“Reverse phone lookup is awesome!”

Unexpectedly found Radaris when I was trying to find out who was calling me from an unknown number. The service provided all the information I needed. Very useful feature when you need to quickly find out who is calling. I recommend it!

“Stalker uses Radaris to locate me”

Stohy Y.

The customer service is non- existent and they NEVER respond to phone calls - barely to repeated emails. I have a stalker that has used Radaris to locate me! I contacted their web host and am hoping this will help me get them to remove my info permanently!

I've emailed/called countless times and I still have all my personal information on their website. Don't even bother making an "account", because more info will be back in a week! Every other respectable website I called took down my info in minutes, because they actually respect internet privacy laws!
I've already filed a Consumer Affairs complaint in my state & I'm also going to contact the FTC, the BBB and the attorney general's office. This website is sickening and Radaris should be ASHAMED for putting the lives of others at risk. I'm taking legal action to get my info off this piece of **** site & everyone else should too.

Trustoria the information thief directed me to Radaris. As a bunch of lowlife information thieves, the Radaris scumbag representative requested $350 in exchange for removing the stolen even inaccurate details of my life, my study, my career and addresses I lived at. I respectfully requested the removal of my stolen info by phone. He said that in a completely disrespectful and even threatening tone than only comes from a thug and expert in extortion and blackmailing and without giving me the chance to respond, he hung up on me.

Verified purchase

If you do a people search with this company and it comes back with results, it will tell you that it has located the addresses, phone numbers, etc,... I was looking for a phone number of a relative, when I seen that the report located a phone number, I decided to purchase the "report", but when I got the report there was no phone number, the report only had an address and nothing else, of course the company will not refund me because they are scamming people

Hi all- I've had similar experiences to those on this site who haven't been able to get their info off Radaris.
PLEASE, please, please report your experiences with Radaris's opt out system to: https://www.privacyrights.org/new-complaint
They are trying to go to the FTC to see if anything can be done about these issues because so many people have complained, but they need to hear from you if you've had an issue. (Just FYI, I am not affiliated with PRC.)

They still have not credited my account for the money they took out of my bank account. When they reply to a negative review, they promise to make everything right, and then they don't do anything at all. All lies and bs. So, when you read the reviews and they reply that they will fix the problems, DONT BELIEVE THEM! It's only for show... They really don't a thing.

This site is the scum of the earth and should be abolished! It is impossible to contact them via phone. It is much easier to get a hold of and speak to the president of the USA than these parasites! My personal info and my families info is publicly advertised, and nothing I can do about it. I also filed a complain with pricavyrights.org and urge everyone else to take the time to do this. Hopefully something can be done.

Don't bother calling, it's nearly impossible to get someone on the line. Email is a little better but even then, it'll have to be through their direct customer service line and not the online form. My request was simple, like most people on here I asked to have my personal information(name, address, etc.) removed from their sites(BizStanding, Rehold, or whatever name they operate under). And like most, they refused. I went so far as to create an account to control or update my information and even then they refused to update or remove. I've never asked to be a member, but I had to. I've never asked to have my information displayed to boost their profit, but it has been. I've never hated a company before, but now I do. What have I done to deserve this?

Hi Andy,
Yes, our call center is focused on supporting customers. However, we are always happy to help people remove information about themselves when they contact us by email.
Typically, people do not give us enough information about the location or identify the specific information that they would like removed. With millions of public records updated daily, we cannot know the location of each piece of data, but we are happy to help if you can direct us.

Please email us the URL and specific data that you would like removed.

I have followed the procedure to control my information exactly as stated and my profile is still publicly visible. The error message says I control the information for my own profile after I submit the verification code sent to my phone number but it does not let me proceed to the control information page to remove my listing. I called but there is no answer at the phone number even during their posted business hours and submitting an email via their online form only returns an undeliverable messge to my email address. I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Attorney Generals Office. Before Radaris responds asking me to send an email to *******@radaris.com, I already have, it does NOT work as those emails bounce back too. I respectfully request immediate assistance to remove my profile NOW.

Trying to find a family member. I know there've been lawsuits and one divorce for the person I was looking for. Those things weren't listed on this site. It lists many completely unrelated persons... MANY... on the records that should only be for the person I'm looking for. And the way the information was organized, I wasn't confident that I was looking at the latest information.

However, I'll report back if I find that the info panned out.

I've been trying to get Radaris to remove my private information for a months. I was forced to "sign up" to control my profile, but that didn't help, they continue to operate under multiple names and continue sharing my so called "hidden" information. They've also added duplicate profiles each time I hide a profile. I'm a victim of violence and protect my information, it's a shame this company finds it a game - of sorts - to put me at risk.
I want Radaris to:
- delete all profiles including my private information
- delete ANY and ALL references to my name and information connected to other "family members"
- delete my profiles on all sites related to Radaris
- delete my forced membership and NEVER post a profile entry including my private information on any of the Radaris sites (or alias sites) again.

These sites are all scams. I've been researching this mess for a week. Even the "ReputationDefender" site that claims to help remove your info from these horrible sites is the same owner as Radaris, ect. These people are horrible for putting people's lives in danger by publicly posting their address, ect. Disguistinsg. I have tried to remove my info from radaris and they make it impossible. Tell u to take a screen shot of the info u want removed but when u get to the info, computer will not take a screen shot. Also tell u to copy n paste your URL and email it to them. When u paste ur URL to their CS site, it accepts it then changes it. Sad.

They do not comply by their own website policy concerning privacy.
I email them on several occasions to remove my private info and on one occasion the representative stated they will removed. Then I received other emails to first join the website in order to remove my private information

This is a form of blackmail having a person join their service in order to remove my private information. I don't wish to join their website. These SHAMEFUL SCUM BAGS,

Hi Max,
Before removing information, you must first verify who you are. This prevents people from controlling or removing public records about another person.

If you have any issues completing this verification process, we will be glad to help you. However, you will need to identify the specific information you want removed by giving a detailed description or specific URL.

I am past 60, retired, concerned abt privacy. I have been removing my name from search sites. Radaris has caused me so much misery. I e-mailed & asked my info be removed. They responded, you must set up an acct. Foolishly, I did, with my real info--I thought their info & mine had to match. No financial info was given, & my name on site is not my legal name. It's a DBA nothing like my true name. Well, I couldn't remove my info, so I tried to close my acct, using the directions on the site. Didn't work. Got another e-mail: they don't close accts! Now I worry they will sign me up for "services" I don't want. My atty wrote them a letter. Also, I provided an obsolete e-mail address after the trouble started. Somehow, Twitter got it. I get an error screen whenever I try to get Twitter, saying I am trying to change my e-mail address to this old one. What to do?

Radarius customer service is the WORST!
I've exchanged numerous emails with them and instead of reading though it thoroughly, they send canned responses. My resume is listed on their site and I can get no assistance removing it even though it says that they are the source. I also have no ability to delete or remove ANY of my information that is listed on the site because it will not load my information. USELESS customer service and I'm filing a report with the FTC

Tip for consumers:
Update*
After emailing Radaris and advising them that I filed reports with both FTC and the Ma. State Attorney Generals office, I received a reply within 10 minutes. My resume was removed. I still don't have the ability to edit my information because a glitch on their side is preventing me from seeing my information. Such a shame that one has to file complaints before concerns are addressed.

Hi Lin,
Thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns.

All of the information found on Radaris comes from freely available public sources. Our goal is to organize it and make it more easily accessible and useful.

Millions of people use Radaris every month to find old friends and family, verify new relationships or research neighbors and acquaintances.

You are always welcome to remove information about yourself, but we must verify your identity in some manner before completing this. Cell phone verification is a common way to achieve this.

Yes, you signed up for a trial membership and received a significant on your first reports. I signed up with this company on the basis of finding complete backround checks. On their website it states that they would provide us with information i.e. Personal, banking, criminal, photos etc... But, unfortunately, they did not. It did not provide any of the criminal background information that we needed. We called them the next day and explained the situtation and they said that their information is based on public records only. And we told them that we know for in fact that there is public criminal record and it did not show up on their report. I asked to speak to a manager and they said that there are no managers available. It is a complete joke and a fraudaulant company. They would not refund us the money or have a manger call us back later.
