Reservation Counter

Worst experience ever! I will post on all social media platforms and have contacted the news station about this! I need to modify my room reservation NOT cancel and no one would help not even "Mary" who's was said to be a manager!

We are planning to attend a wedding party on 11/2. Atlanta is new to us, so we are staying here based on family recommendation. The only questions I have is with being offered a discount for AARP new membership but nothing about existing members, little information about tourist destinations and any issues with early check-in as our flight arrives early.

I would have liked better photographs of the rooms, especially the bath area. While I was looking, the room I was just about to book suddenly became sold out, and surprisingly a duplicate, more expensive room, became available. I'm not sure how a king room and a king room can be that much different. You should honor the lower price for me.

I left a negative review on a hotel booking we made. Essentially I was disappointed about the discrepancy between the displayed price and the amount that ultimately landed on our credit card. This morning I replicated the purchase that my spouse made and in fact noted that the total with all fees could be seen before making the final purchase selection. I was comparing the room price that my spouse thought they were paying with the amount that hit our credit card. The local fees were quite high, and they selected an upgraded room. I making this post to correct my error and also state that I was pleased that Reservation Counter reached out after I made the post. They are as good as any of the other integrators out there.

It is easy and convenient to stay here, as it is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. The hotel is clean and the employees are so helpful and very nice. It has a nice restaurant and bar. Also, on most floors you can view planes taking off all day long, rather from your room or the elevator bay. Overall, a must stay. We will be back every year.

I had trouble staying on the hotel site as any mouse click I made took me to third party sites. Give me a good product at a fair price and I will work directly with the vendor which is what I did. I don't trust third party vendors.

I booked with ease and y'all were very quick on sending the confirmation which was good 👍 because when I had previously booked with some one else, I never received a confirmation, and when I called to make sure that I had a reservation I was told they didn't see anything, it caused me to have 2 reservations. I appreciate the quickness! Thank you!

I'm not happy with the fee and I quite often travel but it will never be done with your service again…the fee totally wiped out any savings, in fact the price is more than other hotels now and I am locked in and can't cancel.
You want a happy customer? Cancel the fee or the whole booking

Went very well for my first time with this app. The ease of knowing what was avail and at the best price made foe a smooth transaction. All the information was presented first hand and my conformation was in order. My payment with Affirm was a huge factor with closing the transaction. I would highly recommend this action.

I had to book a room very quickly. The booking process was easy, efficient, and best of all quick. I was able to book while on a zoom call. I received my confirmation as soon as I was done booking. I am very pleased with the process and availability.

This booking site was easy to navigate making finding the right venue, selecting the room type, and booking. The confirmation was fast and accurate making my search and reservation experience a breeze.

The fellow I spoke with was very pleasant and informed. But your system did not allow me to extend my stay by one night and instead issued we a second new reservation to cover the extra night. Not the best way to do this. Again, fault with system, not your fine personnel.

I use this site to book a room at the Comfort Inn & suites. The process was very simple submitted the dates, number of people and room type. The availability of rooms and prices automatically came up.

There were a couple of things in which O actually had to speak with a customer service person at the front desk of the hotel. Didn't realize I couldn't use my folio number your price was more.
I was not able to book another night electronically or edit my phone number.

The agent was charging me more than the price I was seeing on the online and did not give me a satisfying reason why. Although the agent tried to give me a second location, I was still not satisfied. When I said I will take my chances by booking online, the agent quickly hung up the phone without saying goodbye or anything.

It was painless and fairly easy to book. I was Disappointed that once I booked a room and wanted to upgrade to a king size that you charge a fee to un-book room even if it was immediately after booking the room. Plus I have only 1 person in the room it says 2. Because the default goes to 2 guests when booking a 2 double bed room.

Booked the room for one night and it was easy. Connected to the hotel site and booked through reservation counter.com which I did not realize I was using. I thought I was using the hotel site for booking the room.

Online booking was very easy and responsive to my inquiries and selections. Navigating the app was intuitive and stepped through the options smoothly allowing to go back to previous sections to make changes without starting over at the beginning. Great online experience!

The site was recommended to me by a friend. I entered the dates of my request and room suggestions and availability were immediately given as well as affordable rates. The pictures made available gave me a glimpse of the amenities and the comfort expected from the room selected. I am very much looking forward to my stay.

Not a bad experience. Ordinarily, I just like to make a call. This seems a bit more of an investment of my time, but that's the the digital world works. I know...That's counter-intuitive, but what's a guy to do

Put in my dates of arrival and departure, picked the room type and entered my payment information. No issues. Now we wait for August and enjoy our weekend get away.

They make their website look like the actual hotel website. The website said FREE cancellation. After booking I had a question about parking so I called the hotel. They informed me that I had not actually booked through them. They had a park and fly package which was a better price than Reservation Counter provided so I called to cancel that reservation. I was told there was a cancellation fee of almost the entire amount of the booking - about 90%! I told him what the website said and he told me I would have to prove it because the confirmation email I received said otherwise. I told him it was a scam and that he knew it.
