I had cancelled online two days after starting the trial. It apparently didn't process my cancellation. Membership fee was drafted from my account. I called customer service expecting to be told they would cancel effective for today an no more drafts would occur. I was told that but upon expressing my disappointment the representative continue to reach out to his supervisor and I was given a credit for the amount withdrawn from my account.
I paid for the subscription try to obtain previous owner registration information or name from the title was unable to find any of the matching information after paying for the subscription
The site made it look like it was available in Canada but it's not. After you pay you realize it doesn't work in Canada even though the page before payment shows local surrounding cities in Canada when you search.
I put in the name of the person to be searched and paid my fee and suddenly now I have a membership and when the page comes up the person I entered to find out more about isn't even on the page. Bait and switch!

When I began searching, there were Canadian results and I wanted to see the details and therefore made the payment to continue. But after I made the payment, it says no record was found. Why? Only after I made the payment that the results disappeared. And then, it forces me to enter an American city and State. I'm Canadian and I will only be searching for Canadians. It is no use to me and I want a full refund!

Very little useful information in your report. Wasted a lot of paper printing it up. I would like a refund, not worth the money. Thought this would be something special, but you can get the same information with less paper wasted from Vincheck and thats only $2 Your report is not worth the money.

I asked for info on a registered owner of a certain vehicle. I received all sorts of info about the vehicle, but absolutely nothing about the registered owner/owners. Will not recommend this site for anything. I even paid extra for the premium information package. What a joke!

This site was definitely misleading. I went on the original site Australia records finder and I thought I would be able to search for records from there and became a member and then the site took me to records finder in the US and would not go back to the original site and after trying many times it would not let me do a search on Australia records finder. I know there are more records. A waste of 10$. They didn't have anything past the late 90's and not even in the state requester. They say they have all kinds of public records but there was plenty on this person on other sites.

Signed up to find out the owner of a car with a teenager texting and driving. They found a phone number associated with the license plate, but when I reached out to the "supposed" owner I was told that they had sold that car two years ago. That means that the current owner of that car has a license plate that Record Finders associates with a non-owner. I requested a refund from Record Finders with no problems.

The price was reasonable, however the owner of the vehicle which may have been involved in a theft was not accurate. The owner must be a CO resident as the license plate was from CO. The owner information provided was for an owner in LA, so it was not useful.

Total scam. They are not connected to any databases. So, they don't have any information to provide to you. When you start the search, the graphics make you believe that they have the information you need, until you pay, and then you find out that they have no information to provide. Total scam.
I requested a site that would provide owner information from tag information. I needed to verify that the person attempting to sell the vehicle was the actual owner. Your site failed to do so so my money was wasted.
