Very clear website, it took less then five minutes to reserve a room. My wife and I are visiting a friend in New Jersey and have never spent time in the Meadows. Two for one trip, Hilton looks like a great place for a get away weekend.
Simple and quick but I was not explicitly and separately notified that there is a ridiculous service fee on top of the hotel cost...my error for not reading all lines...will NEVER use this site again!
Good but not perfect. Promised to call next day to set up my transfers but never called. I called him and left messages to no avail.
Did not return my call regarding transfers as promised. I still have not gotten a call back to add my free transfers even though I am supposed to receive them and have called numerous times.

This website customer service reps. Will lie, double charge, accomodations will not be what you want or need and you will have to fight to get your money refunded to your charge card. The reps are horrible. They also added on fee to your charge card that you never authorized. When you call to speak with a supervisor you will find out that everyone is a supervisor and you can never speak to the same one twice. The worst experience in my entire 40 years of traveling and making hotel reservations. I've had to dispute the charges with credit card company because reservation counters will not assist in recovering money from illegal charges and double booking fees. PLEASE BEWARE! CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE USING SITE!

I googled Hilton Inn for a Denver trip, I erroneously selected Reservation Counter site that looked just like the Hilton webpage, or enough to lure in an unsuspecting guy. When I realized that this was a third party site, I immediately called in and cancelled the reservation with the understanding that I would lose the service charge. Nope, they are refusing to refund the entire fee. So basically, a $400 increase to their profit line as I'm fairly certain they keep the money and that it does not go to the hotel that they are "representing". The first lady I spoke to was not helpful at all, and the other "manager" was polite and firm, but indicated that the theft of my money is all but assured as non-refundable.
Stay clear of Reservation Counter! Even the hotel doesn't require more than a 7 day cancellation. This company is not operating in your favor. Be sure that you speak only to the hotel, these third party folks are just out to overcharge and then to make off with your cash in hand with zero assist.
Tip for consumers:
That it does not reflect or represent the actual business, in this case the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Tech Center. Please be sure you identify and determine whether you are talking to the hotel or a grifter.

I booked directly with the hotel. These third party businesses are getting sneakier regarding luring folks into their rooms at a greater cost than what I got working directly with the hotel. Not to mention how difficult it is to note the difference between a third party and the actual hotel. Hilton is partially to blame for this as well. I plan on lodging a complaint with them over the use of third party organizations.

I made a reservation 10 weeks in advance via this website but then was reminded by my wife that the reserved dates were in conflict with a different committment. Less than an hour later, I attempted to cancel the reservation. The Reservation Counter representative (a red-dot Indian) stated that they would charge me $178.04 to cancel. This is outright theft. DO NOT RESERVE ANYTHING WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

On 3-24-21 at 10:54am I placed a reservation for two nights for 4-16/17-21. Several days later I found out my son had a change of work dates so I called the representitive at ReservationCounter.com and explained I needed to move one week out. He told me I would have to call the hotel directly. I called the hotel directly and they told me I would have to have ReservationCounter.com call them to change. I called ReservationCounter.com back and they said I would have to cancel the reservation and that was the only choice. So after canceling and losing a 15.00 booking fee, I called the hotel directly (which I should have done) and set up my new booking.
Never ever use ReservationCounter.com because if you need their assistance to change anything for any reason, you will not be pleased. Never Use ReservationCounter.com
