I had cancelled online two days after starting the trial. It apparently didn't process my cancellation. Membership fee was drafted from my account. I called customer service expecting to be told they would cancel effective for today an no more drafts would occur. I was told that but upon expressing my disappointment the representative continue to reach out to his supervisor and I was given a credit for the amount withdrawn from my account.

I needed proof of convictions to prove unsuitable to serve as executor. From free legal searches I found out that he was a disbarred attorney and convicted of a crime for which he is currently on probation and he just had a DUI in January 2022. NOne of these facts were in the expensive report

The reason being is before I paid any money whatsoever your site said you had information that I was looking for on the specific person I entered. Then after the fact of me paying money for a week subscription when I opened up the search there was no such finding?

I want my initial payment back if I do not get it I will report you to consumer reports and the BBB

I fully agree with Colin T's comments. I contacted this website which they said was available for the $2.95. However, when I accessed the website with my login credentials no such report was available in the search area. I was led to believe my report would be available for review for 5 days and THEN I would be charged $24.95 per month for continued membership. I immediately cancelled when I looked at the website and could not find what I was looking for. I sent them feedback also. I did not receive a confirmation that my account had been closed. I also had problems with initial login. Do not be a sucker like me.

I found a detailed enough result when I ran the search on the Canadian site to know it was legit. I paid and thats when I realized the only real reports I have access to are for Americans. Total scam. Canadians beware - total waste of money!

In August of this year. I wanted to see if "Records Finder"was any good,so I tried it. I entered my required information. Within a few seconds. The screen showed my personal info. It recommended that I get a full report. I paid for a full report. I printed off my full report. I wasted about 20 pages of ink and paper for a report that read "not found" under every category! Unacceptable! That is not where it ends. Obviously, very disappointed, I Immediately canceled my subscription. I have been charged every month since then. "RIDICULOUS"

After having paid I wanted to download a report and it prompted: "Your subscription has expired". I contacted them and they "activated" the service for searching only... which is free in any case. Any time I want to download a report they ask for additional money. Never again.

Paid a fee to sign up and check history of a vehicle and after they took my money, the search result gave me only the list of car features, make and model, color and standard equipment! Then pop up said pay another $$$$ to get more info. TOTAL SCAM

I searched in New Mexico, and it can't find him, because he never resided in there. I am left without an answer.

This site offers you a free search, tells you it found information click here to view. Once you click it, you're told in order to view you must subscribe for 14.98 So I do. I click the file to view and I'm told they found no background information. I tried a different search and everything I clicked on informed me for an additional amount I can see this info. I'm so u happy, I'd be a rich man if I could get away with scamming people out of their hard earned money

They cannot find any information for you. I signed up and paid the payment for a Trial to find my driving record. Once I was signed up the website could not locate any information for me. I call customer support and they were no help except for the fact that they cancelled my account for me. It's a scam and I would never recommend anyone using this.

recordsfinder.com promise to give owner detail and financing/lien info about the vehicles but they do not provide such information once you order and pay. All they give is the specs of the vehicle which anyone can get from the internet or the dealer. Do NOT order: they mislead and give false advertising. Avoid at all cost!

Fake advertising. Does not deliver what they promise. Recordsfinder.com is a scam.

Be careful out there and if you take the red or black pill, be prepared for hell to descend upon you very slowly...

Tried it to see what would show up on my own name. Lots of mixed up info, some pertinent, some erroneous …. A jumble. I got charged extra to check some of it out. Not worth it. Canceling my 7 day license ASAP.

Tip for consumers:
Navigation thru screens somewhat tedious & confusing as pop ups flying up unexpectedly = do they want more money for every pop up, how can I specify filter selections to better home in on what I really want to see reports on. I ended paying for a $15 report in addition to $2.95 7 day trial.

Mostly, the info I got showed me how many people/situations with some similarity but not at all me or related to me was getting included in info maybe about me. Confusing and useless to me. CANCEL me.
