.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Do not order from this company. It's a scam. I ordered and nothing ever showed up. Trying to contact them is useless. A Gift Personalized is also associated with them.

Extremely poor workmanship! Do research before ordering Groupons. Quite apparent that there is no quality control in this company. See photo. They wasted more time inserting the note that says "you need to trim all the extra thread", than just doing it themselves. Thats your job, not mine, lazy $#*!! Your collars looks centered and trimmed in that advertisement photo. Stitching doesnt sit centered on the collar and actually wraps around the bottom of the collar. Qualtry does not exhibit quality products, nor is it looking to be a company of longevity, but just looking to make a quick buck at consumers expense. This useless transaction cost me almost $20 with the $8.00 shipping charge!.$8.00 to ship something that actually costs$3.00 to ship! Multiply that just by the at least 25,000 ordered through Groupon and that equals $325,000 being ripped off from consumers. Havent even tried contacting them yet, but tons of others have, and have posted their negative reviews in the customer service arena too! Save your money! Read reviews before ordering!

Beware of ordering from this company. Their shipping is very expensive and slow. They will quickly send you a tracking number to falsely indicate an order is on its way. In reality in may be WEEKS before their "shipping partner" actually collects your order and delivers it to USPS, or whomever. After 5 separate attempts to call about an order placed 19days ago, I finally managed to speak to Qualtry's customer service who was extremely unhelpful & condescending. There was zero effort made to help or reassure me. It was only after the rep (Lee) repeated the little information (that I already read myself in regards to tracking) available that the words "I apologize" were even said. No effort to rebuild confidence or keep my future business. Just a bunch on talking over top of me and man-splaying. Perhaps a different (faster) shipping partner is needed or not prematurely emailing a tracking would be helpful. Completely unsatisfied with the customer service and the shipping. I would have scored them a 1-star but I believe the product will be nice quality whenever if finally arrives... after Christmas :(

I wanted to get two power banks as gifts. One in light blue for a male and one in red for a female. The red kept on saying it was out of stock. I emailed Qualtry and they told me they would get more in 3-4 weeks. In 4 weeks I checked again and it was still out of stock. I emailed them again and they said for the red it would be 3-4 more weeks. I finally decided to order the light blue and wait to get the red one. The light blue one I ordered finally arrived but it is not light blue. They sent me a red one which is the color that had supposedly been out of stock for a long time. At first I thought I had made a mistake but no. The order slip said light blue and they included a note in the package that said "Due to inventory restrictions beyond our control we have had to change your power bank color selection". Your business is personalized goods how can you not get a simple order correct. If they didn't have the light blue at the moment they should have let me know so that I could pick another color or ask me if I wanted to wait. STAY AWAY!
