“Cancel After trial period”

I had cancelled online two days after starting the trial. It apparently didn't process my cancellation. Membership fee was drafted from my account. I called customer service expecting to be told they would cancel effective for today an no more drafts would occur. I was told that but upon expressing my disappointment the representative continue to reach out to his supervisor and I was given a credit for the amount withdrawn from my account.

She was patient. We were investigating fraud. She patiently spelled out the names and emails of the fraudulent accounts.
She took the time to make sure I did not get lost. Great service. She understands how what she says may not always sound in my ears the way she intended, and therefore went back and spelled things to make it all clear. That's what service is about. Most reps speak very fast and then are surprised when you say, "I don't understand what you said."

For $2.95 this website teases you into thinking you will get your driving record report, (or whatever [one would think private information] else you might be searching for), then wants almost $25.00 to actually look at the report once you've done the search (there may be nothing on the report but you still have to pay to find that out). So essentially the $2.95 allows you to enter some data in some fields and hit enter with expectation your will get what you are looking for but what it really boils down to is a way for the website to extort $2.95 out of every dummy like myself. Don't waste your money here. If your serious about doing a background search on someone or something else like trying to find out what moving violations appear on your driving record, then may I suggest doing some research on websites/companies that specialize in these matters. They are out there but they are also not cheap. Still better than tossing $2.95 into the proverbial fire.

We had a car hit us in a parking lot and our dash cam picked up the license plate. Princeton Police were worthless, so we are taking the investigation into our own hands. Google ad says they can provide owner information, but all this site was able to provide was the make and model of the vehicle (which we already knew!).

The ad in the Google search claims it's a FREE search but it's not. You can't get any information without signing up for automatic monthly payment on a credit card. This is false advertising. There's no option to just buy a single report

I initially tried to get reimbursed through PayPal but was told to try directly from your company first. Recurring monthly fees. How often am I actually going to need the info that I'm paying 14.98 upfront to see? Not very often I'm sure. On top of that there's an even more expensive recurring fee? Sounds like a scam from the get go and I'm obviously over looking all the other red flags!

You will come into an area where you get no info about the person you are seeking info on and then a pop up window offering the right and correct info for more money. It is not worth the time or trouble. I dont know what else to say - this apparently wont post with out the correct amount of characters. Just stay away from them. Waste of time, money, and trouble.

I say your service is a total fraud and can't believe that you can still operate. What little information you provide can be found elsewhere for free as well as more in depth. I looked up known criminals and found your records to show these people as pillars of the community with NO criminal records. Your service is worthless yet you seek more fees for a "deeper" report. I will be seeking a return of my money after only using your service for 12 hours. I will report you negatively everywhere I can. This company is a disgrace.

After signing up you dont get what was initially promised and then you get a solicitation from them to upgrade for more money of course to get access to very thing you signed up for in the first place. I looked up a license plate. They gave me a different vehicle than what was attached to that license plate. It was a expedition yes but was not the color that was described online so I don't know if it's actually their vehicle or not so it really didn't help me much.

Looked up a name and clicked on the person that matched who I was looking for. Had to pay to access record. Now the record can't be found because the site it now "limited" to just the United States. What a scam! Even their "comment" page doesn't work right. Says I used invalid characters (just letters like above) and my order number doesn't exist.

Just to double check the site worked, I looked myself up. Invalid information on myself as well. Never married, never used listed email companies, and never lived with listed family members. What a waste!

I did a search for someone in Canada. It came up with a couple names of what I wanted and had 3 telephone numbers with the last 4 or so x'd out. Seeing as where these were the names I wanted in order to get the finished results I had to pay $14.98. Ok I felt it would be worth it. I paid. Then when the search came back after I paid it said something like "names not found". I said "WHAT?. Then I got on 'live talk'. Got a run around for about 1 hour. Then was told "What you initially saw before you processed the payment is the preliminary search which is provided as reference material only. It concludes that the information exists, but the availability of the report depends if it is publicly displayed or tagged as private/confidential". Therefore I paid $14.98 for nothing. They let you search, find what you're looking for, and when you pay and search for same names... nothing there. What a farce, a fake cite, a scam etc. don't waste your money or your time. They did give me a refund.
