I am updating my review because Rebbubble refunded me right away after the holidays for my trouble. I will give 5 stars for that. I still would like to suggest that Redbbuble needs to work on their promises to deliver on time and somehow to have a link more accessible for customer service when a problem occurs. Thank you for your help, I will reconsider shopping with Rebbubble after that.
I placed an order that was advertised to get to my house at a certain date. It didn't shipped until that date. I paid an expensive 19 dollars for shipping. I wanted to contact their support and it is the hardest thing to do because there isn't any option other to check where your order is. And their phone number is a cell phone that is not available if you are lucky to even find it. I will not go through this site again.
On time it was it was very well packaged and I had no complain of it being some what late or disappointed highly recommend many people to visit this site and visit very well excellent job done couldn't be any happy. Also there were no delays very awesome highly over the top recommend to many people or even all people.
Huge hassle with this website from the start. I Had two separate orders of the same item. However, neither one of them were delivered. After complaining, they opted to resend both items without explanation. I received my of the two replacements yesterday, and it turned out to not even be the item I ordered. After complaining, yet again, the only offer from them was to resend the exact same item that I should have received weeks ago. Terrible orgnization. Don't think I would ever order from this website again, which is shame because they're one of the only places that have what I need.
Bought a printed hoodie for my son's birthday. Couple of days later an arm seam came undone. Within 10 mins of contacting Redbubble we had a voucher for the full cost of the item and the p&p. We weren't asked to return the faulty item - just provided a photo. No quibbling, just superb, customer -focused service. Thanks Adrian for excellent service.
I had an issue that my shirts had not come in yet. I was worried so I wrote a quick letter to RedBubble. Vachon sent back a reply super quick and was so nice about helping me out. Totally fixed my problem and now I'm happy! I can't wait for my shirts to arrive!
Redbubble has some of the most unique shirts available for fandms that normally can't find officially licensed merchandise. The shipping is speedy snd I've never recieved a damaged product. Customer service almost annoying with how many emails they send you if you change something about the order, but at least their thorough. :) Great online store without a doubt and where I buy 90% of my shirts now.
I've bought wonderful tees from them in the past but the moment you're not happy with a purchase (in this case, a tee advertised as St. Patricks Shamrock Glitter Green doesn't have a speck of glitter on it and their 2X must have meant a child's 2X), they make returning it extremely difficult so you'll eat your money to save yourself the hassle. Problem with that is you aren't likely to buy another. You have to take a picture of the product to prove it (as if the returned product won't) and even though their return form says it will give you option for full refund, it doesn't. It gives you only two options: Exchange or receive Redbubble voucher. Neither is acceptable. I will not be buying from them ever again which is a pity because they do have nice original t-shirts. But it's not worth the risk when you can't easily return.

Im definetly happy that i finally decided to order, so here's my positive feedback.
I bought two shirts. The stuff has been shipped after 4 days from payement, and arrived in France 16 days later.
Shirt quality is absolutely satisfating, regarding both apparel and print (i only had one coloured designs, so i dont know about coloured prints, but i expect the same quality level).
Recommended. For Europeans also.

TERRIBLE print quality. I could have done a better print job at home. I will not be ordering from this site again. Majorly disappointed.
I ordered 11 stickers. Only 2 of the stickers have ok-ish print quality, but still not great. The prints are blurry, pixilated, and entirely unprofessional. The die cut trims around the stickers are super uneven and uncentered (I realize there needs to be some wiggle room in printing/die cuts, but these are very off).
For a company that specializes in printed materials, Rebubble should understand how to get quality prints. It's as if Redbubble grabbed the smallest, lowest quality raster image they could find, blew up the scale 400%, then printed - creating the ugliest, most pixilated, unreadable stickers possible.
If one or two of the stickers were bad, I might blame the files provided by the artist (although Redbubble should ensure quality control). But ALL of the stickers are terrible print quality.
I ordered a duvet cover for my son's room and was pretty trilled about it as there is nothing like it in stores near me. After I ordered, I decided to look at reviews and started to be worried as there is so many negative comments. I needed this duvet cover quickly as I was redoing my son's room while he was out of town as a surprise and paid for quick shipping. A lot of reviews complained about not receiving orders in a timely matter as well as the quality so I was starting to regret my purchase. I got it today a day ahead of scheduled delivery and am I very excited about it! The quality is great, and I was quite relived that the colors of the duvet cover pictured from the website were true to the actual product (i painted the room based on the online colors as I could not wait for it to paint!)... I wish I could upload a picture of the finished room with the bedding! It's awesome :)
I ordered a bunch of stickers and a pin on Sep. 25 that was said to come October 2-8 but I only received the pin and it's already the 9th. Now, I understand that deliveries could come late due to covid but I'm still a little mad since it's been 2 weeks and I can't even track my order even though it says I can. The pin was pretty good quality though, so I'll give them that.
I ordered two Neko Atsume t-shirts. One was great the other was total crap. The latter was a white, but 100% see-thru. The material was so cheap. The iron-on of the cat was cut off at the ends.
I just chucked it, took the loss. Afterward, I wrote an honest review. I was surprised to get reply by email. I was offered a refund on the poor-quality shirt. I took it.
It was shameful of Redbubble to send out the poor-quality, however at least they made good by paying me back for it.
I ordered 2 t-shirts to wear to a Halloween party, Paid $30 for expedited shipping 7 days before I needed the items. Two days before I needed them, the website was saying they were not even in production. I asked and was told "Oh, we don't have that size right now". Would have been nice to know earlier so I would have something for the party. I got a refund but will NEVER use this site again. UNSUBSCRIBE!

I have ordered from RedBubble and recieved absimal shirts, only half of the design was printed. I have contacted them several times to try and get the shirts replaced and have been completely ignored by the company. They are no good and will just take your money and give you a crap product.
The shipping does take a while on some of the stickers, but it is well worth the wait! My kids were really bummed that there was only one type of protective case for their chromebooks for school. I came across Redbubble and found ALL their favorite things made into stickers, so they were REALLY happy after that. I got some for my own laptop as well, and I love them so much. The price is unbeatable
I ordered at 10:58 PM PST on Dec. 14th. You stated that it would arrive by Dec. 24th at the latest. Serious? You barely printed the FedEx label today (Dec. 20th) - six days later - and after I sent an email to cancel my order because it was taking too long? Now I have an estimated shipment date of 29 DECEMBER - 3 JANUARY? What a total joke. You promise 1.5 weeks... and you deliver 3 weeks later? Wow... so bad.

The quality of the clothes is excellent and the people at Redbubble were very helpful whem I ordered the wrong size for my son, immediately sending out the correct size. Excellent service; best I've come across on the internet.
I recieved my order in the mail today... I am beyond excited about it! It was way better than what their picture showed. They are definitely a modest company. Prices wwre great, products are great, shipping was fast, and I am overall extremely pleased with every single bitnofnmy shopping experience. Also, the humor they have in their site and confirmation emails is refreshing. Made me laugh and made it feel like a more personal fun place to be. Way better than some cold computer generated dull informed email.
Answer: They seem fake to me. I received such horrible service that its hard to believe this is the same Redbubble. Maybe they improved alot since OR maybe they are paying their own marketing people to post fake positive reviews. We will never know. I would say its not worth the risk. Go with another seller.
