I hate it when sites say that something will be free when it isn't, I have spent all this time working on my cv to find out I have to pay for it. At least offer a free trial or take that off of the ad.

It is easy to use, since I am older, I found it hard to figure out how to build a resume, but this website helped make it very easy to do. Plus, I love how it gives you bullet point ideas, there were some that I had not even thought of, but it was correct, and very helpful.

I spent a few hours trying to make sure my resume looked just right - thinking it would be free - only to find out that there was a charge if I wanted to print or e-mail it. It was disappointing. Otherwise, I feel happy with your product. I am happy with how the resume turned out.

The resume application was one of the quickest start ups so far. In so many words it could be used by a 6th grader. I would not only recommend this to others but I think this should be provided to high schoolers

Your marketing is extremely deceptive. You claim to provide a free resume builder but in order to use the resume I have to pay for it. You should change how you market yourself as this tool is useful but I hate being mislead.

My experience with this so far has been great but it all depends on if they try to charge my card over and over, they didn't make it clear that it was gonna cost anything, but it's cheap enough to wear. I'll do it, but beware.

You advertised your service as free, it was not. Had I known that I would not have used your site. I will be cancelling the subscription you signed me up for and I will actively avoid using your services in the future. Annoying, deceptive, and yet entirely unsurprising.

The entire process was quick and easy! It practically did all of the work for you! There were a large number of choices to pick from which made it easier to complete as opposed to having to create it yourself

The building process was good, but I understood it was free. I can't get my resume if I don't pay. I'm very frustrated with that, but I don't want to start over (exactly what you are hoping) so you are getting my money. Pretty shady.

Problem with payment wouldn't take a cc. I tried it several different time with three different cards, finally I had to use my debit card which I try not to use with companies from out of state even though it says you have good company representative but, I could not reach you by phone at all which was a little suspect.

Gatekeep AI, not downloading/printing. It's predatory to make people pay for basic services, but allow me to click on impersonal, generated responses for my very personal resume. I didn't use the said responses or AI, btw. I came to print a single paper and I couldn't even do that. Change your advertising (specifically sponsored ads on Google for search results). If something seems too good to be true, it usually is, I guess I learned from the experience. Want my $3 that badly? You could have sent me a tip page and I'd have maybe considered it, but now I'm angry because my hand was practically forced. It was either that or spend more time trying to format on an actually completely free website.
