Repair Clinic has been my go-to for appliance repairs, and they always deliver exceptional service. Recently, I needed a replacement part for my washing machine, and their website made it easy to find the exact match. The part arrived quickly, and the step-by-step video tutorial on their site made the installation process a breeze. Thanks to Repair Clinic, my washing machine is running like new again!
Unprofessional and they are right you are wrong. They claim we installed the part and would not refund our money. They claimed they emailed us the information about declining our return. That never happened!
For the last three days (7/18-7/20) I have not been able to get ahold of customer service. When calling the service number I either get a busy signal or a message that the call won't go through. On the rare occasion that I do get a connection, the automated system just puts me on hold for excessive amount of time (been hanging up after 30 minutes). Live chat is not available... only able to leave a written message but have received no response. Have also sent emails to which I have received no response. There is nothing posted on the website indicating there is any issue with their systems.
This company is a scam. They lied to me repeatedly about having a part. I waited for 40 days for the part to arrive and then it suddenly was delayed for another 30 days for no reason. When I called to ask about it, the customer service representative was a complete $#*!head and the supervisor said he just didn't care. This company is a total scam - do not buy from them!
Awesome company for appliance repair. I fixed a washing machine inlet valve in less than 20 minutes! Part was less than $15.00. Do it yourself video was EXCELLENT and EXACT... My wife said the machine runs like BRAND NEW:. Happy wife happy life. I am a pharmacist by profession but like to do things myself when it comes to repairs. Anyone can do this repair with the video that showed how to do it,,,
Tip for consumers:
Instead of removing the body of the washing machine to get to the water inlet valve , I just tilted it forward enough to allow me to do the repair. I did this because some people were sharing how much time some of them consumed trying to get the washing machine body back in place.
A few months ago I ordered a dishwasher rack. It was out of stock but they said they would send it to me when it came. Meanwhile I found one elsewhere and called Repair Clinic to cancel the order. I received the dishwasher rack from RC in the mail today. I called to return it and asked RC to cover the return shipping cost as it was their mistake. They refused as they couldn't find my cancellation. They didn't believe me. Bad customer service. Just for a few dollars.
Returned a part for a microwave ( turntable motor) that was shipped in an unsealed cardboard box. I did not use the part because i determined to purchase a new microwave instead of fixing. So i returned part for credit and now repair clinic claims i had installed the part and will not give me credit. This is absurd and i told them it was never installed. They claim it had wear marks. I tried to contact them by email 3 times and by phone 3 times but they don' answer. Think twice before dealing with them.
Wrong part shipped, after first part was lost in delivery. Paid for return@ $30. Company refused to refund due claim of damage to part. No shipping refund either. A real ripoff. Don't get taken as I was. Stay away!
I had the mistake of ordering a part I thought my aircon needed. Though the delivery was already on its way, RCC was kind enough to have the courier come back to get the correct spare part. Now THAT'S customer service. Will order again if needed.
Ordered a replacement wheel for my power washer in March 2021. Been waiting for this part. No update emails from them. I called the first time in April and was told nicely - yes its on backorder but coming. I waited. No update emails. I finally called this Month. May 2021 and spoke to someone else and was given a date of when it would be in stock. Ok I wait. I got and email finally that the part is discontinued and I am not getting the part. I should of cancelled in April but was giving patience a try. I would avoid them or at least I will. I actually used Sears Parts direct recently and I would give them 5 stars believe it or not and I will do that.
Tip for consumers:
Cancel if nothing received in 2 weeks and move on.

Nothing. they cancelled the order after finally figuring out they couldn't ship me the part.
I ordered a part for my dryer and paid extra for 2 day shipping. After 4 days the part was still not here and they did not reply to my email. I called and was put on hold for 30+ minutes. I asked for a refund on the premium shipping. They told me no way. Website is good place to find a part info, once you find it go to Amazon to buy it... costs less and they are reliable.
The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to help. They make the process of identifying and purchasing the right part smooth and hassle-free. Their commitment to customer satisfaction shines through in every interaction.
Buyer beware! Avoid ordering anything from this company at all cost. I ordered an electrical component for my washing machine but made the mistake of installing it and then finding it didn't work or didn't solve my problem. I attenpted to return the part and sought a refund but RepairClinic refused the return because the part had beeen installed. It's a gamble ordering from this company because of its return policy so its in your best interest to order from somewhere else.
Gave Repair Clinic rep the part number for a part no longer manufactured by the OEM. Was assured that the part they would send, though a different part number, was a fully compatible replacement. It wasn't, not by a long shot (or at least 1.5"). Since I'd paid for shipping on send-out, I asked them to eat the cost of return shipping. They refused, which means if I returned a $15 part and got reimbursed, it would still cost me $16 for unreimbursed shipping. These folks don't know the meaning of customer satisfaction, nor do they seem to want to.
Tip for consumers:
Get something in writing that states RepairClinic will absorb the entire cost of the order, including shipping, if the part they send is not the part you ordered or was ordered by you based on their bad advice --
Products used:
Full refund, but the cost of the shipping for send-out and return can be more than the cost of the product -- which was my case. Add rigidity of service return policy and you quickly get pulled into consumer hell --
Repair Clinic is another name for steal your credit info. They never had any plan to send us our packages. Lady lied and said my card had not been charged. These people are playing a dangerous game. Unfortunately they have the right one with me. I ordered a control knob for an AC unit in October of last year. I just received an email today 3/23/2023 stating that my package would be delayed yet again? It stated that my package would be delayed until May 2nd, 2023. But it had already been pushed to April 4th, 2023. These people are meanwhile collecting credit cards number. Now I see that I'm not the only only. Yet, I'm the only one that will go to great lengths, to right someone else wrong. I take this personally because I have had scam activity on my card. They will learn a definitive lesson. Every dog has its day. If you have done business with this company. Just know you've been scammed.

One star for this outfit. I bought a fan from the upper oven of my double wall oven based on the exact part number shown in the image and sku on repair clinic's site. When it arrived I tried to install on upper oven, but it didn't fit since that fan is for lower oven. The two fans are different. I returned it and they refused the return saying I had clearly attempted to install it. So was against return policy. I pointed out the issue was their website explicitly showed it was the correct part of the upper oven. It still shows it's the proper fan for the upper oven to this day. They didn't care. $125 down the drain for me and another $20 for shipping on the return gone. And they still have the fan.
Total refusal on this outfit's part to work with me. Therefore 1 star.
Never using this place again. The quality of a company is not how well it does when things to right, but how does it behave when things go wrong.
I recently placed an order for replacement parts for our washing machine. The ordering and payment procedures were straightforward and convenient. Impressively, I received the parts within a mere four days. The entire process was hassle-free, and the simplicity of the ordering system contributed to a seamless experience.
The last time I ordered five parts at once, and everything was shipped on time. I managed to repair the appliances by myself (I used the instructions on their website for guidance). It's a reliable one-stop shop for me.
I have used RepairClinic.com for several purchases and have found them to be a great company to work with. Their inventory of hard-to-find parts is amazing, and their customer service has been exceptional the few times I've needed to contact them. I highly recommend this company and plan to continue to be a customer in the future.
It was my third time ordering replacement parts this time for my refrigerator. The ordering process is seamless and I received the part in good condition. Just one tip, call customer service to make sure that the part is in stock.
I once had to send back a part I had ordered since it was the wrong part for my microwave oven. My repairman and I got mixed up, but they stated it was fine to ship the components back. After a few days, I received the correct parts, so everything worked out in the end.
I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the agent I spoke with was, she made the ordering process easy. The parts arrived quickly and are high-quality. They'll be my go-to for repair parts from now on!
I ordered a control board for my GE microwave oven based on the model number. Per the information the control board ordered was a replacement. When I received the control board an started installing it I saw there were more connections than on my original board. I called and spoke with a rep. Explaining my situation. I was told that the company has a 365 day refund policy. I could send the part back for a full refund however I would have to pay for the shipping. When they received the control board back they sent me an email telling me they could not refund any money on the board because it showed scratches on the terminals. I am out almost $200 for a board that is by their definition was new now I wonder. They said they would destroy the returned board as they could not resell it. This is a horrible company. PLEASE do not waste your money buying from this company. A total fraud!

My A/C broke. I looked and read and after a while I decided that the problem was the condenser. So I got one on line from Repair Clinic.com. About five hours later I was talking to my friend and discovered that he knew a lot about HVAC. So he told me my condenser was fine it was my fan motor. So I intended to have Repair Clinic.com call Fed-ex and have my package sent back to Repair Clinic.com and buy the motor. So I called and a young woman answered the phone with gum in mouth and lots of attitude and she told me that there is no way Fed-ex would do that. I then asked if they had my motor after spending ten minutes on hold somebody picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called Fed-ex and called Repairclinic.com back and gave them my confirmation number from Fed-ex that my package was turned a round and she just seemed as if I was bothering her. I will never do business with them again.
If you get the part you are looking for, you are lucky. If not, don't expect any returns from them as they always make an excuse. Two people I know tried returning the items, and they didn't even acknowledge that the parts were returned safely to them.
Their customer support/service is difficult to get in contact with. As stated in their unreasonable policy, if you install an part (without use) they will not allow you to return/refund the part. As a repairman how else are you supposed to trouble-shoot any issues without actually installing that part!?! It will end up costing you more money in the long run since you have to pay for a part that does not resolve your issue, pay for the shipping to receive the part, and pay for the shipping to send it back.
I will never use RepairClinic again and advise anyone other person not to as well.
I ordered a part(water inlet valve) for my refrigerator from Repair Clinic.com. The part I ordered was not needed so I returned the part. I explained to customer service I checked the new part for continuity with a tester making sure new part was actually new. Customer service said terminals on new water inlet part showed wear and I would not receive a refund and unless I sent them a $13.00 FED Ex label in 10 days I would not get the part back. The part cost $130.00, had to spend $13.00 sending part back and they want another $13.00 for S&H to get the part back to me. This is not how to keep customers, This is a site for DIY trying to save money. I guess you better know 1000% before ordering. I will not use Repair Clinic again and I recommend Parts Direct.com instead.
