Unprofessional and they are right you are wrong. They claim we installed the part and would not refund our money. They claimed they emailed us the information about declining our return. That never happened!
I ordered a part, paid for it and to find out at the end of transaction OUT OF STOCK. I thought it would be great if I could cancel from their website... WRONG! I logged on and my registered account said YOU HAVEN'T ORDERED ANYTHING. Ok now this sucks, an proceeded to call these idiots. After being on a five minute hold I get a hold of someone and try to cancel. He said, " Oh it was shipping today and will be there in 2-3 days". I asked him " why doesn't the website work, why does it say OUT OFF STOCK.? Duhhhh I don't know. I told them I will no longer use them because this low tech business practice. The best he came up with was, " Uhhhh ok ". Wow, can't believe it.
Purchased a carb rebuild kit from RC in Michigan the same day I purchased another item from a company in Texas. Shipping from TX to IL for a much larger/heavier item was less than half that charged by RC, and arrived in two days. RC item has still not arrived - eight days later. Tracking record shows the RC item went from Michigan to Ohio to Indianapolis Indiana so far - AWAY from IL instead of towards IL. If it doesn't get here today I will be putting the charge in dispute with AMEX as a non-delivered item and refusing delivery if it ever does show up. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT AGAIN!
I have a used riding lawn mower. No model number was found so I decided to go ahead an order the part not knowing if they would fit or even be for the right mower. The items fit without any problems.

I ordered two parts for my oven. While they were in transit, my repairman said our oven was unfixable, so I needed to order a new oven and would no longer need the oven parts I ordered. When they arrived, I called Customer Service to inform them I haven't opened the boxes, the items are unused and will need to be returned. They came in two separate boxes, and to ship Only one item back would be $91 for ground shipping, which was the least expensive between all the shipping companies. That's insane! Repair Clinic refused to send me any type of return label, hey wouldn't even help with the shipping cost. They didn't care whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

You will only receive a full refund if you pay for the cost to ship the items back, but it will cost more to ship back the items than the items themselves! Their service is awful! Do Not Order anything from them. You’ll regret it! Their website states that have the best return policy, but that’s a lie!

I ordered a part which was 2x's more expensive than I found locally on a Saturday. I was promised the part by Monday afternoon. Come Monday the part was not to be delivered until Tuesday. I was forced to find the part locally. I tried to cancel the part, but was also told it was too late. When I called for a return label, assuming they would cover the cost since the promise you made wasn't fulfilled, they did not send me a label. I called to ask for one, again, and was told they would not provide that and the customer service rep I spoke to shouldn't have made that promise. Totally disregarded the fact I paid for the overnight service. I was then told the entire price, including the delivery charge, would be refunded. That was also a lie. I will not do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a part from them which came broken, so i called and was on hold for at least a half an hour just to talk to some one, then they were not helpful telling me i need to pay for return shipping for the broken part because it was to long after it was delivered (because covid-19 shut everything down) they didn't care no exceptions. So i spent return shipping on a part that was delivered to me broken to begin with in order to get my money credited back, but still lost shipping cost. In hinde sight i should have complained more to customer service but kinda hard when everytime you call it is at least a 30 min on hold, they probably do that on purpose so people just give up. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I spent quite a bit of time researching and shopping for my dishwasher part (microswitch). I selected repairclinic.com because of their PROMINENT return policy. I had the part checked by a professional, highly competent handyman. It didn't fit. So I paid for return receipt of the part. Only to be told that it had been 'installed' (it hadn't, as it didn't work) and they wouldn't accept it for a return. Out $60 and quite a bit of a hassle. AVOID THIS COMPANY. How are we to DIY if we can't try the the part out to see if it works?
Small engine parts I've been with repair clinic.com for as long as I can remember I'm starting the little shop at home and repairing small engine so I've been ordering parts replied a while now being good so far toll my last order I Ordered Ignition coil and they said that they didn't sell it no more so I was putting in my other order and I found the Same Ignition coil and I placed the order it and I had it in stock I like to work with honest people after a worker me misty call me that they don't sell it anymore so I have to look for another place for my small engine part that's too badd I like working with repair clinic.com sorry your loss

Ordered 2 different kind of Tine Clips for dishwasher on 05/30/2020. Received half of the order within days. After endless waiting at telephone, Cust Ser. Unfriendly response was, "on backorder". In September I called again, this time it stated my second part of order was cancled. I got a new Credit Card beginning of June and old card was not accepted with remaining order. During this process: NO EMAILS TO KEEP ME INFORMED ABOUT MY ORDER, NEITHER BACKORDER ISSUE OR CREDIT CARD ISSUE. CUSTOMER SERVICE THE PITS.

I ordered a control board for a dishwasher. Item was in stock and processed. No information for 6 days. On the 7th day, I called them up to find out the item is on back order.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I USED THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM TO ORDER A PART FOR MY FRIDGE. APPARENTLY IT DIDN'T ASK ME FOR ENOUGH INFORMATION SO IT SENT ME THE WRONG PART (SENT ME THE PART FOR A DIFFERENT FRIDGE EVEN THOUGH I ENTERED THE INFO IT ASKED FOR). WHEN I TRIED TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION TO GET THE RIGHT PART, THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY TO SEND THE PART BACK TO GET THE RIGHT ONE. THEY WOULD RATHER LOSE A LONG TERM CUSTOMER THEN ISSUE A $5 RETURN POSTAGE. WHEN I SPOKE TO A CSR AND SHE COULD NOT HELP ME SHE REFUSED 4 TIMES TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AT MY REQUEST AND HUNG UP ON ME. DO NOT USE THEM. OVER THE YEARS THEIR SERVICE HAS WENT DOWN HILL.
These people don't respond to customer inquiries about returning or replacing damaged products. Their customer service is the worst, and the products are also not worth the money.
The parts I ordered were delivered as promised. I checked the installation instructions on their website and found them really helpful. The item fit perfectly. Will use their website again.
I ordered a part from repair clinic and was expecting to get the part the was imaged in the item description. I took it out of the box and I knew immediately that it is the wrong part so I place it back in the box. Come to find out they have the wrong part in the image. I called up the customer service line and pointed this out to them. They proceeded to treat me like I was a stupid child and never acknowledge that they have the wrong part displayed. I even heard the associate and her co-workers making fun of me in the background when they didn't think I could hear them. They refused to refund me the shipping costs and I paid for the shipping and returned it. They received the part and proceeded to tell me that I had damaged the part and I would not get a refund. So now I'm out over $40 for the part and over $30 for shipping. But hey I could pay for the shipping for a third time and get the "damaged" part back. The entire experience from start to finish was unprofessional and fraudulent. I will be sure to share my experience with anyone who will listen.

Employee "LU". This call took place on March 1 at 8:10 pm. This person stated yelling and said that if we didn't understand English she would speak to us in Spanish and did so. The request we had was to confirm that a part was going to be sent back and we wanted a confirmation that we spoke to someone confirming that it was noted that we were returning the part and we did not want a replacement. We just needed our card credit to be credit back. We had the same experience with JUN" ID #279 on February 24@ 2:54pm. Original order was placed on the 13 of Feb, 22.
They don't care about their employees. All they care about is the company's sales, and the employees are nothing to them. Employee incentives are non-existent, and there is no way to advance.
I went to RepairClinic on their chat to see what part I needed to check next to order it and they referred me back to the manufacturer. Makesha was no help at all!
I especially like the help videos. It made my repair so much easier. They also have an extensive list of repair parts so no problems there.
I made an error ordering a landmover pulley. When I received part, I chat with a rep. He send me the packing slip and the info to returm it. I'm in Canada. So the adress to return the part was in Ontario, Canada via Purolator internationnal office. Base on post tracking info, the parts arrived to destination. A month and a haft later I didn't received any news from Repair Clinic. I've chated with rep again, they said they saw that part reached their warehouse but cannot find it. So I'm still waiting for a refund,. I even never opened the pakage... Just returned it after a $16.00 post charge. So guest what, I will never do business with that company again and I do not recommand anyone to do so. You're better to order directly from China. Parts will arrived faster and you will have better service. Repair Clinic looks like the old Americain business mentality... too bad. I put 1 star because the chat reps seems to do their best behind their computer... and because 0 star doesn't exist...
