Unprofessional and they are right you are wrong. They claim we installed the part and would not refund our money. They claimed they emailed us the information about declining our return. That never happened!

I made the mistake of placing an order with them before looking at reviews. As soon as i placed the order I realized it was a mistake...I was on the checkout screen and it said the total was $33 and under shipping it just had a slash mark. Again, it said the total was $33...I placed the order and then on the confirmation screen suddenly the total had changed and they had added over $12 for shipping...I have done plenty of online shopping, I'm not dumb. This is a super shady business practice and I guarantee they're doing it on purpose. There are A LOT Of bad reviews about them as well...Do yourself a favor, order from a different site. The chances you have a good experience with Repair Clinic are extremely low.

I am writing this review because Repair Clinic customer service will not respond to me. Apparently they have no idea what customer service means, nor any interest in improving performance. I ordered a gas stove replacement burner - the exact same burner that failed 3 years ago. Not only did Repair Clinic raise the price nearly 60% ($77 to $102), but the casting was not threaded for the 4 mounting screws, and they did not include any screws!
I am a retired Mechanical Engineer with 40 years experience in design, construction, and factory maintenance and at 74 have no patience for poor customer service.

I purchased a drain pump for my washer and it arrived too late. I had already found the part locally and installed it. I sent the part back on my dime and they then I get an email claiming the following: "The part you returned shows scars on the terminals which happens after hook up or connection of the wires." I never opened the internal box and didn't even set eyes on the part let alone try and hook it up. And then they pull this fraudulent crap. Stay away! There are reputable companies out there. RepairClinic.com is simply awful.

Before this I called a repair man, several of them actually and they wanted 179.00 just to come look at it. Well thanks to the Repair Clinic my freezer was fixed for under 10.00 and now is working just fine. On there web site different repairs are labeled by your level of expertise from layman to experienced by little wrenches. Some repairs are recommended for you not to try unless you have knowledge but the ones that are easy you can save hundreds and hundreds of dollars like I said we fixed our freezer for less than 10.00.
