A few years ago I purchased 2 dog collars for my girl. They are of excellent quality, not cheap, great embroidery! They're machine washable & still looking great! My shipping & customer service were excellent! I've had many people at the dog park ask where I got my collars & I send them to Qualtry! I'm going to purchase another collar soon!
Waited 6 weeks for personalized dog collar. Less than 3 months later the buckle snapped in half. Luckily I was right by my dog when it happened or she would have been running loose. Groupon needs to ban this company after reading all the terrible reviews and faulty products.
So it's been nearly 30 days and the items still have not been shipped. When I reached out to them, I got some ridiculous response saying they were backed up and they notified me of this (which they did not)... who knows if I'll ever get the items. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

My order still not shipped paid a ridiculous amount for shipping and handling in the amount of $27.95 these were supposed to be Christmas gifts - I left for Christmas for my family on dec 29 and still had no gifts in hand. Got home on Jan 7 and still no box at the house. Have already sent one email and no response from your team- absolutely absurd. I work in the customer service industry and have for 23 years and if I treated my customers like this I would have lost my job. I know have to pay to have them shipped again because they were not delivered with in reasonable time. I would appreciate some information reguarding my order *******
Purchased a Groupon deal for 3 personalized pashmina scarves for $12.99 (83% savings per Groupon) through Qualtry. Went thru whole process on Qualtry website entered groupon code and code was not accepted! Order total was $184.22. Immediately contacted company thru email, 7 phone messages and over 2 hours of waiting for online chat assistant. Got auto reply from email that I should get a rerurn call wothin 24 hrs. That didn't happen. I want this oder canceled, and I can't get anyone from the company to contact me. Groupon is a failure here as well... they won't help until contact has been made with Qualtry. How the hell can contact be made if noone will answer the phone, call me back, reply to online chat request or even email me? This company is abyssmal and the BBB and State of California need to look into them for consumer fraud.
Saying you are charging USPS or UPS "standard shipping" rates and then charging $25 for FOUR LUGGAGE TAGS is offensive and I think not disclosing it is likely illegal. Shame on you Qualtry and I guess that is why you have to now trick people through Groupon.
I am very upset that I paid more for shipping and handling then the product. They told me all my products will be ship separately and meanwhile they all came in one box.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING! I bought a Groupon and bought two pair of gloves on November 15th. I have yet to receive anything and my order still shows as "processing" on their site. I've sent their customer service dept. FOUR emails now and called their so called customer service line which no one answers. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

I ordered 2 products in Nov. 14. They said 7-14 days. It is December 21 and they say it is just now being shipped but won't be here before Christmas. I will NEVER orser from this company.
Placed an order on 11/30/18 with the confirmation I'd have it before Christmas. Well it is now 12/22/18 and I still havent received my order... which by the way was a baby blanket fir my brother's first baby! Ive sent multiple emails with returns on none of them... I order a cell phone case back on 4/8... it is now 4/24. I have inquired twice as to why this is not done and shipped. I got NO response. Great way to run a business!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You call the number, they tell you to email. You email they dont respond. I ordered my gift November 26. It said 7-10 business days to process, then an additional 3-5 business days to ship. My order is still processing and hasnt shipped, and it is two days after Christmas!
I bought 10 hats through groupon The shipping was $64.00, Do not order from this company. Grouoon should stop being connected with this company. I have complained to them as well
Purchased 3 serving boards and wood oil online as a Valentine's Day gift on January 25th. I received notice of shipment 2 days later. An email inquiring on status went unanswered on February 3rd and again on February 7th. An obnoxiously long call to support confirmed that I would receive the package by Valentine's day which came and went. I received the 3 boards on the 16th. 33 days later and the wood oil still hasn't arrived! But don't worry, they refund HALF your shipping costs and you look like a jackass on VDay!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I believe it is an outright scam. There is NO customer service. I am still waiting 2 months later for my product. There is never a real person to talk to, there is a voicemail machine if you call, but they say to email. Never received my product, spent $60 in shipping. DO NOT USE.
I would give this company a negative review if i could. I placed an order on Dec. 2. Order never received and no response to my 3 attempts at contacting their customer service. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be sure to share my frustration with all my family and friends to ensure they never order from this company!

I WILL NEVER EVER DO IT AGAIN!. I purchased three mittens and they charged me $24 shipping! NEVER AGAIN. STEER CLEAR.
A FRIEND ORDERED A PERSONALIZED PILLOW CASE AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR ME. THEY MISSPELLED MY NAME AND THE SCRIPTURE SHE REQUESTED. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN IT SINCE EARLY JAN. AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE APPARENTLY CANNOT READ AN EMAIL BC THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO QUESTIONS BUT JUST WASTE PEOPLE'S TIME. I ordered three xmas stockings from them back in november 2017 and did not get them until the end of january. When they came in not only did I get three stockings but I also got ANOTHER THREE EXACT STOCKINGS BC THEY MAKE MISTAKES ON THE FIRST SET. So I ended up having to pay $40 at the post office to receive them
I purchased a cutting board for a wedding gift and received it with the wrong name, date, design, etc... I can't get a hold of the company so I guess I have lost out on my gift.

Ordered dog collars and they totally messed the numbers up plus recieved someone else dogs collar. The collars are cheap made... They did not want to fix the mistake only wanted to sell me more junk.
The embroidery is fine. The stockings are long and good quality. The shipping is outrageous ($76). The groupon stated that shipping was extra, but the price was way higher than expected. Groupon saved us about $300 on the actual product of 10 stockings. We paid $39.99 for the groupon. The items were out of stock for several days/week maybe before we could order. Then once the items were ordered, tracking was only available via download of the Arrived app. The app still says they verifued the order but not shipped yet... well the package arrived today (about 8 days later). The stockings are all creased in weird locations. It looks like it either happened in shipping/packaging or they ironed it at weird angles. All stockings had plastic between the embroidery that was peeling and needed taken off (pic. Of all the plastic pulled off embroidery below). Would not reccomend the product overall too expensive for what your getting. Embroidery is nice, all the extra work on the consumer's end isnt worth the shipping and time.
