“Reverse phone lookup is awesome!”

Adam j.

Unexpectedly found Radaris when I was trying to find out who was calling me from an unknown number. The service provided all the information I needed. Very useful feature when you need to quickly find out who is calling. I recommend it!

“Stalker uses Radaris to locate me”

Stohy Y.

The customer service is non- existent and they NEVER respond to phone calls - barely to repeated emails. I have a stalker that has used Radaris to locate me! I contacted their web host and am hoping this will help me get them to remove my info permanently!

Please tell me how to get my information out of Radaris.com. I've called them several times. They have the wrong information about me. I have threatened them with a violation of my privacy, etc. But they never respond. This is the only website that gives me these problems. I've dealt with all of them and they've responded positively. This site doesn't have a directory you can write to, their reply emails are all pre-written, there's this person Daniel who writes you back that seem to not exist AND they never answer their phones. Is there a way to shut them down or complain about them because they are violating all the rules!

Thanks to this site, I was able to successfully reconnect with my relative from Ohio. If I will ever in my life need a background check service again, I will use Radaris. Also, their customer support is actually helpful and quick. I appreciate the help.

Once again radaris proves themselves to be a disgusting piece of work. I have brought my problem to their attention multiple times throughout the past few years and my information still appears on their site such as my name and town I live in. Also if you look me up on google a picture of a sixteen yr old girl pops up as a link to the radaris site under my name. Disgusting people... BBC states they are in bankruptcy and am waiting for the attorney general to get back to me. You can see their response to my previous post from a few days ago. If you follow their directions they sent it does not work to remove all of your info! They are a scam!

First "Jessica" is a made up character. She doesn't exist. These are criminals hiding behind "privacy" while they exploit a loophole in the privacy laws. They have no customer service, do not remove your information EVER (hiding is not the same as removing and I guarantee they still sell it even if you "remove" it) and steal more information from you if you try to opt out. The only way to get rid of them is to get congress to pass laws to make them illegal. Then maybe we can all visit them in jail where they belong.

Oh and I think we all know that the majority of "good" reviews are either from a plant or a pervert spying on a neighbor.

I'm so pissed about this site.
I never knew how some thugs relate to my spouse found my new address. Then later found out it's through this site.
I had to move to new location.
Other sites remove all the information when you make a request but not this site. Radaris play with our life.
I would make it NO STAR if possible.

When you call the number or email them, there's never any response. They have over 200 complaints with the BBB. Good luck getting your info removed from them, they are not even in the US as stated by the BBB. Their site says my info has been removed. See below, it has not. And my age listed on their site is wrong. It's 5 years older than my actual age. Incorrect info that you cannot get removed.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid this company, it's a shell company with a PO Box address

As a businesswoman, I make it a point to conduct background checks on potential business partners before signing any contracts or making upfront payments. This includes regularly performing a reverse phone lookup to verify their identity and assess any potential risks. I have found this tool to be very helpful and reliable, even in its free version. I plan on continuing to use it in the future to protect my business interests.

I'm absolutely astounded by Radaris.com's efficiency! For years, I struggled to reconnect with my old school pals, and it seemed an impossible task. Then, Radaris came into the picture like a superhero from the movies. This service didn't just give me information; it gave back pieces of my past that I thought were forever lost. A million thanks wouldn't be enough!

I have been trying to have information removed from Radaris.com, and they are completely non-responsive. They even have inaccurate resume information up on the site, which is really aggravating. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I don't know how much that will help.

Hi Kathy,
While some Radaris records are incomplete, the site generally has the most accurate and most extensive reports available publicly.

If you make a purchase on our site and don't find what you need, I will refund your purchase price.

Our customer service team can also be very helpful in finding information when your subject has a common name with many possible reports.

Please let us know if we can help in anyway.

This is the second time within 2-3 weeks I have asked this site to remove my personal information. I went there to find out it's right there again after I emailed them requesting to have it removed.

Prior to this when I saw I had a profile there, I created an account to "control" what was visible to the public only to find out that a few weeks later my profile was showing everything I was trying to hide.

You really CAN'T take your info off there no matter what you do, they will keep putting it back up. I really hope they go down in the VERY near future as a company. Absolutely horrible. It is also worth noting here that I have successfully removed my profiles with NO I problems from approx. 20 similar websites.

I'm 49 and no joke they missed 48+ years. Even if I was 100yrs old and they got everything else right, they're STILL going to turn out half wrong. And the only one they got right, I was only there for 2 months. They only had me at 2 other addresses over my entire life and both were commercial business where I'd never even worked. Best of all, now they're giving me a really hard time about refunding this garbage less than an hour after I trusted them enough to sign up. Safe to assume if they're missing 48/49 years on at least 1 person in their database, then listing businesses as residences-? Well sign up to find out how many years of your life they're missing! Great background check for a new date or babysitter right?!

Radaris is publishing false information. I repeatedly informed them that the information they were publishing is false, but they did not remove it. The pretext that they continue to use for publishing false information is that the "data is in the public domain". However, in many cases, this is just a case of incompetence on their part. For instance, if two people have similar names, Radaris will conflate them, creating a single profile. Stated another way, they believe that they are entitled to lie, continue lying, defame private individuals, and that they should not be held accountable for their misconduct.

Radaris unethically, with malicious intent, hijacks identity information with a proprietary webcrawler. As if Radaris could legitimize their actions and existence. I'm just doing research before posting my tutorial on how to block Google search results from displaying any Radaris domain in all major and IE related browsers. Very useful for blocking all of the photo's and identity information Radaris has been hijacking. Good day to you all.

Hi Lodathi,
I'm sorry to hear your not happy with our information. It's all been available for free in the public record for some time and most other sites require payment for any of it.

In fact, we have millions of visitors each month and receive more grateful notes from named customers each month than anonymous complaints.

Can we help you remove something?

I purchased a membership that was supposed to be unlimited and now all the sudden they're telling me that there is a limit of 60 a month. I have read all the fine print in the terms and conditions and I can't see anywhere where it says there should be limitations on it and I'm not in violation of any of the rules. Now I have asked him three times in two separate emails where can I find the information that states there are limitations and I'm not receiving a response. I tried to report to the Better Business Bureau but I can't because I don't know their address. But I will figure it out and I will be filing a complaint for false advertising

This is not an ethical site. Months ago my family members and I all removed our information. Recently I found that all our names, our address, our phone number, and some of our ages were posted. I used the contact form on the site to ask them to remove our information; I do not know if they will respond. I will also be phoning them.

How can they be trustworthy if once you have requested that your information be removed, you later find it appearing again?

I think the only way that sites like these can stop posting personal information online is by national legislation. Privacy laws that clearly state what is allowed to be posted online need to be enacted. I will be contacting my state's legislators about this.

According to Radaris, my long-lost friend was at his last known address from 2004 to 2019. I then did a Google search for his mother and found an obituary for my friend that was dated 1999.
Did it ever occur to Radaris to check death records?
I had my hopes up of getting back in touch. That hope is gone.
