“Reverse phone lookup is awesome!”

Adam j.

Unexpectedly found Radaris when I was trying to find out who was calling me from an unknown number. The service provided all the information I needed. Very useful feature when you need to quickly find out who is calling. I recommend it!

“Stalker uses Radaris to locate me”

Stohy Y.

The customer service is non- existent and they NEVER respond to phone calls - barely to repeated emails. I have a stalker that has used Radaris to locate me! I contacted their web host and am hoping this will help me get them to remove my info permanently!

This company, Radaris, went over and above "regular" customer service! They responded Immediately to my questions.
Their website is very easy to navigate even for those of us who aren't very computer literate.
I would certainly refer them to friends who need the type of service they provide and will use them again in the future if needed!
100% TOP NOTCH!

This website is a scam. In order to "Take control" of your page, you have to give them even more of your information which i wasn't about to do. I have contacted them several time requesting my information to be removed. It has all of my previous addresses, and phone numbers, on top of my parents and sisters names. I filed a complaint to the fraud department but not sure if that will help. What they are doing is illegal and a complete violation to me and my families privacy.

First time I used this tool to find my old long-lost friend from college (FB failed, unfortunately). And people search worked for her. Since then I use Radaris from time to time to check unknown phone numbers that call me & sellers on marketplaces with generous offers. People search works good, better then I would expect from a free version of an online tool.

Tip for consumers:
Try free version first & visit their blog section - they have lots of useful information how to avoid scammers, perform various kinds of checks

They built me up with confidence that I could get a report with contact info/phone number. I did not want to enroll in a monthly service so I chose the $5.95 option to buy the report I wanted. Charged my card and gave me no contact info other than a possible mailing address. They did not deliver what they made me believe they could deliver. They did respond to my review and refunded my money. I would never use them again, but at least they gave good customer service.

I have tried to have my information removed, for my protection, on several occasions. I have been told that they have to review it, over and over. Yet, no one actually removes it. They even have my resume information which I've only share on one site. This has to be a violation of my privacy rights. If anyone knows of a good consumer rights/consumer law attorney, please let me know. Thanks for listening.

I want my information removed and the opt out option does not exist! I will be getting an attorney involved if this is not done ASAP! I have sent several email's with my personal URL and I have not received a response yet.

All of these other companies have a simple process to allow you to remove your information. This is the only one that makes you jump through hopes and hurdles to get things taken down. I want nothing to do with this company remove my information!

I am Canadian, you have a very old photo of me listed and I never gave any permission to do so. My fiance found this on Radaris and believed that I have an active Facebook account that I am hiding from him and I don't. To make matters worse, you have my name and photo linked to 57 dating sites! My relationship is now destroyed over a photo of me from at least 7 years ago or more that I never authorized use of. I am thoroughly disgusted that you used my photo fraudulently on your website.
Now I have to waste my time getting this removed from Google. I am very angry, this is so very wrong on so many levels.

Radaris is continuously committing fraud and obviously believe people will tolerate it. I have attempted so many times to remove my information from their site, but to no avail. There is NO way to opt-out from Radaris, although Radaris insists one could opt-out by "taking control" of their profile. I have made an account and claimed my profile and so many times, attempted to "take control" of my information, yet, Radaris negligently and deliberately makes it impossible. One should not have to jump through so many hoops to opt-out. There should be a simple and normal way to opt-out as many other sites have provided. Yet, Radaris is deliberately making it impossible, but claiming it's possible.

This company is a front. Total fraud.

Requested that Radaris remove my PII immediately as it is a major violation in my state. The replied back with "In order to facilitate your request, you will need to identify the specific personal information related to you, and provide proof of your identity along with current ***(STATE)*** residency status." This is illegal in itself where they are requesting PII and information before removing your data from their website. Why would I give them further information?! I will be reporting this website to my state's department of justice. Also other legal avenues to get my information off their website!

I make it a habit to conduct business background checks and perform reverse phone lookups before engaging in any transactions that involve upfront payments. To assist me in these tasks, I rely on a reliable and effective tool that I have found to be quite useful and accurate, even in its free version. Based on my experience, I plan to continue using this tool in the future.

I signed up for Radaris' $35 for one month plan that was supposed to provide unlimited background checks during that time. The terms of the agreement also stipulate that I pay that $35 every month for one year unless I cancel. Well, if you're anything like me, you've used a few of these services in the past. Every single previous service (unfortunately, can't remember names) that I used to look up a particular individual returned quite a bit of information about criminal activity, aliases, and so forth. Radaris had NONE of this information. I cancelled the plan the same day i signed up, so i'm out $35. Radaris sent me an email saying they would be glad to do further research on any individual, if I just GIVE THEM THE INFORMATION they need to look up. Huh?! No way. Run from these jokers.

Radaris provides public information you can get simply by spending a few minutes searching google. Do not waste your money. You will get a lot of useless information about people who may or may not have lived (neighbors) around who you are looking for and "relatives" that arent related. You will not get a refund. Send me $20 threw paypal and ill do the search for you... charging $40 for nonsense public info. Garbage.

Radaris.com is an amazing online service that I have found to be incredibly useful. As a woman, I appreciate the level of privacy and security the site provides. I recently used Radaris.com to research an individual I met online and the information provided helped me to verify their identity and background. The site gave me a complete picture of the person, including their education, employment history, and criminal records.
I found the site easy to navigate, and the information was accurate and up-to-date. It gave me peace of mind to know that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about who I was communicating with. I would highly recommend Radaris.com to any woman who wants to be informed and safe when communicating with people online.

I have used Radaris before with somewhat mixed results. I decided to use them this pat month, but wanted to use their service for 1 month only this time. They tell you that they'll automatically charge your card every month unless notified. Here's the catch though; you can contact like myself on two different occassions: one via voicemail because all of their operators were busy and one via e-mail in which they never responded. Saturday I checked my checking account and lo and behold Radaris charged me $24.99 on the weekend when I have no chance on speaking to someone about the charge. I told them that I am going to file fraud charges against them through my bank and have already done so at this time.

I bought this service. When i used it the reports seemed to be incomplete. So I ran people that had been in prison, their reports said 0 criminal records. I did this with three people who had been in prison and no criminal report came back. I did the same with divorces. I ran people who were divorced, but no record of a marriage or divorce came back. I did the same with bankruptcies. None of the people who had filed bankruptcies had a bankruptcy show up. Same with a tax lien. I ran a guy I knew had a tax lien 6 years ago. Nothing showed up on his report. It appears to me that all this service will give you is name, birthday, recent addresses, neighbors and maybe a telephone number. If this is all you want, then this service will work for you. They advertise a deep search, but in my case they failed to deliver.

I am a manager for a large corporation and in my line of work I am sometimes responsible for the unfortunate task of downsizing staff. And some of these former employees have found my personal contact information on this site (Radaris) and as a result I have received numerous threats and countless harassing to myself and my family. The police can only do so much and I have tried several times to remove my personal information from the Radaris web site but to date my personal information remains on this site. I even receive email conformation informing me that the information has been removed but it is obviously a lie because the personal information remains and is easily accessible. This is the only site on the internet I have NOT been able to get my personal information removed from.

Words can't express my frustration with the seemingly simple yet epic task of having my information removed. I've followed the steps, probably 30x over---sign in, verify name matches, enter my cell, then get a code. When I enter the code, an error message pops up, 'Error - Profile Controlled By XXX XXX. XXX XXX is me! Apparently someone 'claimed' or 'controlled' my profile. God knows it wasn't me or I would have deleted the profile.

I've sent countless emails with screenshots requesting a manual deletion since it's obvious that someone else 'claimed'/'controlled' my profile. And all I get back are form e-mails about the deletion process, which, again, I tried over 30x. But I can't delete/control if someone else has 'claimed/'controlled' it. If needed, I'd send a Driver's License image... anything that would make this (my Radaris profile) go away. Thanks for reading.
