You advertising is misleading. Stating "free" is an outright lie! I assumed there would be free trial. I spent an hour building my resume and then to be charged $24 at the end to get a copy. What a scam!

You guys just robbed me out of $2.95 and I find that way out of line. You get someone like myself all happy and excited about a professional resume, and then they can't even print it or anything until they pay 295. I hope you guys turn around and use this for something good and not sucking people out of $2.95!

It was not to bad to do, it's always hard to remember stuff that happened years ago, but you just do your best. The resume form led me to what I should include in my resume. I think the fork did a good job of it.

I had 5 for you, however (I LOVE that word) when forced to use 50 characters by you to make my honest feedback, coerced feedback as a Marxist government would, I revolted as any citizens would.

Secondly, in the beginning, the proposal of a 'Free resume' sounded nice, however, (my word again) I was 99.9% certain that in life, nothing is free, being held captive a second time by you, I paid the $2.95 with a burner credit card. We little people do and will fight back only because we are held captive by the powers to be hiding behind the curtain as in the Wizard of Oz (and if you have not watched the movie, I suggest you do for as the characters desperately searching for a brain, a heart, and courage, may make you realize it's not always about the dollars). Processing my payment took longer than the resume. I just need a good resume and nothing has been what I needed or allowed for a functional design. I think the categories should have the flexibility to be moved around.

Great Templates offered and easy to use. I completed the resume with multiple choices in less than 30 minutes. If it weren't for Resume Genius, I would still be here working on this resume until dark. Lol

I feel that $23 is too expensive. Also the requirement that my purchase involve a monthly subscription is unscrupulous. A resume does not require monthly updating -- so, why should I need a subscription to update my resume? Now, I have to remember to cancel the subscription before being charged again for a resume that I've already paid to update. If I just had the option to make a single one-time purchase, without a subscription, then I would rate this service at a 5. Perhaps a 3-day access plan could be arranged at higher price -- $30 for instance?

Not sure if it's because i am using my tablet instead of a computer but it took a really long time to get sentences when typing. It would delete words over and over until i found a way to combat it. If that is fixed it would definitely be a 10/10 website!

I would have given you five stars, but I'm only giving you four due to the transparency issue. The software is nice, but you had us build the resume, and I thought it was free. However, when I tried to edit, it was locked, and I realized I had to pay. You should provide clear instructions from the beginning that it's not completely free, allowing people to make an informed choice.
