I had cancelled online two days after starting the trial. It apparently didn't process my cancellation. Membership fee was drafted from my account. I called customer service expecting to be told they would cancel effective for today an no more drafts would occur. I was told that but upon expressing my disappointment the representative continue to reach out to his supervisor and I was given a credit for the amount withdrawn from my account.
I paid for the subscription try to obtain previous owner registration information or name from the title was unable to find any of the matching information after paying for the subscription
This my first experience, and it was a good one - It was said that there was no information when I pressed the button access my report.
But after I called the telephone number to contact the company, the lady on the phone was very nice and she found the report and read it for me..
I was looking for recent police reports and I had already paid 14.99 for the report but then needed to upgrade to premium to see recent reports. I found my info through a free site after paying for this, so I cancelled.

I know the license is current and has a registered owner. I will call customer service on Monday to either obtain the information I want or cancel the trial period I paid for.

I be was looking for basic marriage & divorce records. I know for a fact the 2 people I looked up were married but all of your reports stated there were "no marriage records" for the 2 individuals. I know they were married to each other what I was needing more information on is IF they ever actually filed for divorce. But once your site said neither were ever married I lost all faith in trusting your site to dig further for divorce information

When I did the initial search it indicated that you all had information about the vehicle in question, but after I paid for it, you had nothing, not even 1% of the information listed on the free carfax report.

I'm a Canadian and was looking at results for Canadian individuals at canadarecordsfinder. Two reports were generated and were advertised as available if I paid $4.95 to view them. I paid and was redirected to the US site with no option to view the Canadian reports. **If Canadian reports are unavailable, please do not advertise them for sale.**
Fortunately, your support staff (Cath) was very helpful and refunded the charge immediately. I'd give her 5 stars out of 5.

This question seems appropriate because I tried to contact your support, without any luck, to find out how your automatic charging works because I only have a one off request which I'm happy to pay $1 for but can't see any point at this stage of being a subscriber?

I ran a report on myself as I got a notice that something is puling up in a background check, the data was not provided by the employer. I pulled this report thinking I would get some answers. My bankruptcy that I filed for is not even listed on their report, making me question if there is other info missing that I am not aware of.

IT tells you that it has the report and view the full report you must prescribe and once you subscribe it will ask you again to do another research but somehow this time it says nothing, no report found on the person! That is ridiculous and do not trust it, I want to delete my account from them in this immediacy!

Wells friend of mine said he used his account to search up a plate number on a vehicle he saw while driving because he figured it's a legitimate motor vehicle that is current on insurance etc…. So he searches the plate number which resulted in him obtaining the vin number so now he is going to get 2 "novelty custom license plates" made with that plate number, and also 2 custom VIN plates that match and switch out the ones on his vehicle for those ones basically turning it into a different vehicle (aside maybe a couple vin locations nobody uses) that way he won't get pulled over for being in a stolie

I made a search. Then it said search was complete. Then I had to pay. Now I have to start my search all over again. Bad user experience. Once I pay the report should be ready. Don't make be go through it a gain.

One, it is yet to update on our sources database; or the information is restricted access and under the protection of the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) that is why we could not pull out any report.

Search was advertised as FREE but really was not! Makes me suspect of being scammed by bogus service and data retrieved. Your BBB A+ rating is the only reason I am going to try your service at this time. This is just for a informational request to see what is out there.
Your website presentation implies that once payment is secured the requested record would be available, however that is not the case. Now I must spend additional time to retrieve records I thought would be available.

I was looking for the owner of a car. I gave the license plate number and all I got was general info on the car itself. Useless. I already knew what kind of car it was. Waste of money. Save your money. The $2.95 is just to get you to the website so they can sell you other services.
Wrong information, what is advertised as what info you get for your money is premium information. I have more free information, than your "Detailed Report" I would like to cancel with full refund since info advertised is not provided!
