I had cancelled online two days after starting the trial. It apparently didn't process my cancellation. Membership fee was drafted from my account. I called customer service expecting to be told they would cancel effective for today an no more drafts would occur. I was told that but upon expressing my disappointment the representative continue to reach out to his supervisor and I was given a credit for the amount withdrawn from my account.
I paid for the subscription try to obtain previous owner registration information or name from the title was unable to find any of the matching information after paying for the subscription
It was odd that a survey popped up before I was given the results of my search. This was a waste of money, I paid 14.95 for my 1st search,, but then it had a button for premium results and wanted 18 dollars more. I actually accepted it, considering it more of a lesson than anything. I got back not much at all. So after spending 32 plus,, I had no information

I put in my search, was told that they had found it, signed up and paid $3.98, and the report was about a different person in a different state from the one that I requested. It turns out that they didn't even have the type of information (driving records) for the state I had requested. This is not honest business practice.
Said it could tell name of owner blah blah blah... only had car info which I had. Only thing giving them a 2nd star was they were very polite on the phone and cancelled my account and waived the $2.95 fee.
The report was a little more extensive than what I saw on the site without paying, but it did not give me the information I needed. I wanted to find the owner of the vehicle so that I could ask them to move their car, but that information was not included. I also did not want a subscription and did not appreciate the inconvenience of having to cancel afterwards.
Not only did i not find what i was looking for, but found a lot of details containing incorrect information about the person i was researching - am merely trying to find a wedding date and can find no records

I accidentally purchased a subscription and was a little irked but the customer service was great and cancelled the subscription for me without hammering me to stay and double checked my last purchase so I knew I did it myself. Then they proceeded to refund the money for that accidental purchase was overall very patient.

Although they list a Canadian service and a. Ca website and have all of the info for a person of interest, they do not possess that ability to supply the information. They processed the order and charged my card and I had a call to get $$$ back and get off their predatory auto-billing system

I spent $14.95 to be told no records could be found, when I know for a fact that there are records out there. I've requested a refund but I believe this is a scam and I am doubtful I will see my money back!

The Google search entry stated free. I clicked and your site loads up and stated 4.95 for seven days unlimited search. I really wanted to find out who was sending me threatening emails so I agreed to a seven day trial. I then entered my payment information etc. Then I entered the email address connected to a threatening email towards me that was sent to my company controller where I work. You produced no relevant information connected to the email address I entered. Your database was no help at all.

I cancelled my subscription within about 15 minutes of starting it. It gives basic information you can find anywhere, but they charge $25/month. Not for me.

I think I have been scammed. It indicated during my search that they found something only for me to pay and it shows no report. They are more interested for you to pay extra for the premium which is not a guarantee that their will be any changes. I am glad I cancelled my subscription. I hope I wont be billed later...

The person I was trying to get info had been indicted. By the Fayette County Grand Jury in Kentucky and I was seeking info as to what he was charged with as his victim was a family member. I paid the $14.98 Then I think I paid another $18.00 and then when I thought I had found a report that would possibly give me the info I wanted again wanted me to pay $23.08 or something like that I just left your sight and decided I was being ripped off. So I did not get a report. I learned today from the victim what I wanted to know so please cancel my subscription and refund my payments as I learned nothing for my money. I am 78 and I try to be very careful with these web sites. Thank you. Hope to hear from someone regarding my experience.

Records Finder is terrible! I ran a search for myself and there was probably 20% of the information that I found on two other search sites. I was very disappointed and feel like I was tricked into paying for a completely worthless report.

I paid for a person search in Canada. They found the person and "compiled" a report. I paid them to see the "report" and got nothing. They do not support Canada searches other than simple phone ones you can get for free online.

Garbage! Looking for basic information. Trying to purchase info and they said they only had info on my "initial search" not on the person I identified further down in the list of my "initial search". Auto prompted for and up-charge. Called and was told by rep that I had the info I was looking for did not match my "initial search" and had to upgrade. SCAM!
Unfortunately JR Parker's death record was NOT found. There was no match found for JR Parker born in Dec. 1,1936, therefore, I will have to continue my search for Mrs. Parker's death date somewhere else.:-(
