I love being notified of a merchants participation when I go to their site, and feel that Rakuten is great about keeping me informed of the process.

Rakuten (formerly Ebates) makes it so easy to get cash back from purchases you are making already! I love shopping with Rakuten.

I always get my email responses very fast from Rakuten. Rebate checks arrive on time. Rakuten provides great customer services.

Have only used a couple of times since changing from Ebates. No check yet. Just like Ebates as I can tell by now.

I have been using Rakuten/Ebates for several years. The only problems I've had is with travel arrangements, mostly because I make them far ahead of the travel date and the shopping trips drop off the site. I print copies of the confirmations until the cash is awarded. I would highly recommend using this site for anyone.

I used eBates in the past, but stopped using it when I started buying more from Amazon. Now I can get rebates for Amazon purchases too, so will try to remember to use it.

Good experience, only reason for 4 stars is Ebates is not accepted at a lot of stores I shop. Otherwise good experience

I'm really glad to shop places that offer this however my only concern is what they say I'm going to receive and what I actually get sometimes it's not the same and I've always wondered why

Easy to use and get a check in the mail used by many stores. It's nice to get cash back for shopping.

I have to remind myself to purchase through the Rakuten app, but even if I have items in the cart, I can exit, go back and enter website via Rakuten, and check out. I am actually receiving regular checks!

Almost all the sites where i shop are on rakuten. I like getting money back to shop. Please add even more stores!

Rakuten can be better at crediting our accounts after purchases, I shouldn't have to inquire where my rebate is.

Promised many things that just don't seem to happen. Agents promise and then one can never reach them again or get fulfillment on their promised actions. Typical and really not worth the trouble.

The "rebates" are taking longer to post to my account. This makes tracking purchases and the matching the "rebate" to the purchase a bit more timely.

I'm sure this is beyond Rakuten's control, but ALL sites should offer cash back on EVERYthing, not pick-and-choose which categories... then again, I guess it's better than no rebate at all.

The add-in makes it easy to know if the site offers a rebate. The rebate is applied to my account quickly.

I am pleased with Rakuten for the most part. It would be nice if there were bigger rebates/ It seems that I am not experiencing as much of a rebate lately, even though I have been shopping more. Increase your sites to include more places.

Such great deals and all you have to do is SHOP -- THANK YOU! I have used this service for less than a year and have received my checks in a timely manner. REMEMBER all you are doing is SHOPPING -- it costs you nothing out of pocket.

I use the app or the site every time I make a purchase. Whether or not there's cash back, it's a great place to find coupon codes too.
