Overpriced, terrible quality, limited selection, but good service. Do NOT buy anything from this website. They charge $30 for terrible quality shirts, hats, phone cases, and more. The only reason you should be buying off this website is if you want a terrible quality hat with kanye kissing kanye on it. Still, when you get a $#*! quality shirt they will be happy to get a return started.
Although the report says the item was delivered to the house, no one received it. What's more, my son telecommutes and would have been aware if anyone delivered a parcel to our mail or our front porch. The package just did not arrive.
Last year they cut the artists' revenues by half.
Now they suspend accounts without explanation.
And keeping the artists' earnings.
Avoid this website. Do not support a company that exploits artists.
Their new TAX on artist is outrageous!
They take almost 50% cut from our earnings.
For example if you make $5 they are charge you $2.30.
(For those who don't know. Redbubble already charges us with their expenses and their profit. This tax comes top on that. Purely from our profit.)
If you are an artist on redbubble then be prepared working for free basically.
The shipping really is ridiculous. A 6 dollar shirt, 4.99 for shipping, and it didn't leave their facility for 4 business days. For 11 bucks and 10 days, you too can have a $6 shirt; or take your business elsewhere as I surely will.
I really liked the image I chose to have printed on a tee shirt, but the shirt itself was very thin and of poor quality. For the money they charge, they should be using a higher quality shirt. Would not order from them again.

While my experience with Redbubble and its employees has been nothing but exemplary, the shipping has been troublesome.
I very much doubt it has to do with the company itself or its shipping methods, but shipping took roughly three weeks rather than the much lower 5-8 days. Tracking with UPS showed that my package sat in California for close to 2 weeks.
Again, this is not a complaint against the company or its costumer service, but it's strange that the shipping provider would do this. Thanks!
I placed an order on 12/5/16 which you would think was plenty of time to receive the item in time for Christmas. The expected delivery date online shows as 12/13-12/16 and the tracking shows that it should have been here by 12/15. On 12/19 I conducted a live chat with someone from Red Bubble who assured me that the package was on the way and that it would be here by 12/22. Today I spent over an hour on the phone with UPS and USPS who all state that they do not have the package. I thought... No Biggie, I will just live chat with someone and they will surely resolve the problem for me, oh how I was wrong! Not only do they not have a phone number so that you can call them, they have REMOVED the option to live chat, probably because they have ruined Christmas gifts for thousands and can't keep explaining how they are at fault.
Avoid this company! It's sad that these other sites cannot complete with Amazon.

The 2 shirts I ordered came in the mail in good time, but the shirts fitment and quality of graphics leaves a bit to be desired. The shirts are a bit tight and actually run pretty long. Also, the graphic designs that are on both shirts look faded. Either that, or theyre simply of low quality. It looks a bit homemade. With that being said, Ive never seen F1 inspired shirts like these anywhere, so its pretty cool to just have them.
I have once inputted an invalid address to redbubble accidentally while ordering a product from them. I only realised it when even after a month I had not recieved the product. I asked customer support of it expecting to have to pay an additional fee however, they responded kindly and even offered a replacement for it.
Brilliant website. Bought a t-shirt for a gift at christmas it was perfectly soft and the design was printed beautifully. Bought stickers and they are very well printed and don't peel. Delivery does take a while but I expected that as I live in the UK and the site is based in USA. Just ordered 2 more t-shirts. Would highly recomend this website.
I need my tee shirt by the 17th. Chantal reiterated the problem but said nothing could be done because the shirt was already shipped. I suggested having another shirt sent today by express which would arrive on time but have not heard back. It is still not too late for me to ensure that I have the shirt for the event on the 17th.

Huge selection of stickers that you can get for an excellent price thanks to their "by x-amount and get 50%" policy. I have recommended the site to a bunch of friends and have only good things to say.
Okay so I decided to order a last minute gift for someone for Christmas, and after ordering it (with express shipping) I looked at the reviews on here and started to get scared. I paid an extra $30 in shipping to have it here before Christmas and I ordered it last week a day before the expected delivery date, it still was in production.
To my surprise, the item came from California to Toronto, Ontario in literally a day! I was not expecting the shipping to be so fast. Most of the reviews on here say garbage or do not order, but my shopping experience was great.
Good company if your willing to pay the ridiculous extra fee to get your order in a timely manner. If not they hand off your order to U.S. Mail Innovations, and they drag they're feet on your order every step of the way! RedBubble you need to adjust your shipping practices to accommodate all buyers, even the little people! Order arrived in St. Louis on the 31st for a September 2nd arrival date... package on the morning of September 1st, went to Kansas City Missouri! Am I the only one to see this incompetence?!
I ordered 2 face masks with a design on them. I got them today. First of all they really do not qualify as face masks. Just a pice of cloth with some sting on the sides.
Second the "design" is lop sided at best. On one of the masks it completely disappears completely so you can't even tell what it is supposed to be. I am very un happy.

We bought both the t-shirt and 4 stickers. My daughter loves the funky, playful design.
I did not give a 5 because of the items are pricer than comparable items off the retail stores. But, the service is great!
It is very easy to find a decorative print in almost any size or genre. I ordered a wide selection of prints and was able to pick from a large selection of sizes and custom specifications. I was able to do quite a lot of decorating for very reasonable price. They all arrived on time and were well-packaged.
So impressed with the fast, efficient service and ease of organising a refund.
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 tough phone case; when it arrived I noticed the print was terribly dark. I got into contact with RB, they replied within a couple of hours and offered me a refund immediately, without question.
I was disappointed with the product I received, but I can't be disappointed with the customer service; and I won't hesitate to purchase from RedBubble again (as I've had great products from them before) and am happy to recommend it to others.
Great shirts, awesome exchange policy, prices are a bit high but the excellent service and quality of support make up for that. Not to mention the fact the shirts are actually made in the U.S. and not in some sweat shop somewhere is a big bonus in my opinion.
The shirt I asked for was a bit smaller than I expected; when I told Redbubble they promptly sent a larger one and allowed me to keep the old one. Would definitely use again and have already recommended it to others.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
