Custom PDF Template that not only looks professional but builds to your resume's content value. This $24 investment is worth the return, save yourself headaches and time.
The whole process was easy to plug in all of my information, but was advertised as a free template, and then after spending over an hour fine tuning my resume, to download the resume, I have to pay a subscription fee. What a dirty way to play. I hate businesses like you who take advantage of people by false advertising. We're all just trying to get a freaking job in this crappy economy.

I have subscribed for a very long time. Everytime I go back to update something small the arrangement, format and info has changed and I spend hours re-doing it. However all of my info is stored here which somehow I think makes things easier on me...which it actuality it has not and I ams still paying $24/month

Price increase is drastic. When it was less expensive, I did not mind carrying a subscription for a while, because I could make changes as a saw fit. I have recommended resumegenius to many others, due to its value, but I won't anymore.

Wouldn't except 2 of my cards. Finally, 1 works which is the one I don't use. Expect me to cancel way before my period ends. This took way too much of my sensitive time, and I will not be returning after to deal with a site that dictates which one of my financial sources, I'm able to use. I will be leaving my experience in an online review.
Because the misleading ad says free resume for me to go through all the processes to tell me that there's a fee. I wouldn't have waisted my time if I knew this from the start.

Should have told me before I was going to cost money. But also it is very difficult to edit the resume after it is paid for…I would like to be able to edit without the template by just clicking in between the lines and words

Good experience creating, however I did not appreciate the surprise charge at the end after all the work I had put in making it. Should have been told/charged upfront, and the website advertised it as a free process.

This resumé builder was easy to complete. My only issue was that I would like to have edited the position title that I am applying for. This wasn't an option. It wasn't a big enough issue to force me to start over.
I was looking for a free resume builder; although not free, easy and inexpensive.

It was simple, however I do not like answering survey questions especially when I feel like I'm being forced to do it. It should be my choice! Fifty words is a ridiculous amount since i did not want to do it in the first place and you can rest assured I will be canceling very soon!

Your website says FREE DOWNLOAD and I still had to pay $24.00. I am exhausted and tired, and do not feel like filling out another entire resume on another website. So mad and upset. I am a broke college student who can't AFFORD stuff like this.

I think the builder is great, but could use tweaking when the volunteer experience is not necessarily needed to have months/years listed like work experience. I also think that knowing upfront that you need to pay for your resume you created would be a better business practice.
I wanted to make sure my resume that was in use years prior still looked polished.

Slightly deceptive advertisement. Claim was that the template was free, then I had to pay to get my resume. Then, I have remember to cancel the subscription or I will be billed $24.95. I think the automatic renewal is a bit excessive. It should only occur if the customer chooses to continue with the subscription.
Because I have not had to create a resume in over 30 years and I needed a little help put one together.

Had to re subscribe just to edit a couple words on my resume which was really annoying. I went to the library to get help editing the PDF but wasnt able to make changes due to the format only being available on the resume building platform

Easy to use but price was not given up front- it was advertised as a free template, the only option to get your resume after you spend all the time working on it is to pay $23.95 monthly subscription.

I searched for a fee resume template and came across this one. While its not completely free and I dislike having to fill out a 50 word message on my experience, it was still great and extremely helpful! The process was quick and effecient, as well as professional. I appreciated the well written AI generated bullet points and summary. I have not written a resume in almost 10 years. Using ResumeGenius made the process of designing a new resume so easy! I am shifting from teaching elementary education to working in a corporate field. I didn't think I would have the right phrasing to show my previous skills in a completely different position. ResumeGenius was able to generate so many phrases that I was able to pull from and then slightly change to the positions I was applying for.
