Very clear website, it took less then five minutes to reserve a room. My wife and I are visiting a friend in New Jersey and have never spent time in the Meadows. Two for one trip, Hilton looks like a great place for a get away weekend.
Simple and quick but I was not explicitly and separately notified that there is a ridiculous service fee on top of the hotel cost...my error for not reading all lines...will NEVER use this site again!

Booked a room with Andrew. When he quoted the price I said no thanks it's to high and he said let me see if I can do better. He did, but he booked the wrong type of room and priced it at a non refundable rate without telling me. I learned this on receiving the email copy of reservation. Called back, different rep, would not correct room type. I called hotel direct. They confirmed that he listed the wrong room type. I booked directly with hotel and then fought to get my first reservation cancelled because he booked the wrong room. Finally got it cancelled after 4 days but was nailed $17.99 cancellation fee for their mistake. Won't ever use reservationcounter.com again! They are not up front in their business practices.

Overall a nice hotel with a good restaurant, good breakfast service, The staff is pretty inattentive. At least 4 different times I had staff bump into me or close a door on me because they had their face in their phone. No excuse me or apology offered.
Biggest problem is there are no safes in the rooms. I had a watch stolen from my room. I reported to the front desk twice with two different "supervisors" that assured me the manager would contact me. 4 days later still no contact from the manager. Stuff happens, I always judge the service of a hotel by how the staff handles situations. This staff failed miserably. I travel a lot averaging over 100 days in hotels every year. I typically only have one or two stays bad enough that I wouldn't return or give them a second chance. This hotel just earned that's dubious honor. Stealing and lying are not acceptable in my book.

Um, guess I'll be more careful from now on. To use this site there is a fee. Room was already a big expensive which would have been okay. But it certainly got a lot more expensive. Will be letting everyone know to watch for this when they are on line and not make my mistake.

Seamless at every encounter;. Scooter for my dad was brought to registration where it was waiting. I booked two rooms the front desk registration agent was patient beyond belief in helping process every aspect.

Better than Expedia. Expedia's operators totally ignored my statement about being hearing impaired. I could not catch all she was saying. Then I got an email telling me my room was going to be $574 for one night in Saranac Lake.

I had a questions...and it would have been nice to speak with someone. It was Sun evening, but I had also looked into making my reservation on Sat., the day before. Because I am booking for Christmas Eve, I wanted to know if the restaurant would be open. But I will need to call tomorrow, on Monday.
Because there was no one at the hotel to speak with on Sunday.

We are planning to attend a wedding party on 11/2. Atlanta is new to us, so we are staying here based on family recommendation. The only questions I have is with being offered a discount for AARP new membership but nothing about existing members, little information about tourist destinations and any issues with early check-in as our flight arrives early.

I found the site itself easy to use, but I realized after completing the online reservation and later reviewing my confirmation that I must have failed to click on the buttons for veteran and senior discounts. Not sure if it is too late to correct that after confirming the reservation.
I tried to use the Wyndam Rewards site to see if I had enough points but had trouble navigating the site and gave up.

Wasn't sure I had the correct site at first. Had to go back and forth and try other sites before I settled back with this one. Was really not sure I had booked the correct place when it came up with enhance your stay and book the executive king suite, I thought that was what I was booking all along so it was confusing. Didn't see anywhere where it said Canadian funds so I am hoping it doesn't come through as US funds, which would cost us more to stay. Confirmation I received seems what I booked so fingers crossed.
This site kept coming up when I tried to book directly on the hotel website so ended up going with it.

I wasn't aware of your reservation service and I was lucky enough to come across it, and on a whim, entered my information to compare prices for an existing reservation I had made earlier today. Reservation counter saved me $110 over Hotels.com for a two-night stay.

I booked my room and tried to go back in to book another room and the app seemed to think I was still on my reservation and displayed a message that said that the room was not available after processing my credit card. I ended calling the *******705 number. The gentleman there was very helpful in setting up the second reservation.

My husband went on to the hotel website to look at the room while I had booking in progress, and the hotel website informed him that there were no rooms available, as I had started the booking process. What a nice feature, to have a hold on the room so that you don't get to check out only to find that someone has swooped in and booked the room out from under you

I booked the reservation and then tried to call the hotel for more information regarding transportation to/from the airport and to/from the port. I got 3 different phone numbers from the website listings. When I called they told me that the number was for reservations only and I should call the hotel directly. BUT there was no number for the hotel! I am still trying to contact the hotel.
That was the only choice I had if I wanted to go directly through the hotel.

Easy to do, and I went to the hotel to make sure I got what I wanted was booked and confirmed… and, sure enough, it was! Too many times (not through you) I get to check in, and they do not have my reservation; thankfully, not today!

I booked with what I thought was the hotel but was rerouted to reservation counter.com. The Hotel website said one cancellation date but this confirmation said another. It has taken me over 2 hours to get a cancellation and have contacted my credit card as well. While they were nice on the phone, I am disturbed by the reroute of the reservation. The hotel claims they know nothing of this site. Watch your bookings carefully.

In searching for a room for a weekend a year away, we were able to find what felt like a needle in a haystack. Once we made it to their site, we found a room, booked it and that was it!

I booked with ease and y'all were very quick on sending the confirmation which was good 👍 because when I had previously booked with some one else, I never received a confirmation, and when I called to make sure that I had a reservation I was told they didn't see anything, it caused me to have 2 reservations.
