Qwintry

I often struggle to find US-based retailers that ship to my country. However, with Qwintry, I can now order from all my favorite US stores without any hassle. Their forwarding service is fast, reliable, and affordable.

My order for shoes and bags for spring happened to be during the conflict in Ukraine. I already mentally said goodbye to my purchases, and was sure that I would never receive my order. But to my great surprise, Qwintry coped with this task, without even violating the delivery time, although it takes a long time for them to pack, this is the only minus

This is another package I imported from the US. I've used Qwintry several times and never had a problem. I even have more packages sent that should arrive in the next few days. I've always been well attended and all my doubts have been quickly resolved by customer support.

Use to love qwintry, couldnt give it enuff praise, now the last 4 months have been like dealing with a 2 yr old. Pkgs lost, takin weeks sometimes month to send out, aftr its packed, overpricing. They have regulsr parcel shipping but dont always offer it. Damsged package but becsuse i only took pics n not video recorder it i must have been lying. Use someone else!

The company took more than a month (excluding shipping time), to deliver the packages(my items were at their wear-hose for more than a month). So first i created an account and got an address, then i sent some items to them ordered via Amazon, when everything arrived i ordered to ship to my home address, then nothing happened, after 5 days i contacted the support asking why, they told me then that a security check i needed and i have to provide: 2 IDs of me, a Credit Card scan, a Bank account statement and a personal picture holding a piece of paper!, even worse they didn't contacted me asking for documents, luckily i asked the support. They asked to send them via email, and that what i did, after 4 days i contacted them again, i got a response saying that nothing was delivered, it took around 2 weeks until they received my documents, i was sending those documents almost daily, most of the people at the support are unfriendly and will fight with you. Even though, the package arrived complete and undamaged after a very long period of time.

In short i recommend using other companies who offer better, fast and cheaper service like: MyUS or Fishisfast.

Посылку быстро доставили из США в Европу, но, к сожалению, много товаров (игрушечные машинки) помялись и сломались, мармелад отсутствовал, хотя по декларации был). Просьба получше упаковывать, первый раз такая плохая упаковка плохая.

Worst service for foreign purchases and logistics forwarding. Beware of this service people. My parcel has been in Germany for more than 50 days, the parcel was not moving at the consolidation hub for a month, after almost a month they sent a reply about the carrier checking the documents, the technical support staff is idiots, they cannot answer a specific question. Banderolka, you are a terrible service, irresponsible, crooked and incompetent. They took the money for delivery, but you can't send the parcel from Berlin for two months and answer the client's questions clearly. Other mail forwarders sent more recent packages from Europe and the USA without any problems.

I love having different tea and coffee clubs. One of them called Sipsby.com is a top end monthly tea subscription with over 1 million subscribers. When I used Qwintry, they told me my teas are "prohibited." Since they will not mail domestically, you are really left with dumping your tea or hopping in the car and driving 3 k miles to Delaware. I would use someone else when you want perfectly legal packages forwarded to you.

I have already used Qwintry's services a few times, and the products have always come very well packaged. The boxes used are very rigid, and it is evident the care in the packaging of each product individually, according to its characteristics, with bubble wrap, airbags, plastic bags to prevent them from getting wet, among others. I'm quite satisfied.

The delivery was very fast! 9.6 days until I picked him up in Moscow! And Qwintry Flash is a really good option because my headphones were shipped by Apple and just two days later the package was sent to me! So I really like this service, thank you all!
