Redbubble is a great site to use when looking for particular and unique clothing items. I loved the variety, and that each item was made to order. Ordering was easy and my items were shipped and arrived in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Redbubble again! Love!
I ordered an iphone skin and t-shirt. The iphone case shipped before the t-shirt but never arrived even though the shipping tracker said it was already delivered. The T-shirt (size Large) arrived and it is the size of a small child's shirt and no where near fits. Also the T-shirt is very long.
Redbubble replied to my concern very quickly with an offer to send another iphone case and give me a voucher for the t-shirt. I am upgrading my experience to Good!
I ordered my shirts on the 17th of November for Xmas. It is now the 21st of December, and I have STILL not received them. I messaged Red Bubble on the Where's my Order thing a few days ago, and still no answer despite them saying they are prompt in response. I have now messaged them AGAIN. Apparently my order was only meant to take 10 days. And when you look up my order, the "delivered" circle still isn't high lighted meaning it isn't a postal issue. Xmas is almost here, I deserve a refund in full!
I ordered an A-line dress from Redbubble. When it arrived it was huge and it was only a size XS. I have been trying to either return it or at the least get a voucher for another product. I have a trail of emails asking for pictures, where it was sent, etc, etc. I have complied with all their requests but when it comes to getting actual refund or credit, forget it. I will probably end up disputing the charge. Couple of notes... I read the reviews on the website about the dress and felt confident in my purchase. Now that I have the dress and went back to look at the reviews, there are NO negative reviews. I tried to add a review regarding the sizing and I could not find a place to do so. I will say the printing quality is good but I am not going to wear a dress that looks like a tent on my and I am just a size 6.
Don't purchase anything through this website unless you have money to give away. I never received an email confirmation for my purchase! I attempted to track my order, because that seems to be my only option, and of course I am unable to, because I never received confirmation that my order was placed. My money was of course taken via PayPal. SCAM!
Unlike most of the comments below, I had NO issue with shipping! I paid regular shipping, and my items arrived super fast! I live in Florida and the United States warehouse is located in California! I had two custom shirts and a cell phone case made. I placed the order five days ago, they were printed and shipped out the next day, and arrived at my doorstep literally 2 days after they were printed, at no extra cost! The quality of the shirts came out better than I expected to be, and I got a great deal on them! I would definitely shop at Redbubble again, what a great experience with quality and shipping, at least with me!
I used to order from redbubble all the time, had no issues. Then they switched the type of shirts they use. Anything I have ordered since, does not last. The images on ALL of those shirts are starting to peel off. Shirts I ordered from them years ago, before they switched are still great. I have ordered dozens of shirts in the past but won't anymore.
Amazing service! Ordered my Redbubble tee in a large and when it arrived, it was too big for me. I was so sad to have to return it to get a smaller size, but once my request was processed they said I could keep the one I had and that they were already sending me a new one! Great service, and the tee itself was adorable!
I bought a phone case the first time no problem. I was happy cause it came in way earlier than I expected. Probably in two or three weeks (pretty fast considering I live in an island in the middle of the Asian Pacific). HOWEVER. Today marks the 2ND MONTH I've been waiting for my pillows to arrive. I was expecting them at least before Christmas or a little over New Year. Valentines is over, and no replies from them. I am actually quite disappointed. I think it's also been three days and I don't think anyone has seen my submission for a replacement or even bothered to help me.

Rada solves the problem, but it was unnecessary of her to tell me that the code had expired and that she is making a one time exception. The code application was malfunctioning which is why Alex told me to re-order and then call you guys back so you could make the adjustment. Her one time exception was actually offensive, and unnecessary in context of the situation.
Everytime I order from redbubble- which is a lot cause I love it so much, I have always gotten amazing items and designs. They look just like the picture and are good Quality. They have a ton of designs so its sure to appeal to everyone.
I fell in love with a watercolor painting by artist Jacqueline Maldonado and ordered a art board to hang on my wall. I was a little worried because it took about five extra days to reach me in Canada. The artists painting is beautiful but when the art board arrived i noticed it had about six or seven small scratches on it. The quality of the printing is really good just really disappointed about the scratches as It's really quite noticeable!

All I wanted was a reusable cloth bag, with fun cartoon art from Overly Sarcastic Productions brief series on the Chinese classic allegory, Journey to the West.
Redbubble charged a very reasonable price for on-demand screen printing, delivered in only 2 days for regular shipping, in a secure plastic bag, with a fun picture of a nice dog, printed on one side.
I received the wrong size item, mistake was on their end. It is difficult to find the contact information for customer support, and then they do not attempt to remedy the situation. They would reorder the correct one without expedited shipping making it too late for Christmas, and I didnt get specific details on what was being done to credit the incorrect one. I am done with this company.

I ordered a hoody, it arrived on time and was exactly how I thought it would look like. Printing quality is great! I ordered the wrong size and the staff here were so quick to respond and give me a solution. They sent me out a new hoody with no return for the original. I have placed several orders with red bubble, including returns and each experience is literally awesome. Even with complicated orders and returns, customer service is always perfect. Orders arrive in good time, products are of high quality, and I am always looking at their website to see what's new. I love red bubble!
Ordered a T-shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas... turns out the size I ordered was too small! (but amazing quality) Sent in a request for a larger size and they are sending me a replacement and letting me keep the smaller one free! Will definitely use this service again. Shipping was fast too!

Nope, they mailed it sat 12/23/17, after me throwing it down but not overnight like a good coupany would do. I should get it 3 days after Christmas. I ordered a t-shirt and it turned up very quickly, good quality and a nice design. Unfortunately it was too small, so I emailed to ask to do an exchange and not only did they reply within several hours to say a new t-shirt was being printed, they didn't want the original t-shirt back. Fantastic customer service, I couldn't recommend highly enough.
Two years ago I ordered 5 T-shirts, one for my mom, two for a friend, and two for me. They still look brand new, so I am happy with the quality. I decided to buy a couple shirts of my own designs for myself to see how they look. If they are as nice as the others I will be pleased.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
