Unprofessional and they are right you are wrong. They claim we installed the part and would not refund our money. They claimed they emailed us the information about declining our return. That never happened!

I ordered and oven igniter for a friend and that wasn't what was need to be replaced, so mailed back to them in Original package and followed all directions for return, I never heard back from them so messaged them and they said I scuffed it up as if I mounted it and I never did. So now I'm out $75. I'll find a local place for parts, very disappointed. Customer service comes first. So now they have my part to resell

If I could less than 1 star I would! Horrible experience, long time customer but no more. They are more interested in your money than customer service or fulfillment of your order, avoid this company at all cost! I Ordered a part and paid for the expedited shipping, expecting 3 days MAX, shows up 4 weeks later, after I don't need it anymore. I contacted the company to get an update after 4 days, no response, contacted again after 2 weeks, no response, contacted a 3rd time to cancel my order and then it shows up, after I canceled it. But don't worry they still charged me, and also still charged for the the 2 day shipping! They are thieves in my opinion, if you purchase from them, know that you have been warned!

This company is the worst company with poor customer service. I spent a number of hours and phones calls prior to purchasing the products I was told are in this exisiting stove. I asked several times in several different phone calls about the return policy. I was told that I have 365 days to return the items. At no time did they say anything about not being able to open the package. The absurdity of this company and return policy is clearing going to cause them to lose customers. Come to find out these parts did not work and ultimately I returned the items only to find out they will not return items that are opened or installed. This was news to me after I just paid $30 to ship the items back. I am requesting a refund and they are refusing. $300 later I have no resolution for this product. I also want other people to know that the return policy is unheard of in this day and age. WAKE UP REPAIR CLINIC!

I ordered parts for my lawn tractor and received all the right ones except for the rim which was the wrong size. When I found a complain. I was told they had ordered the wrong part. I was then told to call the customer service number when I phoned and asked for the manager there was no manager in that day. I finally got a hold of the manager and he had the audacity To tell me that I had ordered the wrong part. The funny thing is all the other parts worked it was just the rim that was the wrong size. So if you want to big headache order from this business I'd like to give them no stars.

They have all the parts I needed to fix my appliances. I also found their help section and manuals to be very useful and interesting. Their price match guarantee also makes sure that I get the cheapest price for my purchases.

There should be an option to choose 0 stars because this is what RepairClinic should receive.
I purchased a control board for my furnace with the hope that it would resolve my issue. Unfortunately it did not so I contacted RepairClinic to request a return. I was forwarded a return packing slip and label. I just received a notice from RepairClinic that I will not receive a refund because I installed the board to see if it would fix the problem. How is it possible to know if the board would fix the furnace if I can't try it out to see if it works? This is a very poor policy and I will not recommend RepairClinic to anyone looking for repair parts.

I don't recommend them at all because of their terrible customer service. They got the most unresponsive and the worst customer service there is! I got damaged items but they made it hard for me to return those items and get refunded. They made the process too difficult so that I'd just give up and let them win but too bad, I got too much time on my hands so I followed up with them day after day until I got my refund. I didn't let them get away with it.

Don't waste your time with this company! Placed an order and and the second you submit your order, the part is on back order. I have been waiting 3 months for a gasket. I wish I had read reviews before I placed the order.

Received the part I ordered, put a bolt through the support to see if it fit, and it didn't. Put it back in the box and returned. I had to pay shipping. They refused a refund saying it had been "installed". $160 down the drain. NEVER AGAIN!

RepairClinic.com used to be a good site to go to and I used them for over 15 years as they had competitive prices However, they have priced themselves out of the market as their prices are the highest out there. They team up with the OEM's to take over their service parts and I feel they tried to corner the market, but their prices are very uncompetitive for a internet site. They have decent customer service, but can have long wait items. Lastly, they have a "so called" Price Match policy. But I there is NOT ONE site that meets their criteria that would require them to match any price. If anyone finds a site that meets the criteria, please let me know. Unfortunately, I cannot justify paying 2x the price just so I have the luxury to return a part in 12 months.
I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would recommend you competitively shop before placing order

Paid for overnight shipping on two orders placed on the same day - neither arrived for 4 days. Called repeatedly and they promised to refund the shipping fees. That never happened. They promised to call back to confirm refund. That never happened.

They say that FedEx declared the delay an act of God, but that is not true. Both orders were placed on the same day and received at FedEx on the same pickup. The FedEx tracking history shows that one of the two sat in their facility for an extra 36 hours longer than the other. That is not an act of God.

Will never use them again.

Order elsewhere - customer service is terrible.

I ordered a dryer blower fan for a Kenmore Dryer. Paid to have it shipped to me by September 6-7,2016. Part was not on time and when I called them to find out what was going on they hung up on me 3 times. They were rude and their customer service stunk. I told them I wanted my shipping and handling fees refunded and they hung up on me the first time, left me on hold for more than 30 minutes the second time (then hung up on me), and finally the guy I actually got a little help from told me the Manager refused to refund my fees (even though they promise to refund without question if their is a shipping issue). The third guy hung up on me when I asked to speak with a Manager higher than his direct Supervisor. I called back yet again and was finally given the Supervisors Managers name and contact information. I will call Monday to see what she may, or methinks may not do.

I ordered 2 shelves for my whirlpool refrigerator/freezer. The first shelf arrived and it was not a freezer shelf but a fridge shelf, when I ordered I took measurements of the shelf and those measurements are shown on their website for this part number, however when the part arrives, it is completely wrong. They first said they would refund the return shipping and now they will not. I have shown indisputable proof that they sent the wrong part and now won't refund my shipping. This business is a SCAM

I ordered a few replacement parts for my washing machine and they had everything in stock. I received the parts as scheduled and I was able to fix my washing machine in no time. It was a very convenient experience for me.

They sent the wrong part. The sticker on the bag is for the correct part, but the part inside is not even close. When we called for a replacement part, they promised to expedite the shipping so we could receive it within four days. Instead, it is expected to arrive a week later. When we called to talk to them, the troll that answered the call was rude and angry. Would advise to find your part somewhere-ANYwhere-else.

Ordered a valve for my kitchen aid range. The only valve they listed was not the correct valve even though model number listed was correct. Was not successful in canceling then was hassled on the return of item. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered a part for $400, received it, it was not even close to the right size, I used model numbers to locate the part. I sent it back for a refund meeting refund policy requirements. The company insists that the part was attempted to be installed, and it was not attempted to be installed, it clearly didn't fit and won't refund or exchange. I am out $400. Don't use this company.

Used to be a good place to buy parts. NOT any more.
Waited over a month only to get a delicate part shipped in a plastic bag, arrived crushed.
What kind of moron would ship a delicate part in a plastic bag?

I needed a part for my dishwasher. I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Never got my part. Call their customer service wait on the phone for 1 hour and no answer. Tried the customer service chat and waited for 1 hour and 45 min and got no answer. They have the worst cuatomer service ever. Just don't go through the trouble of having a bad experience and look for a different company for your parts.

Returned 10 items in perfect unused condition. Tracking shows delivered. They have the 10 items. They have $314 of my money. Will not refund. Referred me to my bank. My bank refunded them. They aren't going to refund me as well.

Repair Clinic LLC is ripping me off.

Be prepared for a lack of cooperation. They slso are sarcastic on the phone as well as as uncooperative on emails.

I ordered an icemaker kit for my refrigerator. The kit was delivered timely. It was supposed to have two different wiring harnesses in the box, one of which should work. The unit delivered to me had 2 of the same harness in it, and of course it did not have the one I needed. I was strung along for more than 2 months waiting for the correct harness, as they claimed they were waiting for parts from the distributer. Repeated emails to them were ignored. Phone calls and chats were useless. I finally found the same kit in stock at another site and sent my faulty kit back to repairclinic.com. While they refunded my purchase price, they did not pay me for my return postage, even though the problem was their fault.

Oh, the second kit from the other company arrived within 2 days, had the correct parts, and after more than 2 months, I have ice again.

I will never do business with repairclinic.com again.

I ordered some Maytag refrigerator drawers and they sent me whirlpool drawers I called twice now to get a return label sent to me so I can send them back and get my money back but they refuse to help me out so far. And yes I did try to exchange them but they couldn't find my model number for my refrigerator. Twice now they said we will call you back and never received a call back.

Paid for next day air and got the wrong parts 5 days later. They were not willing to refund me for shipping or send me the correct parts until I returned the wrong parts. Then they wouldn't send me the correct parts overnight. Customer service was a nightmare! Suggest finding your parts elsewhere.

DO NOT PURCHASE! As for my own experience with this website, it is a fraud. I made a purchase and did not even take the item out of the box other than opening it to see. My family decided to just go ahead and order another washer and decided to return the $200+ item. We decided to just go ahead and replace it since the washer was on sale. Their return department deemed that the item was installed, I do not believe that they intend for customers to return any of the products because the item was shipped with no packing slip as they stated on the website. It's basically their words against yours, I should've ordered the same item on Amazon and it wouldn't have been such a hassle for a return. I had to contact them 3 times to get an update on the return, they received the item 3 weeks ago and did not even bother to contact me with the update, now that I reached out to them they said they cannot do the return because the item was installed. This place is a SCAM.
