Ok was easy to put together effective for my needs followed my skills accurately I do not like they make you agree to further billing if you don't remember to cancel

Just astonished that this site thought my original resume was awesome. It is 3 pages long to begin with. Something I thought was a big "No" in today's world. What really blew me away though was the AI ability to read my original profile and recent experience and devise an even better, more complet introductory profile that was geniunely me that I hadn't seen or expressed.

It's a very deceptive process, at no point during the process of choosing a template and filling out the resume is it *expressly* iterated by your website that the "free" resume will infact require a subscription to download it in any viable format aside from a.txt file.
Why bother going through the template process at the start, unless it's deliberately designed to be deceptive. While I appreciate that free trials do take a portion from the bottom-line of business as such, I don't feel good in the slightest about your service after paying $2.95AUD for a template in which I heavily edited any preset text options as they are vague and poorly written.
The real crux of the issue for me, is that I found your website through a google search for "free download resume template", in which you were in the top 5 results and seemed well put together. The whole process comes across as designed to be deceptive, as is your SEO. After my $2.95AUD 14-day (forced) subscription, I will be cancelling, discontinuing use of, and actively decrying the use of this service wherever I see reference to it.
I know that this may seem trivial and considered standard practice amongst this kind of service, but I trusted I wouldn't waste 1.5 creating a document from you using the aforementioned google search and in the end have to pay to have any kind of a usable product.
I am a contract-based Corporate Executive, and was using this service as a framework resume for a friend of mine whom is looking for work. I am active in multiple forum based communities in my same working profile, and will absolutely never recommend your website.

Honestly, the best thing I purchased. It's easy to use. I always struggled to make a resume until I found resume genius where I did not stress about anything.

I would like better enrollment options. I also thought it said the service was free. I would like to be able to buy one month WITHOUT automatic renewal.

Don't say it free when it is not. Say the price upfront. It is a good enough program people will pay the 3 dollars. It flowed very well and the end product is very good

This takes a couple minutes longer than the cut and paste sites... I was able to create a Professional resume on my phone using there templates AMAZING do it simple and great price

All great but I wish that there was a manual edit feature in the app. Also wish that "US" wasn't automatically inputted into the location feature after everything.

You didn't take my first credit card, annoying. Now I cannot send to my email address which is the person setting this up_ I need to proof it and want to this all forwarded to my attention.

Exceptionally easy, but I would minimize the options of selection due to the duplication of answers only slightly reworded. I could see some being kept but too many options are the exact same answer.
