Repair Clinic has been my go-to for appliance repairs, and they always deliver exceptional service. Recently, I needed a replacement part for my washing machine, and their website made it easy to find the exact match. Unprofessional and they are right you are wrong. They claim we installed the part and would not refund our money. They claimed they emailed us the information about declining our return. That never happened!
First of all the part was correct and fixed my problem, the shipping wasn't so great, I paid for fedex overnight and it cam two days late, they blame the weather but funny I got another package from that area on time, best I can determine along with my delivery person is either repair clinic did not deliver the part on time to the shipper or the shipper dropped the ball somewhere along the line which is not unusual for fedex as they are consistently the worst at home delivery anyway someone else here is right, you'll never see a refund from repairclinic and as for fedex, they blame everthing but themselves.
Ordered a fan motor, when it wasn't delivered on the date promised, I called and told them to cancel as I couldn't wait 30 days to repair the 'Fridge, in addition I sent an email more than 3 weeks prior to "delivery"! I received a notification that the package was on it's way and though I forwarded the original email they responded they had no "record"! Upshot is that I'm now in a search w/fedex over a supposed delivery! Repairclinic. Com has an incompetent staff and too high prices, & long delivery time. Wish I'd checked these reviews! KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!
I bought my lawn mower blade adapter from them it broke within one year when i called they said i have passed the replacement time line. Its bull $#*! company who dont stand behind their products.
Genuine parts, great selection, terrific search engine and instructional videos will make you your family's hero, too! I have used Repair Clinic several times and saved myself a bunch of money.
I ordered a door gasket for a refrigerator. What they sent was crap. I'm sending it back but they expect me to pay shipping both ways. Stay away from these guys.

I will never order from this site again. The people are rude and not at all helful. My part came 3 days late and the package was trashed and it seemed as if it had been opened. They didnt care. There are too many good similair site out there. DO NOT USE THIS ONE!

I have used this website various times over the past 20 years. I have never had an issue until this past order. Our microwave needed a glass tray and coupling. They shipped the glass tray and when the coupling wasn't included, I thought I must have failed to order it, which we needed in order for the microwave to function, so I ordered it. Then they shipped me TWO, and said the original one had been on backorder, but that was never communicated to me. So now I have a part I don't need and can't use, but they would only let me return it if I paid for the shipping, AND they charged me shipping on the part even though I had a coupon for free shipping. They have lost a loyal customer of over 20 years all because they fail to allow me to return something and pay for the shipping.
Repair clinic boast same day shipping but what they don't tell you is standard shipping can take two weeks, I paid $8.00 to ship a 2"x2" 1oz part, ok shipping cost a little expensive but they ship same day, 13 days transit from MI to GA, I tracked it as the parts traveled all over the North actually moving farther away from GA.
Bottom line I will never use Repair Clinic again.
I never had any problems searching for OEM parts. They have an extensive inventory of replacement parts and help videos that make my appliance repairs possible.
This place is about as crooked and unprofessional as you can be. They dont post a item baught online is on hand so your waiting for weeks and check back it was on backorder and wont be avaiable for months. Call to cancel the order and get money back. 3 weeks later still no refund back onto our bank card, called customer service and they said our infomation is outdated. Our bank confirmed still no refund. This place will be getting a class action lawsuit for theft! Do NOT buy from here!

If I had checked these ratings first, I probably would not have ordered from them. However, in my case, it was a blessing that I didn't check. After first purchasing the part I needed locally and realizing after I got home that the part I was given was not even close to what I had ordered, I decided to look online. Repair Clinic was the first to pop up when I Googled my part number. I got two of the parts for less than half the price I paid for one at the local shop. It was delivered in two days as promised. The only negative experience was that the links provided in the emails I received implied a video was available to show how to install the new parts, since they looked different than the original (a change made by the manufacturer). The links did not work, so I decided to browse the Repair Clinic web site, where promises of thousands of references were listed on their search page - but alas, my part was not one of them. So, I searched YouTube and found a 9 minute video that was extremely helpful. In fact, it only took me about 10 minutes total, including video time, to finish the repair because the video demonstration duplicated the repair I was doing. I'm very sorry to read this other poor reviews. It makes me wonder if I just got lucky, or if only those with issues are entering reviews...

My experience is like so many others I've read about. I ordered a part for my dishwasher. They sent the wrong part. I called. They sent a replacement part assuring me that if it was still wrong I would get a full refund. Spoiler... wrong part again. Since getting that second wrong part, I have emailed them pictures, talked to four different representatives, and I had a guy hang up on me. On two of those calls, I was promised a refund was coming... nothing. One of the agents, just flat out told me he would not give me a full refund after we talked for over an hour. Every time I called, I had to wait 15-60 minutes to finally talk to someone and then it was like starting over from ground zero every time. So much time wasted. I filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau. I am just asking for a $27 refund. I don't understand why it is so hard. I think ordering from this company could be a good experience if there are no hiccups, or mistakes. But, if you do have issues, the customer service is one of the worst I have ever worked with.

This company purports to support appliance repair personnel but since all they do is order parts from China AFTER a customer orders a part, their delivery is MONTHS and completely unacceptable for a service provider trying to help a customer get a refrigerator or other appliance working.
I waited months, received numerous "revised" delivery dates and finally cancelled the order, causing my customer to spend several hundred dollars on a new appliance...(not another Magic Chef Chinese refrig)..

Beware of long shipping times and especially any RETURNS. You Errol okay for FULL shipping costs back, and they are usually way higher than what the item I'd worth. Large boxes or heavy boxes costs a lot more! Make sure you don't have to return anything because you will REGRET ever doing business with this company.
This is Bul**** are they are hard up for money or do they think people are stupid to pay for a part twice? Ordered a part 70 days ago and had to pay for it, or they would not placed the order from China! Now the part is In and they are trying to get another payment from me? I DON'T THINK I'VE HAD A WORSE EXPERIENCE FROM A WEBSITE BEFORE! I should have known when it started with an almost 40 minute wait on the phone trying to figure out the part number for my washing machine door hook since it was the only part number missing on the diagram from every website I looked up. Finally reached a lady who told me what the replacement part would be. PAID $27.99 EXTRA FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Did not receive the tiny part until 5 DAYS LATER! When I contacted them for at least a refund on the shipping since it was so late and caused me so much time of not being able to do laundry they said "expedited shipping is not guaranteed through FedEx...
