The customer service is non- existent and they NEVER respond to phone calls - barely to repeated emails. I have a stalker that has used Radaris to locate me! I contacted their web host and am hoping this will help me get them to remove my info permanently!

This is a question/review for Jessica M. From Radaris, who sometimes responds to reviews about Radaris.

Jessica, why can't people opt out of phones.radaris.com? If we can opt out the radaris.com profile, why can't we do the same for the reverse phone directory?

Why, from a customer service/courtesy standpoint, does Radaris make it so difficult and unpleasant for people?

I, and others, would greatly appreciate the ability to opt out of all URLs related to Radaris, not solely the one that Radaris currently allows.

Jessica, would you be so kind as to make this request to management/CEO? The ability to opt out of all Radaris-related URLs would be a great gesture on the company's part. It would say to all that Radaris does, indeed, value it's users' privacy and peace of mind.

It would also dramatically change people's perception of Radaris. The complaints would be few and far between. It would probably boost your business, as well.

This is a message to all who may be waiting for a response to my original posting above.

Jessica M. From Radaris did respond to me immediately after my posting. She did so via the private messaging system. I then responded to her response. I am still awaiting her subsequent response and will give her a few more days before I attempt to contact her.

I am hoping that the time lapse is due to the fact that Jessica is waiting for a response from Radaris management and the CEO.

If this is not the case, I will post my response to Jessica M.'s private message. I constructed my response in a way that makes very clear what Jessica's response to my posting was, without my having to obtain her permission to post her side of the conversation.

I do want to give Jessica a little more time before I post it. It may be completely unnecessary, so I'd like to give her the benefit of any doubt.

This company doesn't provide what they claim they will give you for information. I had more information than them.

Radaris has 2 business listings of mine on their website, BizStanding that need to be removed! First, I went through a lot of trouble to have my personal information removed from Radaris. They repeatedly gave identical, dishonest responses: "they are not able to update or remove listings on their website, because these are cached search engine results from other sources " "I will need to update the primary sources " One of the primary sources recommended was BizStanding, which is their own company! It was impossible for me to update the listing on BizStanding, as well as the reason that I was in need of their assistance! I finally got an honest person who did remove my information from Radaris, proving that they're giving false information about being unable to remove listings! I went through the same experience with BizStanding, with the identical responses, claiming that it's impossible to remove my businesses and then they recommended for me to update the primary source (again it was BizStanding, their own company!) the same company that has been refusing to assist me! I explained that if I were able to make the updates, I would not be in need of their assistance! My repeated requests for help have been ignored, even after I explained that I was aware that it's not impossible to remove my listing, since I already heard the identical, false claims from Radaris until one honest person finally did help me! I wasn't fortunate enough to find an honest person from BizStanding to assist! I'd be shocked if someone actually answered the phone and I was shocked after wasting an entire day that one person from Radaris was willing to help me! If I could have found an honest person from BizStanding, I would not need to be writing this review!

If you want to have your information removed, it’s likely that you will not get assistance or an honest response.

I've never wanted information removed like these other reviewers, but their data is surprisingly current and customer service was excellent.

If employers were hiring based on Radaris background search, most of the people with criminal records would have been employed by now.

Took my money and gave me no good info that I didnt already know. Use some one else! All they gave me was some addresses'.

I should not have used them. They took my money and did not give me any useful info that I already had.

Over the past two years I've had paid monthly subscriptions to the following background check providers:

Been Verified
TruthFinder
Insta Check
White Pages Premium &
Radaris

Of the 5, I found the information on Radarias to be the most accurate and most exhaustive. Non of the other sites were able to provide information that Radaris didn't have but Radaris was able to provide information that was not available with the other sites.

In addition to the quality and accuracy of their information they provide, their customer service was outstanding!

After 3 months of a paid subscription I had obtained everything needed so decided to cancel my membership. Having had problems with my cancellation being properly cancelled by previous providers, I chose to phone on my cancellation request. I was so impressed with the fact that they simply processed my request without grief, questions, attempts to upsell or hidden loopholes! Additionally, after processing my cancellation, I was politely reminded that I still had 9 days remaining in my subscription and my account would be fully accessible for that time!

This has not been my experience with their competitors! Recently, I had unauthorized charge from Insta Check in the amount of $167.00 post to my account. I had agreed to pay $1 and signed up for their special promotion (more accurately a Bate and Switch!) that read: "$1.00 - 7 day free trial".
Not only was I unable to view the report due to technical issues, I was billed $167.00! I then spent the next hour on the phone with both Insta Check and my bank trying to get the unauthorized charge credited back to my account!

I would highly recommend Radaris to anyone looking for accurate, high quality and high volume background checks information.

I have not received any products good or services in exchange for this review.

Radaris, which operates and is owned by Bitseller Expert Ltd., a Cyprus based corporation. This information has been substantiated through extensive research, as Radaris allegedly holds individuals' data hostage and exploits it for sale and cyber stalking purposes.

As a responsible citizen who values privacy and safeguards the security of my family, I have refrained from disclosing personal information online. Unfortunately, this precautionary measure seems to have been compromised by Radaris and its affiliates. They really don't remove your information, they just suppress it temporarily, and eventually it will be right back up again.

Moreover, my privacy rights and the regulations set forth by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) have been reportedly violated by these entities.

If you are unable to get your information removed, please visit https://cogentco.com/en/customer-service and report-abuse and inform CogentCo about the situation you are dealing with. Radaris is hosted on CogentCo servers, and CogentCo is obligated to comply with applicable laws regarding the removal of personal information. Let's take action to shut down this non-compliant business.

According to the information available, it seems that the business called Nuform Solutions Inc, which is mentioned on Radaris, is not a legitimate business and is not registered with the State of Oregon. It's essential to exercise caution and conduct further research before engaging in any business transactions with this entity.

In light of these circumstances, I am left with no choice but to seek legal assistance to address this matter.

They need to be reported to the dept of consumer affairs Freud division' ic3.gov and the feds need to get involved with these guys. Would love to entertain a class action suit also. If you want to co tact me re class action, send to *******@yahoo.com I'm looking for a lawyer today.
Go daddy registered them, they told me that per1.net is hosting, when I who is that, its only a parked page at Gandi.net they are out of France. I think they should nail everyone Involved as an accomplice when this happens and someone should have the ability to go In and shut down that site. They hit my child support card for 19.95 after I paid regular price for a non factual report they did not supply what they claim. They committed Freud by misrepresenting their product, did not supply what was promised' they then conti used to withdrawal no ey from my child support card without permission to do so. I would be sceptical if they are not involved with this GS like identity theft or even worse. These folks hide behind d several domains erroniously representing themselves and run between the us, virgin isles and France... hmmm possibly human traficing? I fully intend to send a copy of my complaints t to inner pole as well. They are not out of business. They are committing Freud today, they are still steeling. No return phone call, of course on hold three different times bing the first caller in line, and left messages each time. I have proof, the phone calls, the phone log screen shots and my cc company is involved at this point. I'm looking for a lawyer

This company has got to be one of the most ridiculous companies to ever exist. They are so terrible that they leave themselves fake reviews. They create MANY fake profiles on sitejabber, trustpilot, yelp etc, and leave themselves 5-star reviews under the sister companies Trustoria.com, Homemetry.com, Bizstanding.com, Rehold, Veripages etc. These folks are based out in Cyprus. They are run by Andtop Corp, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH*******. Owned by BITSELLER EXPERT LIMITED based in the British Virgin Islands. Whoever owns this company understands tax-loop laws and off shoring llcs to avoid lawsuits and remain anonymous. The bane of society and scums and I tell you. And I think their base is at Kronwerk Nicosia CY, Ionos 20, Egkomi 2406, Cyprus. They have lawsuits everywhere! I asked to have my information removed. I made the profile private or controlled the information as they call it. And when my name is typed in to the website they still have my address up and old resume information both on Radaris and on Trustoria.com. They also have my family's information up as well. They are endangering me and my family. I have a stalker and survived dv and they facilitate for the individual to find and stalk me! I have emailed on many occasions to have all information COMPLETELY REMOVED and they (and Trustoria) have refused to comply or do anything about it. Terrible people. Terrible company.
