Google ad is very misleading. Says it is "100% free" on Google search results, but this is not correct, as the "100% free" requires you to select a subscription/payment option (2 weeks or monthly), pay them, then request a refund if you are not 100% satisfied.

I needed to update my resume that was 18 years old for a new job. I liked the templates available and the tips and prompts that were suggested. Especially likes the summary that was created for me to include in my resume.

Before using ResumeGenius, I was skeptical that it would be easy to use or reliable. But I was pleasantly surprised. It turned out to be a snap to use, and I found it very helpful. I was able to edit my resume quickly and easily, and the results were exactly what I wanted.

I uploaded a resume that I have worked on pretty heavily, and then I had to do it all over again? How is that helpful? Just having the template to organize the information is good but not something that will land a new job.

I think the price is unreasonable for every time I have to update my resume. The price to update it should be at least 50% cheaper if I've already paid the full price to use the service for the first time.

I additionally came onto this site to update my resume for a certification that I received and ended up updating the entire thing lol. This is a really good website for those that don't really know how to put a resume together just yet (beginners) or know how to but don't really know what's the right words to grab your employers attention. Love this website!

You are one of several sites that advertise FREE Resume building and then to get the resume you have billed you want a payment. If you just advertise upfront that this is a Pay Per model, then I wouldn't have wasted my time 3x this morning on sites like yours. Your process is great, templates are good, but don't false advertise. I truly hope there is now problem cancelling!

Quick return. I do not have anything more to add to this conversation. I am only writing this extended paragraph to add to the number of words needed to complete this task. I almost reached the required word limit and to be frank, I still do not understand why it needed to be fifty words when I can say the same thing with five words. This feedback labor and redundant.

So easy with prompts to choose and edit! I have a hard time verbalizing and describing work experience without sounding bland and repetitive. ResumeGenius did that for me and I didn't have to fluff my resume up with inaccurate information!

I searched for a free resume maker. Your pricing was not made available til after I spent time making my resume. Now I have to subscribe and hope I won't be on hold for hours trying to cancell my subscription.

Easy to use format and quick and helpful autofill prompts. I appreciated the site remembering me from an initial use and saving my information at the point I left off. This was a huge relief and help.

"free" until you have to pay $3 to get it. I was expecting to be able to download my resume for free, ended up finding out i had to pay for it AFTER i was done completing it, that is a disgusting practice

IF, this is a good quality, and legitimate web site and service, AND it helps me get the position I applied for, then I bump it to 5 stars. Until then, it's a 3 star service all day / any day.

Unless it's just a money grab site, then that's a different scenario.
