Very clear website, it took less then five minutes to reserve a room. My wife and I are visiting a friend in New Jersey and have never spent time in the Meadows. Two for one trip, Hilton looks like a great place for a get away weekend.
Simple and quick but I was not explicitly and separately notified that there is a ridiculous service fee on top of the hotel cost...my error for not reading all lines...will NEVER use this site again!

I clicked on a link to try to reach a holiday inn, bc I was extremely tired and driving became unsafe, and I wanted to crash somewhere before heading home. What I thought was booking for the Holiday Inn turned out to be this site. I was told there was a room available at the Holiday Inn Lodge. I specifically remember this, because Lodge sounded off, but as I said, I was extremely tired. The room was 59, but I was charged a total of 92, with fees, etc added in. At that point I did not care and so I headed to the place. It was actually the Holiday Lodge, a seedy, very dirty hotel. I thought I would give it a try anyway, but there were several men outside, my room had all kinds of dead bugs in it, the room was musty and hot and reeled of cigarette smoke. I had equipment in my car, and I felt unsafe as a woman traveling alone. Of course the booking was non-refundable. I went through Expedia and found a room with fees for 64 that wasn't fancy, but was clean and safe. I hightailed it there as fast as I could.
This booking site takes advantage of people by fast tracking them through the process without explaining anything. A total waste of money. I just wanted a stay at The Holiday Inn!

This company is a rip off. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. My wife got sick so we needed to cancel and this company would not refund our cash

I booked the hotel thinking i was reserving a room and in actuality they charged my card and i did not authorize the payment called numerous times and they stated that I would not get a refund even called the cooperate office and that was even worst this is the worst experience that i have had with making reservations PLEASE DO NOT book with these people. WARNING THIS IS A SCAM!

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!
TRAVELPASS IS A COMPLETE BOGUS COMPANY! They will lie and try to sell an incorrect piece of information. They have defrauded us while booking a HOTEL reservation by providing us with misleading information that, upon arrival, wasn't true. PROBLEMS WITH THEIR BOOKING, CANCELATION, etc. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNRESPONSIVE; THEIR SO-CALLED ESCALATION TEAM IS JUST FOR NAME SAKE.
Please stay away from them if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money.
