Unexpectedly found Radaris when I was trying to find out who was calling me from an unknown number. The service provided all the information I needed. Very useful feature when you need to quickly find out who is calling. I recommend it!

“Stalker uses Radaris to locate me”

Stohy Y.

The customer service is non- existent and they NEVER respond to phone calls - barely to repeated emails. I have a stalker that has used Radaris to locate me! I contacted their web host and am hoping this will help me get them to remove my info permanently!

After contacting them back in Sept 2019 I received an e-mail from Radaris supplying me with a User ID number in order for me to create an account so that I could remove my information from their site. I made all of my info "PRIVATE" thinking that this would remove any and all of my info. Well, I suspect no one at Radaris understands the word "PRIVATE" because when I do a search of my name ALL OF MY INFO COMES UP WITHOUT EVEN CLICKING ON THEIR WEBSITE. It shows in the very first paragraph after I do a Google search. I tried e-mailing them and SURPRISE, SURPRISE their e-mail address is fake.

I am currently involved in a class-action lawsuit against MyLife.com and I have turned this information over to the attorneys handling that suit. It seems as though Radaris has had their share of problems also and won't comply with people who don't want their information shared with the world.

Hopefully, in time, we can have all of these scammers shut down.

They are currently posting a photo of me... WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S PROFILE INFO. TALK ABOUT BAD INFORMATION, LYING, SPREADING FALSE INFO.
THEN, I WAITED FOR 15 MIN. TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND I WAITED ON HOLD ONLY TO HAVE THEIR AUTOMATED MESSAGE HANG UP ON ME. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. AWFUL.

We are sorry to hear that you could not find what you were looking for. We do our best to have the most accurate information and relatives lists, however with more than 300 million people in the country it is probably not possible to be 100% accurate.

We would appreciate any suggestions you have.

I did the remove my information process and my information still shows on there site. I can't get them to to remove it, they don't answer there phones unless your buying something or the hang up on you once they realize you want your information removed... I think it's time to call on our congressman to regulate this industry. Let them see what it's like to have to jump through endless hoops...

4/11/16 Update: In response to my review, I received an email which again provided me with instructions on how to delete my information. Unfortunately that still did not work. I then emailed them again, and included a screenshot of the information I wanted removed. I received their response which stated, we have removed your information. I checked and it was finally gone. It is a shame that I had to jump through so many hoops to get this done when their competitors do this in one online step. I thank them for removing my information however, I still give them just 1 star for the vast amount of time over the course of the last several weeks and trouble it has taken to get this resolved.

This site collects information from the web which is completely outdated and uses your picture without your consent on their site.

They have no working mail, phonenumber, customer service. Do never send them any more personal information, it is a scam they require these details to get your account removed, they will just have more information of you in their record and are very happy you provided this to them so they can sell it.

This scam site is setup by scam Gary Norden. (*******@radaris.com, *******@radaris.com) and Nicholas Harris (*******@radaris.com). They use a differen BVI registered companies to hide themselves (now ACCURACY CONSULTING LTD.).

If you want to make all your detailed information public use them, if you want to get your information removed, sue them.

This website gathered a bunch of MIXED info and made up a complete FALSE profile
For me and won't remove it! They LIE and even though I've emailed them Multiple times they send a generic reply and are of NO assistance. The information is FALSE, misleading and they mix you with anyone with the same name not replicable AT ALL.

Tip for consumers:
This site is not reliable at all. They search the internet for people with the same name as you and mix it all together creating a fake profile for you that they will not remove. When you reach out to them all they do is send a generic reply email. There is NO WAY to remove some of the FALSE INFORMATION they report.

Everyone should be aware that in most cases you can remove your profile. However they will only turn around and place the information (sometimes more) on the summary page of your name. It is obviously my information complete with middle name and every location I have ever lived. Then to punish me further for having the nerve to try to attempt protect my family they scrapped my resume, old photographs and writings and placed it on the summary page as well. Now when I have to make an employment decision I have to think about my family and the harm that this company is placing them in. They don't care about you in any way. You information will never come down unless you file a take down notice due to stolen items (resume, photographs, writings, artwork). The key is that you will have to sue them. Since they operate in another country for them to challenge the notice they have to agree to go to trial in your location and not where their servers are based. It is really sad that we have to go through this but companies like this simply don't care. The people who work for them don't care. The person who will undoubtedly respond to this review does not care. Good luck.

Last week I requested that you remove any information about myself on your website. Personal information is still showing up on the internet.

I am a Deputy Sheriff. How can you sell peoples personal information and feel that you are doing it safely. You don't know who you are selling it to. THIS IS MY LIFE YOU ARE PUTTING IN JEOPARDY. My family has been threatened JUST SO YOU CAN MAKE A FEW BUCKS. An inmate that is being prosecuted had his family look me up on one of these search sites. NOW THEY ARE OUTSIDE BOYCOTTING MY HOUSE.

I am insisting that you remove any information that you have about me on your site. This includes the people related to this address. I have a right to MY PRIVACY AND PERSONAL SAFETY. IT INFURIATES ME THAT YOU ARE BROADCASTING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND MAKING MONEY FROM IT AND I HAVE TO LIVE IN FEAR BECAUSE OF IT.

Tip for consumers:
They should write to there State Senator and Congressman. They have passed laws to protect peoples personal healthcare information that is kept at the hospital, known as HIPPA. Why should this information be any different.

This website is a fraudulent company has a lot of false information publicly posted about me on their website (as well as hundreds of other people), some of which could be considered slanderous and could actually hinder future employment opportunities should a potential employer google search my name and find this website. The scariest part is I have had a male stalker in the past and not having the ability to take down my photo or any of the false AND true information (such as the city I live in) that was posted about me is a down right threat to my safety. I created an account just to have this information taken down and you can't. I even contacted Radaris concerning the issue and the link they sent me to take down false information only worked on very little of the content, but like others have said, not your resume, photo, the city you live in- pretty much the important info posted. There is NO customer service. They just don't give you that option, nor can you delete your account. They are truly a scam website. This business approach is totally unethical. I am going to contact the BBB, the FTC, and the attorney general's office, and advise anyone having the same issues do the same.

In my experience and from observing the reports of others, there is alot of evidence that the information dealing site of Radaris is violating intellectual property laws that state that person's information cannot be shared without his or her consent. After seeing that this site had uploaded my personal information along with an old picture from my deleted social media account without my permission, I then requested my information and photo to be removed, but they did not delete either from the site. As a result of their noncompliance with internet privacy laws, and their negligence to remove my data that they, for monetary gain, have uploaded without my permission, I will proceed to take legal action if this does not get resolved.

*Update*
A few days later after this post and after sending an email to *******@radaris.com that asked for my personal information and social media picture to be removed, I received a response from Radaris of which stated that my information and social media picture had been removed. While I did not necessarily like the hassle that I or others have experienced in such situations, I am at least grateful that Radaris complies with intellectual privacy rights in the long run when to asked by email. As such, I give this company 3 stars.
