Website is easy to use. Disappointed that when you get to the end of building your resume, then click save and continue... only to be asked to select a payment option... DONT ADVERTISE FREE IF ITS NOT FULL FREE...

When I searched resume template free on google, I saw a link from resumegenius that said FREE resume template and builder, do it for FREE. Then. Of course I build my resume, and I see I can't download it unless I pay. I see the loopholes in the advertising, it's just very misleading.

I am disappointed that there is no option for feedback as I think my resume might be too lengthy and potential employers will not waist time reading through it

I love how there is so much assistance with the wording and structuring of the resume after only answering simple questions about myself and what I'm looking for.

Not thrilled about automatic renewals. This is a super shady business practice, just create a product people want to use, rather than attempt to steal money from customers.

Really annoying that this is what pops up on Google when you type in free template. Also really annoying that it doesn't let you know you need to pay until after you've put in all the work creating your resume. The actual experience of creating the resume was nice tho.

I'm only paying because you have my personal data held hostage in your databases. So here's your pound of flesh. AFTER I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, I WANT TO BE CLEAR! REMOVE ALL MY PERSONAL DATA FROM YOUR SERVERS, DATABASES, AND ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL HOLD THAT INFORMATION! If I return and find my data still on this or any other site connected to your company, I will seek legal council to force your compliance.

It is an excellent option to have your resume ready in a moment without wasting time on design details or filling out descriptions that you cannot write due to time pressure. I love this option.
