Unprofessional and they are right you are wrong. They claim we installed the part and would not refund our money. They claimed they emailed us the information about declining our return. That never happened!

I have been trying to buy two wire shelves for my older fridge for months. This is a rental and god only knows why but there was only one shelf left in the fridge after my last tenant. I even already had ordered and returned shelves twice through another parts company, waiting more than a week for shipping twice, which were supposedly for my fridge but both were actually for my freezer, each with a unique part number... that parts place (partsselect) told me the problematic part numbers were coming from the manufacturer and to call them. I did and they were closed and had a recording redirecting me to their website to search for the part number due to COVID... So not helpful. So I googled to find any other parts company to try again fresh with someone else and that turned out to be repairclinic. I was frustrated from the get go but the rep was polite and courteous. I told her I needed her to measure the shelf cuz I was done with shipping bad parts back to companies. She could not search the database by measurements (that is seriously lame btw) so instead we narrowed it down another way then when 2 possible options remained she COUNTED THE GRIDS in the photo to figure out if we had a winner. It seemed like we did so I ordered two and they arrived today and holy cow THEY FIT EXACTLY perfectly! I can't recall her name unfortunately but if she reads this and remembers the story, THANK YOU!
Still have not received my order. They said it was shipped the same day. That was 10 days ago. Paid 7 bucks for shipping 14 days REALLY.

Priced a fan for a ge fridge. $60. For one with 2 more wires and a 50cent plug for light $110. Amazon price for same motor$17. This is crazy.
My review is unfortunately very similar to others' reviews. I had to order two pulleys for a commercial customer. They had a set price on their website that was agreeable and our customer was quoted. We waited over a month for the pulley. When they finally updated the website that they would be shipping it, I noticed no movement for several days. I reached out to customer service via chat, and received a very rude unprofessional response from their online customer service agent that the part was still on the trailer and hadn't been unloaded, and once it was, it would be shipped. I also noted that they raised the price on their website, and inquired to make sure I was going to be charged what was already agreed and ordered to. I received a very snarky response from the agent. Move forward a few days, and the item still hadn't been sent. Then finally after 4 days more of waiting, it was shipped via Fedex. While checking the Fedex site for the arrival, it scheduled delivery for a Sunday via home delivery. Then I noted that they had a problem with the barcode being mislabeled or unreadable. The package had allegedly made it as far as my local Fedex, but then was sent back due to the barcode issue. I reached out to them, and requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. They gave me lots of run around that it was still going to be delivered. I immediately had to contact my bank to initiate a dispute because they were insisting it would be delivered, well it is set to be delivered back to them. Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Very unprofessional, and I would never place another order with these people again.

My dishwasher went out and this site offered diagnostics and parts. I had to pay $5 to register and the another $50 for the diagnostic- OK, I said, I needed to get this fixed and there were no appliance repairmen in my area. Repair guy was nice, got the info I needed, and he set up the order for the part. That was the end of the good part. I then found out I had been automatically subscribed to their service for $50 a month, I called them and cancelled but was still on the hook for the $50 for the first month. I was told I would get an email when the part shipped, and when I did get the notification, after two weeks(!) they said that I would be getting the tracking number in a separate email. A week later I called and finally got the tracking number. It took another week and a half to get the part. The part they sent was not only the wron part, it wasn't even for the right brand or model. I called them again( the number of the order confirmation) and was told that they couldn't do anything because "it was a web order". I had to argue with then that the number I called was on the order receipt, and then was told "well, you ordered the wrong part", and I had to say that the repair guy I spoke to over the phone was the one that set up the part order and that I didn't order anything. This whole conversations was interspersed with long periods of being put on hold. Finally I got the CS rep to send me a mailing lable to send the wrong part back and to refund my money. Savey our money, time, and sanity, don't do business with this company. If there was a way to give it negative stars this would be a -5 star review.
