I had cancelled online two days after starting the trial. It apparently didn't process my cancellation. Membership fee was drafted from my account. I called customer service expecting to be told they would cancel effective for today an no more drafts would occur. I was told that but upon expressing my disappointment the representative continue to reach out to his supervisor and I was given a credit for the amount withdrawn from my account.
I paid for the subscription try to obtain previous owner registration information or name from the title was unable to find any of the matching information after paying for the subscription
Catherine did a wonderful job of helping me with the information I needed. The website is easy to navigate. It took me no time to figure out where to go on the website to get information. The information is accurate and up to date. I would recommend this company.
Easy and helpful, she understood what was the problem and figured out how to fix the problem, didn't take more than 5 minutes, when other time before I called and takes longer with no results.

One thing I didn't like is the monthly subscription. Should have an option for a one off purchase option. I know you can pay for one time purchase but it automatically sets up a reoccurring monthly payment.

I had a great experience with RecordsFinder customer service. I called because I was charged for a subscription although I thought that I was paying a one time fee, and I had entered the incorrect email where I was unable to see that I was subscribing for a service. I noticed the charge after a few days, and my customer service agent, Heshie, walked me through where there may have been confusion. I quickly realized that the mistake may have been on my end, and I was ready to accept that I had to give up the subscription fee lost. Heshie informed me that they were willing to refund me due to the unfortunate events that took place. I experienced some of the best customer service with this company.
