I had cancelled online two days after starting the trial. It apparently didn't process my cancellation. Membership fee was drafted from my account. I called customer service expecting to be told they would cancel effective for today an no more drafts would occur. I was told that but upon expressing my disappointment the representative continue to reach out to his supervisor and I was given a credit for the amount withdrawn from my account.
I paid for the subscription try to obtain previous owner registration information or name from the title was unable to find any of the matching information after paying for the subscription
I made a mistake and did not cancel my subscription so my card was charged and it was the money for my water bill and this gentleman helped me and gave me a refund God bless him and I will recommend him to this place to anybody thank you and I give him 20 Stars

I wanted to check for marriage or divorce. You only checked in one state. I know she is married to at least one man, but you got no results. In fact, you got no results on anything except 4 traffic violations. You gave me address history, phone numbers, and a few relatives that I got elsewhere for FREE; in fact, I got more relatives for free than you listed. You gave me a bunch of photos of men on the sex offender registry; none of them had anything to do with the woman I was background checking. I got all the information I needed without too much trouble. At least as it pertains to my current state of residence. I was hoping that any records pertaining to my home state would be included as well. But what I got was good enough.

Says it finds info but then reports nothing once in a membership. After that it begins to send out bogus notifications that more info is found. Guess what? It's not true! There is absolutely nothing. I have no idea how these people even try to pull off such a bogus operation. I've taken screenshots of their lying and false statements. Should be shut down. Should go out of business. Should not even have the guts to send renew request. Total scam.
Tip for consumers:
Use another company because this one does zero. Can't even find my own vehicle tag on there - now you know that's just ridiculous and a complete scam.
So kind and immediately took care of the issue. Not only resolved it right away but made sure I had record of it as well! He is an excellent addition to your staff and should be teaching other representatives how to take calls and train.

Does not contain content it claims it has prior to purchase. Such as death record of someone I know to be deceased 2 years. Most info in there is less than what is contained in a phone book. It magically finds data on people you searched afterwards for an increased fee.
Useless service. Didn't provide anything I was looking for. Simple records such as marriage and divorce. After I purchased this site's services with no results, my husband found what we were trying to locate for free some place else. And they still refuse to refund my money when I reported it. Thanks for nothing! They are a joke! Go elsewhere and don't waste your time or money!
Absolutely not what was advertised. I will share my bad experience on reddit, Facebook, twitter, pinterest, the better business bureau, and my own personal blog. A bit of advice, don't trust advertise. I'll give you one day to refund me, then I will let the fun begin. P.s. I have a lot of time on my hands. It's a scam for sure what I was told they had they didn't. My info was not right. Wasted money on the trial, then it got worse I was auto charged 24.95 to my PayPal. Anything you want they ask for more money. Auto renewal even if you never logged in again! Account cancellation purposefully broken and always says it wasn't submitted! Saying to remove certain characters whatever that means it was just words typed into the Box. I'm so mad! They stole my money!

I'm having legal problems with my family and have been doing my own research when possible. Bought the 7 day trial, used it the first two days and then was occupied with other projects. I was billed for the month and when I came back to it several days later, I found out that because of where I live, I can't access the service. I contacted customer service pretty much expecting the run around, but to my surprise Joan and their staff had the whole thing figured out and a fair resolution in place in like 24 hrs. It turned out to be a breathe of fresh air it what was otherwise a stagnant week. Thanks again for your prompt assistance.
