“Reverse phone lookup is awesome!”

Adam j.

Unexpectedly found Radaris when I was trying to find out who was calling me from an unknown number. The service provided all the information I needed. Very useful feature when you need to quickly find out who is calling. I recommend it!

“Stalker uses Radaris to locate me”

Stohy Y.

The customer service is non- existent and they NEVER respond to phone calls - barely to repeated emails. I have a stalker that has used Radaris to locate me! I contacted their web host and am hoping this will help me get them to remove my info permanently!

I recently googled my name and found that this company was listing my personal information on the web for all to see my phone number and address. I contacted them via website to ask them to remove my file that they had on me that was unauthorized as I had no idea they even had my information to begin with. I have had no response and I tried to call the ONLY phone number that they list and they always have this message stating that all the customer service reps are busy and then they send you to a voice mail and then you don't hear back from them this has got to be illegal

I used radaris.com to check on a new plumber prior to inviting him to my home. I discovered on Radaris that there were a lot of complaints about his services and fond a person with good recommendation. Definitely a good site.

I searched up my dads name for the fun of it and it said that he was deceased. Which isn't true considering he just called me about 7 minutes ago. Its definitely a scam and false.

I have been attempting to have my information removed and they are requiring me to "create an account" to remove my information - instead of just taking it down.

I will not be giving you MORE data to sell or post and you do not need me to create an account to have you stop posting my info.

Don't be fooled by the "unlimited" background check offer. You receive 1 report. Then you receive reports that are no better than the free report. I contacted customer service for a refund and of course they said that they do not give refunds for reports that were obtained. This is only after you have been sucked into this trap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Jessica M. – Radaris.com Rep

Hi Ronda,
You had access to unlimited reports until you cancelled your membership on 4/22. During your active membership, you received three reports with detailed, accurate and current data on three different people.

While we do not give refunds for full reports such as yours, we are always happy to help our customers find the information that they need.

If you would still like assistance, please call us at the number below with your Order # to be given priority in customer service.

While it is legal to post public information, I do not believe it is legal to sell this information for profit (I am not a lawyer so do not quote me). They sell your information and will re-upload in a few months if you manage to delete it. They are profiting from us without our permission. I had my info removed once and now it is all back. Any stalker or person who wants to harm you would be able to find you easy due to websites like this.

The worst, they refuse to remove your information. They say they must include everyone's name and age. However, the CEO Gary Norden does not list his age and gives a fake address and phone numbers. He appears to be a hypocrite and a coward.

Went through the process and Radaris would periodically indicate I would be supprised at what report would depict and that it found the party to have assets of $300k. When report was reviewed only contact info and possible relative info provided. Our county web site had multiple arrest records, Radaris none. Almost all Radaris info provided could be found via google search. Do not waste your time and money.

Hi TT
I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the information you received.
Many counties do not release their full records to companies. We do our best to have the full public records, but with hundreds of millions of people, it is not possible to be 100% complete.

Please give us a chance to help you. Contact Radaris directly by phone or at the email below so we can help you find the information you need. Often there are multiple reports on the same person and one of these may have what you are looking for.

This site should be shut down. I finally had my information removed after several emails with their customer service. I sent them the URL and refused to jump through their hoops. I kept asking who my attorney should contact then they removed my information.

I am looking up my Senators and Reps and sending them links to their information and demand something be done with these websites that collect personal data to sell.

All you get in your 'complete background check' is a recent address and multiple names of people who have lived in the same place or who might be related (90% of the names are NOT related to the person because I am related to them and I wasn't listed and the others are random people with similar names). It was a joke. When I called they said too bad but no refunds.

Introduce fear to make you think they have something on you then sells your private inaccurate information. If you are now angry and confuse then they sell you another thing for you to think that they can fix the problem they created on the first place.

They have my deceased sister in law on my profile I'm Jane and she is Janette. They report us as the same person I wrote them and they told me to contact public records where the info comes from. I told them to contact public records as death certificates are public and they had done an incomplete job Next thing I know my radaris account password has been changed and I am locked out of my account for the first time ever. Now I am receiving yahoo emails to my inbox addressed to real people with real home addresses. Sierra Club keeps sending me mail for Paula Swenson and when I reset the Sierra account password to access it there is all Paula's personal info with my yahoo email address as hers. Good thing I'm not a serial killer!

I'm very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience searching for the infomration you needed.
We know there are cases of names that get information mixed with other, similar names.

We do our best to organize this information properly, but with many millions of records and new updates each day, it is impossible for the data to be 100% accurate.

They won't remove my contact information even though they are the only site that posts it. Would people be interested in boycotting them and people who allow them to advertise? Would people be interested in suing them? I hear that they have their servers outside the U.S. to get around the laws.

For quite awhile now, I've been calling and writing numerous e-mails to Radaris to request a removal of my personal information from their website. My calls were never answered. I received a reply once from customer service saying to use their automatic removal feature or to fax them the information to be removed. Their removal feature only removes partial information. The information I faxed or e-mail them was never removed, instead it was added on to the profile. I feel this company is a fraud and scam. Their opt-out is just a scam to try to get people's information to verify the information.

I only had one person to look up and knew this person had an EXTENSIVE record of arrests, etc, and I thought I was getting a FULL report with all of that, including associates, family members, and so on. For the cost of the ONE TIME report ($19.95) all I got was this person's most recent address. That's all. No report emailed to me, no extended information. What a joke! And no way to get my money back.

My associates I've never heard of either and they are all over 25 years older than me. They also have myspace info for me and I've never joined myspace in my life! Also have me listed as my name, first and last with an additional last name I have NEVER used! Where do they come up with this stuff? Do monkeys invent it? WTH?

Of Women and others subject to predatory conduct. I looked up my own name and to my surprise (it afterall promises to surprise you) claimed in an "asset alert" that I had nearly $2 mil in assets! Where is that because that is news to me! I imagine this is to entice those researching a name to pay for the report.

Further it has me listed with a last name of a former boyfriend of over 20 years ago to whom I was never married.

I did not pay to obtain the report, what I saw gave me ample information to know this is a vicious website drawing people in to pay for obviously inaccurate and reckless reports.
