It was given to me as a gift from iTax Solutions and I chose to take my vacation in Virginia at Virginia Beach. There were many places to choose from, but I never been there. When I put my order in to receive my vacation information, I had no problem. Everything was easy to do and I received the information and I will be using my vacation soon. This was a good experience with Redeem Vacations
The site was easy to navigate to activate my voucher however I was rather shocked at the pictures of the so-called 4star property. It looks like a cinder block dorm room at best. I hope I haven't been scammed.
Redeem Vacation definitely made this enjoyable experience for me for my FIRST TIME EVER IN MIAMI from start to finish. The checking in process and staff at the Gates Hotel South Beach Hilton was excellent. The inside of the hotel in general is beautiful. The hotel room would get a 3 out of 10 review. The View was terrible unable to see anything just a large wall and a lot of construction noise. I will definitely book with redeem vacation again but prolly a different hotel
I booked with RedeemVacations and was sceptical about the deal. I upgraded the room for a high floor/ balcony and was very satisfied with the room. Other than the patio door not sealing (and within 10 minutes of calling reception, the maintenance person was there and repaired it immediately) I had no concerns. I wanted a fridge and had one within 10 minutes of calling down to the front desk ($10.00 a night). The hotel was very clean, trash cans were emptied regularly, the environment and staff COVID aware. Each interaction I had with staff from the hotel, they were polite, courteous and professional. I would stay here again and would book with RedeemVacations - I was within15 minute drive of everything I wanted. Picture from the hotel balcony, a trip to the beach and the pier.
Very easy to use. Only downside is needing to pay my part up front instead of when I actually take the vacation. But so much cheaper than if I'd booked it myself!
Everyone was very helpful. From customer service at redeem vacations to Let's go travel! Travel agency! I was having trouble activating my voucher and they both helped me through the process!
Kymmye Ann on Facebook has a travel agency ( Let's Go Travel) they use this site!
The overall experience was good. My travel agent Deana found us a nice resort and because of us booking with her we were rewarded a redeemable vacation for 3 days.
I has been good so far, very user friendly and I reached out with some questions which were answered for me quickly. I have not decided on the dates yet, will be working on that soon
Due to my time frame to travel, it did hinder my ability to make a choice between many of the hotels offered, but aside from that, service has been EXTREMELY prompt, easy, no pressure, and no "fine print" that needs to be looked through meticulously. The price paid was OUT OF THIS WORLD and I will not hesitate to come back in the future! Well deserved 5 star rating!
Fantastic! I never could have dreamed redeem vacations would have been so simple and go out of there way to insure my best possible experience. I am very grateful!
$#*!.
Only one hotel in cairns, how can that be?
Could not use my credit card to up grade my room.
Also my friend did one for byron bay and the two hotels where blocked out for 2 years.
We had a great family vacation. The hotel was very nice. Excellent location on the beach. There was many pools and options for families with small children.
The travel dates are so restrictive and what I paid extra for taxes and "fees" is kind of high especially with all the date restrictions. I hope it's a nice hotel at least.
I was able to pay my activation fee for my trip to San Antonio Texas, when I tried to activate my trip to Cape Town South Africa the system sent me a message stating I could only activate one (1) vacation in a 12 month period. I've sent 4 message to Newport Vacations and to this very moment I haven't received any reply via email or telephone, or text message. This is very bad.
I never been there and would like to visit.
Very bad!
I booked with reedem in Istanbul for 4nights.
Arriving at the hotel, they told me that my booking is not confirmed and not valid, and saying that they are not working with reedem for almost 1year.
I tried to contact reedem to have some help, no agent available. I wait 2hours at the reception, after that, alone in a country that I don't know, with no accommodation ans any help, I decided to book an other hotel the cheapest one on this area.
After that, I contacted reedem, they called the previous hotel ans confirmed that the hotel has no booking.
As it was no my fault of reedem has no valid contract with hotel I was expecting a refund of this new reservation and they refused!
So I had to pay the double of what I paid with reedem because of them.
Be careful!
Do not use it. I booked Nashville vacation and it had 182 consecutive days blocked out. Then switched to Vegas where I can stay at the Luxor for more than what it costs to just buy it on priceline.
Won a trip to Las Vegas, but with a bunch of stipulations, Sun-Wed, or Mon-Thurs, only all the dates I want to travel are either unavailable, or the airfare is extremely high, than you don't get to see the hotels, until after you pay the taxes and fees, and put in your dates, only three hotels came up, depending on dates, I really want my money back.
It's a pity there isn't a zero rating. I see this site is offering "free vacations" by connecting with one of their partners - buyer beware! I saw a post about setting up an automatic donation and getting a free voucher. I thought "great - I love this idea!"So I signed up for the monthly contribution. You are then directed to the Redeem Vacations site where you pay $114.25.to activate your vacation for "out of pocket costs - taxes and fees". You do this without being able to see any of their hotels. I STUPIDLY did this because I trusted 8 billion trees. As I said STUPID!. I chose Denver. You get a choice of 1 to 3, three-star hotels, well outside of Denver, and other than 4 or 5 days in July, it is blacked out from mid-May to late October. I tried those few days, plus early May and late October, and those were the only choices. I was unable to contact them through their website, you can only do a live chat. I asked to see what hotels they work within Atlanta or Charleston, they can't do that either. But did offer Cancun in July! I asked for a refund since the charge was for taxes and fees, and I'm not staying anywhere, so there are no taxes and fees for them to pay, NOPE they won't do that either, you are just SOL. I will be canceling my monthly contribution to 8 Billion Trees, refuting the Redeem Vacations charge on my card, and posting negative reviews for Redeem Vacations. If you want to contribute to 8 Billion do it - but the vacation thing is a complete scam, 8 Billion needs to review this offer and cancel any relationship with Redeem Vacations.
The hotels announced in the page before make any payment are not at all the available to make reservations. The "illustrative" money to save is ridicoulus above the real. You have a great disccount but it is not the offer announced. The dates to make reservations are very reduced, even it is suppoused to have a year, you only have half a year effective. Pretty much a fraud.
Answer: Hi Tina the Fives beach hotel is not all-inclusive, you can add optional discounted all-inclusive when you book your travel dates
