I have been out of work and a stay at home mom for the last decade and putting together a resume for the first time in so long felt so intimidating. I couldn't believe how easy this site made it and the suggestions it made were extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this service to put a resume together.

The formatting is squirrelly and the import feature confuses the letters "ti" for a capital Z for some reason, which you have to fix manually. I'm going to have to polish it in Word, but overall this tool was a big timesaver.

Did not clarify when I started creating my resume that payment was needed to download the resume once complete. While the site is easy to use and highly intuitive, this excluded detail (which I must assume to be intentional to hook more people into buying into a plan) would have been nice to know beforehand.

The experience was very good. I liked how the whole journey went through. It was smooth and the site is very very very very very user friendly. No hassles at all, at all,at all. And that is all that candidates need. The wide variety of CV templates is also good

Resume Genius is great for old fogies like me who haven't done a resume in over ten year. The templates look fantastic and the suggestions are spot on. The articles are very helpful specifically the ones about the cover letters.

Easy to use and fast! I needed to update my resume' quickly when I decided to look for a partime job. The listing asked for a CV and I had no idea what that was! I Googled and that led me to ResumeGenius.

Nowhere did this mention needing to pay until the very end, and ESPECIALLY after having me create an account. Wasting my time is one thing, getting me to give you my information and create an account before mentioning paying is another. Straight up scam, laying upfront and charging after collecting data.

Very happy with the process and resume templates. Very user friendly, and had trouble finding the ideal option elsewhere. My only complaint so far, and the reason I deducted one star, is that it claims to be free. You can create a resume for free, but the ability to print, download, email, etc. is not. Tried a few other services, but did not like the templates as much, so I paid the small fee.

I'm old...coming out of retirement to work again and any old resumes I had were very casual. I didn't know such an easy, thorough, impressive thing existed and I was soooo relieved to find this! Thank you, Thank you!

Great site, but $23.95? DANG! I think this is a great service but some people looking for employment may not have $23.95 just to add a job to their resume. (I am a travel RN, and it costs me $23.95 every 3 months just to update my resume...kinda sucks)

Even though the resume writer is good, yall are obviously some slick scammers, the fact that once i click something it sends me to a payment page and I cant even go back to review the resume is shady af, and you know it

Said it was free but its not. Easy program to use and I made a great resume but it was very misleading and I had already spent an hour creating so didnt want to cancel. Would have been a 5 star if werent misleading.

Very easy and good. I realy like how easy it was to follow the directions. I liked that it asked you questions and fills in by you answering them. And I enjoyed the extra information it gives you. I really enjoyed this.

I was very nervous about writing a CV/resume from scratch because it's been a long time since I've had to do so. However, this process was made very easy and I love how professional the final product looks.

This has been easy to use and the variety of design is great! The information you can input is thorough, clear, and they give you plenty of ways to reword everything so you say exactly what you want to say. 10/10!

Honestly the website is overall fantastic and incredibly user friendly, the only reason for the 4-star rating is because the advertisement is a bit misleading about free resume. Yes, creating the resume is free however, to access and download you have to pay for a subscription. Overall good website I would just prefer to have more transparency before deciding to use a service like this.

Worth the 2.95$. I HATE redoing my resume and this process was so easy and helpful. This program allowed me to choose repopulated answers applicable to my line of work AND allowed me to easily edit responses in order to be specific!. I will use this again as this application has solved a big problem for me.

It's not free! I searched for a free resume update and your website came up. I had to pay after spending time updating my resume. I have no choice but to pay your fees, or I have to go and redo it somewhere else!

The price to download my resume was quite high. I have used this application once before, and recommended it to others because of how reasonable the pricing was to download and access my resume. $24.00 is quite a bit more than I paid before.

This said it was a free resume builder and now I'm being told i have to pay after spending all that time creating my resume. Additionally, there was some things I wanted to add like references but all I had were phone numbers to put in and this site was forcing me to also list emails but I didn't have emails so i wasn't able to add references at all. So it would've been nice just to have more control over my own resume.

Very disappointing that in the beginning doesn't say you will have to pay to have ur info after spending hours on it making the person not have a choice because they just spent 2 hours working on it and wont even be able to have it unless you pay

Made making my resume quick and thorough. Trying to think of everything you learned or had to complete can be very overwhelming to remember. I haven't worked since I became a mother and I had misplaced my resume. Using this brand made it simple to start over.
