I had cancelled online two days after starting the trial. It apparently didn't process my cancellation. Membership fee was drafted from my account. I called customer service expecting to be told they would cancel effective for today an no more drafts would occur. I was told that but upon expressing my disappointment the representative continue to reach out to his supervisor and I was given a credit for the amount withdrawn from my account.
I paid for the subscription try to obtain previous owner registration information or name from the title was unable to find any of the matching information after paying for the subscription
I have notified the company to cancel within the 30 day trial period and am still getting billed monthly for something I have cancelled but never got a reply back. My email address is:

I researched a person in November with the understanding of. $2.99 charge. I was charged $24.99 in November and $24.99 in December. I had no intention of having a subscription. I called your representative and credited me for one month. I would have appreciated the two changes refunded to me, as I only used it once, but she said that it couldn't be done.

All I wanted was a VIN report on my pickup. I stupidly but wisely used my American Express platinum. I only paid for one thing. Again I printed the receipt. Never got the one report. Next page wanted me to 'click here' and pay an extra $1 for the report, but also it was now charging me $19.95. Chat line didn't work. No one got on. I called the company and got a refund.
Whoever answered the phone was amazing, she didn't try and pitch me anything else, I asked for a cancellation of my subscription, she immediately sent me an email to confirm the cancellation and made sure I checked that I received the email! Very happy with customer service.

The free look up gives you more info than the paid subscription unless you upgrade. They just count on you forgetting about the $3.98 for the 7 day trial that one pays then auto bill you $19.99 per month for the same worthless information thereafter.

I ran my own name as a test of the system. The results were very disappointing. My current address was wrong, I've lived at my current address for 11 years, my list of past addresses was bizarre to say the least. There was no information on education, employment, assets, or net worth. A waste of money.

While report was searching it said it had the name and other data. It did not show up on the regular report. For more information I was encouraged to buy the premium package for $9. Again no owners name on the report. These sites suck you in and don't give the information you are looking for. The cancellation process went smooth.

When I wasn't finding any up to date information I was looking for I did a search on my self and my husband. Full of errors and reports of "no records" for things I know should be easily found. There must be other real record finders out there because you always hear "everything is on the internet" but these guys don't know how to find it for you.

This site is a ripoff. They charge your CC and then you only see an error message. I had to call to get a CC credit back. The dumb woman tried to argue with me but then said she would do it "in 3 to 5 days". STAY AWAY from the hassle.
Paid for a report and didn't receive any information. I know there is a criminal record and I needed to see the info before hiring. This site was not any help. I paid the fee and got zero in return. Don't waste your money…

I put in the information and it looked like you found something. So I paid $3.49 and there was no report. I had to input ALL the information again and there is NOTHING. If I have signed up for something long term (beyond $3.49), CANCEL it. I don't need this. What a waste of time and money. Don't give people the illusion you've found something when you haven't AND remember what they put in!
I was stupid and didn't know any better.
The records were mostly blank and the information such as household income and net worth were WAY off! Then I constantly got pop ups telling me more information was available for an additional charge! I signed up for a 7-day unlimited subscription, apparently there WERE limits! Also, good that I read the terms, although I signed up for a 7-day subscription, they would have billed me $19 a month thereafter unless I logged in and cancelled. I called the customer service to cancel after the website wouldn't give me that option and demanded I be refunded as well. They said no because I had successfully completed a search. I explained it was totally inaccurate and incomplete but she still refused. I explained I would dispute the charge with my cc company but she didn't care.
Most people using these site are looking for name of person who owns the car. The site description say it will provide that info. But it would be nice if they said "hey we aren't going to be able to provide this data" before the product is purchased. Otherwise it gave a all the other info related to the vehicle. They also gave me a full refund with out hassle, thank you for that.

People stop searching criminal records online it's illegal to get it online by law, so any site providing this info is scam, you can get it trough the lawer or by personal visit or by sending post mail to justice department https://oag.ca.gov/fingerprints/record-review
Doesn't report ANYTHING. Literally you get a name and maybe a birthday. Court records and arrest records are inaccurate. You get everybody else's information other than the person you are looking for. Waste of money.

Went online to look up a vehicle identification number for a 1963 Buick Riviera. Wanted to know it's history. Punched in the 9 digit serial number and your website "supposedly" found it. I paid you for a month and after awhile tried to look it up. Now your site only accepts 17 digit serial numbers. You did't tell me that before I paid you. I should have known you were just another rip off website. Glad I only paid for a month.

I have searched every site for this person and she does not exist. Her cell phone is registered to another man and her vehicle license plate does not show who the registered owner is. I have never not been able to find information on a person when needed until now... Very disappointing!

So when you use the free look up, it shows you all the reports that they seeming have. Then you pay and all it is is a report of generic information that you can google yourself. I want my money back for false advertisement

I found my dad's name and has report ID, showing me what information i can view for $3.98, but after i paid i cannot find his name. Requested for search assistant they email me back states i need to be premium to see the report. I will request to my credit card company for this scam.
I did a search before giving payment which showed information was found but as soon I paid and signed up there was no available information for my search. Total waste of money and they don't refund money also.
